Came here with pretty high expectations after a friend raved about it but left slightly disappointed. We had the mussels and clams for appetisers. Sauce was good but we felt could be a little more salty/ flavourful. Seafood seemed fresh but the clams were not sweet at all. There were also sand in a lot of them. The lobster ravioli was delicious although the portion and amount of lobster was on the small side. Lamb shank was ok- the meat was very tender but I felt lacking in depth and flavour. The dish quickly got boring after awhile. We then had the seafood stew which was way too salty. There was a good portion of seafood in the stew- clams, prawns, mussels which were all fresh. Service was excellent as staff were all friendly and gave recommendations on the popular dishes. Overall, perhaps an off day for the chef but I feel like there are much better Italian restaurants out there.

This is an Italian food restaurant. Pretty much authentic taste.. Food is delicious. As a vegetarian, we tried their veg options in pizza and pasta, and the Tiramisu was lip-smacking.. The pizza crust was well proffered , and pasta was freshly made. Pasta quantity was felt less compared to price The staff service was good and attentive. Please book your tables before you go on the weekends, or you may have to wait. Prices are little at the higher end, and it is still always good to go on special occasions

Had heard good recommendations for Etna from friends so we’re keen to check it out. Only wish we had done so sooner. The atmosphere is super casual and cosy and you really get a family run vibe. The service is attentive, friendly and knowledgeable able to recommend dishes based on your preferences and tastes. The carpaccio starters were so subtle and delicate but full of flavour. The pasta dishes were perfectly cooked al dente, the seafood fresh and juicy while the lamb pasta was packed with a meaty sauce full of flavour. The lamb rack was also super rich and delicious although maybe bit too big for our appetite. Luckily we had some tasty grappa to help digest it all.

Nice place for some good Italian food. The pasta were rich and flavourful. Also had the truffle paste ham pizza which is also very nice. Squid was slightly salty perhaps due to the olive. But it was soft and fresh.

Etna has been around for ages and for good reason! It's a nice and cozy place with friendly service and the food is generous, tasty, and appropriately priced. If I had to nitpick, the meat and fish dishes are exceptional, while the the pizza is a bit weaker. Have not tried the pasta yet, but overall, a great experience. Don't forget to make a reservation before heading down, as it gets quite crowded!

Lovely place with great food. The surrounding was a quiet area. We love the Etna pizza a lot, but other food we ordered were good too (crab pasta, homemade truffle pasta). Pork ribs were so so. We were there for a birthday celebration.

I'd give this place 6 stars if I could. Everything we had was amazing from the bread basket (complimentary) and eggplant parmigiana to the pastas and pizzas. Service was excellent. Was worth the price. Packed so need to make a booking.

Etna is an iconic Italian restaurant along Upper East Coast Road. It has been around for years. So they do have staying power. The restaurant is decked out in Italian flavors. It is bright and cheerful. The customer service is good. They try to explain the menu as patiently as possible. As my spouse and I had a heavy lunch, we ordered our favorite Schiacciata al Tartufo e Mascarpone. Sadly this time round, it was not as good as it has always been. The base crust was chewy and this means it is underbaked. The roasted pork is generous in portion and the roast potatoes are delicious. Overall, it is a good place to hang out for authentic Italian fare. I hope that our experience with the Schiacciata al Tartufo e Mascarpone is more an aberration than the norm.

Been here several times and we love the food and the service here. On their special menu is the salted baked fish served with grilled vegetables. This was done really well and the fish was fresh. Though a humble dish, one of the best items is the Parmigiana di Melanzane. Love how the eggplant is throughly cooked and how the mozzarella sizzles when it is being served. The salad, Insalata di Rucola, was great. Love the freshness of the ingredients and how the ingredients compliments the dish. Especially the orange and pecorino cheese. Dessert wise, I felt it was okay. Tiramisu was a bit on the drier side side with the sticks not being soaked. Though this may be an individual preference and their style of cooking. Will definitely be back. Love the sommelier who would caution you when he felt the wine didn't pair with the dish.

One of the best Italian restaurants in the east. But I am not Italian 😅 so may not be 100% accurate. Has dine here many times and would say 80% of the dish are good. Service is a little inconsistent depending on crowd.

Homey ambience with great service, etna serves excellent Italian food. We ordered: 1) etna pizza - must try 2) sea bass 3) lamb shank 4) burrata- pretty good 5) lamb pasta 6) tiramisu 7) pistachio gelato Meal comes with serving of bread, and it’s great. We spent $250 for 5 pax not inclusive of drinks. Won’t be disappointed! The only con is that there’s no parking available.

First time trying out this Italian restaurant and the food was amazing. Should order the lobster ravioli and tiramisu. The service staffs were the highlight. Especially the manager Lorenzo, he is very attentive and helpful to our needs. One of the best Italian restaurants in Singapore that I would highly recommend people to go!

Enjoyed a nice and cozy Italian restaurant in the neighborhood. We ordered the mussels and clam pot with white wine, lamb shank, black ink pasta, and tiramisu. Unfortunately, the black ink pasta was disappointing – the spaghetti lacked al-dente texture, and the base was bland, not complementing well with the black ink. However, I highly recommend trying their lamb shank; it's exceptionally good and tender. Overall, the experience was positive.

Nothing but nice words for this place. It’s our first visit there for a birthday celebration. We went at 6pm and there wasn’t really a crowd until 7pm when people started streaming in and the restaurant was almost full. I would recommend to make a reservation for sure. Service crew are all friendly, especially this lady who dressed in white but I didn’t get her name. As for their food, they have quite a wide variety of items to select from. There’s a digital menu but you can also request for a physical copy. We ordered the calamari, 150g burrata, octopus, Etna pizza, the pasta with truffle sauce, and also the risotto. The octopus is incredibly tender. They will offer to cut it up for us at the table. The calamari was a bit tough though. The rest were very good, especially the pasta and risotto. Cooked to perfection. The kids enjoyed the pizza very much, especially the crust where they dipped into olive oil. There’s also complimentary basket of bread with olive oil and vinaigrette. Then came the desserts. We ordered chocolate lava cake and their tiramisu. Pretty good but not outstanding like their mains. Thankful that they wrote a celebratory message for my mum! Definitely will return one day.

My go to place when its time for serious pizza. The Etna is one of a kind with the sprinkling of pistachio dust and the classic 4 cheese is to die for with lotsa blue.

First visit and food portion is good for sharing so that u are able to try more dishes. Squid ink pasta is not too overpowering and has the fresh uni umami taste. The ravioli is so fragrant with the pistachio. Same goes to the tiramisu with the pistachio paste. Yes it's sweet but that's how dessert is! Thanks for the great service. We had an awesome time there.

Exploring around East Coast area, discovered a cost neighbourhood restaurant serving authentic Italian cuisine with wholesome service! Must try is the Etna pizza, the richness of the pizza crust with generous serving of Parma ham is a simply irresistible combination!

Was busy eating and didn’t manage to take all the food pictures. But trust Etna to use the freshest ingredient. Don’t just go for the usual pizza or pasta. Do try their specials especially the Mediterranean fish. We had sea bass done in salt baked style. It was loved by the whole table of 6.

Had a quick lunch here. The pasta is great but the calamari and tiamisu leaves the biggest impression on me. The service and environment is great too.

The food here is consistently good. The soup of the day (potato and onion) was delicious. As were the mains (linguine al granchio & ham and mushroom pizza). Service staff were really friendly too. Considering it was a Monday night, they were actually full so you may want to consider making a reservation!

Tucked away inconspicuously. Quiet neighbourhood. Cosy, attentive, pleasant. Delightful, delicious, delicately beautiful. Loved their bread, pizza, pasta and fish.

Had a wonder time at Enta Italian restaurant. Had Etna pizza, Linguine al Granchio and end off with a Tiramisu al Pistacchio di Bronte. Service was very prompt and professional with engaging service staffs to ensure that dining exprience was good. Table was kinda packed and close to each other. Alittle challenging to move within the restaurant (and around the tables). Overall will be back for the service and (of course) the food. Recommended for the Etna pizza 🍕

Last visited in June 2023 Good food. Good wine. Good service. Some of the main dishes we tried were really tasty, like the Mascarpone and Focaccia Crudo e Rucola. The Garganelli Lamb pasta was my favoured one of the 2 pastas we ordered. Among dessert items we ordered the tiramisu & biancomangiare, both of which were decent. Also ordered a couple of bottles of red wine, of which we specially liked the Morellino. A definite recommendation for people living/visiting the East

Nice Italian restaurant along Siglap road. Service is excellent; attentive and proactive in changing plates/cutlery. We had Eggplant with cheese as appetizers and for mains, we had Lamb Shank and Four Cheese Pizza for sharing. The eggplant is really delicious, not too soggy and goes very well with the cheese sauce. I liked that they set aside the sauce for the Lamb Shank, and let you decide how much sauce you need for the meat. One of the better Lamb Shank i have eaten. The four cheese pizza is great too, just that it's too much for both of us and we had to takeaway. Guess what, they put it into the pizza box for us to bring back home unlike some restaurant that put into plastic box. Overall, a cosy restaurant that serves good food with great service. Booking is easy too either by phone or by app.

They take pride in making food looks great and taste amazing. Service is always attentive, and initiative. They give good suggestions. Atmosphere, wish there could be a way to make the room less noisy. When it's full, I find each table is fighting to hear each other, and gets louder and louder. Maybe cloth to absorb noise bouncing off walls.

Service was attentive and prompt. Slight mistake on my order, apologies accepted as this can happen, replaced quickly thereafter. Highlights were the burrata for sure and the linguine. The four cheese pizza looked delicious at the table beside us. Not a quiet atmosphere if you're expecting a date, it gets pretty busy (I could overhear every word of the neighbouring tables), more of a family restaurant in the neighbourhood. Will aim to try the pizzas and desserts next, I'm sure they won't disappoint.

Wonderful dining experience at etna’s. The ambience was lovely and cosy. Service staff are familiar with the menu and will recommend dishes that are worth trying. The tastes and flavours they’re serving are simply superb. Highly recommended. The kids also enjoyed it tremendously! The folded pizza was interesting, do give it a try☺️

Small Italian restaurant in East coast, no parking at premsies, you'll have to park along the private housing area nearby. Straight to the point, we felt the food was alright only. There was nothing fantastic about it and most of the dishes were not mind blowing. Some like the semolina mushroom pasta was rather disappointing. Even the lamb shank and pork ribs felt like it could have been out of a typical western stall and not out of a fancy italian restaurant. The soup of the day was some potato and onion soup that tasted a little like it came from a can.. In addition the prices for each dish is not exactly cheap too. Expect to spend around 70 per person to be decently full.

The vongole pasta had perfect seasoning and generous portions of clams. But the truffle sausage pasta was pretty bland. The salad with tuna needed more olive oil. Staff was efficient.

Spaghetti Bolognese and Calamari was delicious but if you’re craving for steak, go to a proper steak. We paid $112 for a T bone, it was okay, not great. Excellent service I went here hungry and missed to take photos except for the steak.

Descriptions in pics. Wait staff were interesting. Informative but didn’t give me any time to understand what they were saying. I caught bits like ingredients (for their specials). Water jug was kindly left for us as we were sitting outdoor, and yet water was still being added for us each time they came out with another plate of food. inside of the restaurant feels a little stuffy but cool.

Very yummy authentic Italian food. Especially love the slow cooked beef and mushroom with potato (soup of the day. ) Good ambience and waitresses are friendly. Downside is that the parking is quite inconvenient.

Really good service and tasty food. Tiramisu wasn't that good though. Had a weekly special (pasta with lobster and black truffle) and the calzone. Both were great. The calamari was also really good.
