Location wise this hotel is very good. Walking distance to several MRT stations. Conveniently near to shopping and eateries. From the looks one could tell that it’s an old hotel, however, very comfortable beds and spacious room. We stayed in room 825, 826 and 844 for many nights. No regret. Will consider to stay there again in the future.

Hotel is a bit dated, but they refurbished all the essential items in the room like the upholstery, the bed, the bathroom. I particularly loved the A/C & the shower. It was the heatwave outside but in the room, it was very cool & cozy. I was on the 4th floor of the hotel and could vaguely hear people singing at night but surprisingly it was not so disturbing that I had a good night sleep on both nights. Front desk & housekeeping services were prompt.

Location of the hotel is ideal for both business and leisure. Rooms are large, but unfortunately, the balcony was dirty and wasn't cleaned for some time. Staff, especially at the premiere lounge, are really helpful and provide fantastic service. Hotel does need some upkeep.

This is our second time in Singapore and second time at The Concorde. The rooms are clean and perfectly functional but what makes The Concorde is the staff. They are such lovely people and make you feel at home. Always happy to have a laugh but their priority is the hat you enjoy your stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and kept very clean and a short walk to the shops.

Stayed here for 1 night only. This is an older hotel compared to the rest in Singapore. However, the services provided to me were top-notch. I believe that if we are kind to all service providers. Shout to Cherry for finding my charger and leaving it to reception.

An excellent hotel in Singapore. Room selected: Double room with king bed. - Amazing location in the middle of Orchard Road. Everything is near you. - The rooms are a bit old but are spacious. - Great service. - The breakfast buffet was also good. - I really like the complementary room bar and landary services. This has saved me a lot of time and alloed me to further explore Singapore. A solid choice in my opinion.

Beautiful hotel located close to all.. Rooms are big and loved the bathroom.. Staffs are very nice and always with a smile when they see you.. I would highly recommend this hotel to all.. when I walked into the hotel, I forgot to take photos. It’s very old and out of date. the room for accessible is so bad, old and a lot of small bugs, even no cloth hanger. the breakfast isn’t delicious. besides, the way to take a wheelchair very complicated. I booked hotels via travel agency. so unlucky me!!!!

Had the best family stay in Singapore. Very well maintained rooms and the room service was in points. Loved the location of the hotel where exactly it’s located in orchard road. Easily accessible for taxi,metro,buses,malls and restaurants just a walk away.

Older hotel, but my room was spacious and clean. Internet was fast enough for work. The staff was helpful and attentive. The upgrade to club level was worth it. The gym is spacious and very adequate. The pool was shallow for lounging, but long enough for getting your laps in!

this is the second time for me for stay here, nice location and very convenient for transportation, food and hang out night 🌙. I like a bed and pillow.. it's so comfortable and makes me sleep deep after a long day.

Okay hotel, spacious and decent price in Orchard area. But if you are placed in 4th floor be prepared to wake up in the middle of night to loud banging music from some club or bar next door. They play music till 3AM so good luck getting any good sleep.

The reservation team of this hotel is a joke and rude. Magesh nagesh or whatever that girl's name is needs to be trained properly. Asking question doesn't seem to be an option for her. If you don't like the job leave it or maybe change the department.

Hotel located at the end of Orchard road. Grand hotel with a small mall. Near the Sommerset MRT station. The room is clean and spacious. Service is good and responsive. The only issue is the hotel entrance from the main road is always missed by the taxi driver.

I must say, it should have been a pleasant stay, given the facilities available (a swimming pool, gym, and a good breakfast bar). However, my enjoyment of the journey was marred when I discovered that one of my bags containing souvenirs was lost in the hotel room on 10/30. I tried to contact the hotel to inquire if anyone had seen it in the room. Unfortunately, the staff informed me that the cleaning staff didn't come across my items after we had checked out. Despite my insistence that someone might have mistaken the bag for trash and thrown it away, the staff did not respond positively to this matter and has yet to provide much assistance with my inquiry. This has been a terrible experience, and I sincerely hope to recover my lost items as soon as possible, as they hold significant meaning not only for me but also for my family.

I like the dinner buffet at Spices cafe and go there regularly. It is a cosy cafe with nice ambience and good food selection. One thing I hope it improves is the quality of the chilli crab dish. It doesn't quite make it when served with hardly any gravy and without egg in it.

I checked in on 31 Jul, and the staff at the hotel were lovely and very helpful. The hotel has a huge pool that has bar service. The rooms were a good size for two people with big suitcases and the hotel is situated in a good location. I highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed in the Concorde Hotel, Orchard Rd for 5 nights several weeks ago. Our room and the hotel's service was excellent, but what really impressed was when one of us suffered an acute illness at night. Came here for a Muslim wedding. On our way home we make way to the hotel's lobby hotel. We were greeted by the bell-boy/porter. Very friendly personality towards non-guests. Sorry didn't get his name. It was around 7+pm 26/08/23. Should employ more like him. Good job! 10 stars!

My guest have been staying at the hotel for the last 15 years . 1st time after covid the whole hotel atmosphere changed from a friendly face home away from home to an unfriendly cold hotel .All the majority of the old staff have left and new staff have no connection with the old guest . They are over worked and not friendly . Premium lounge staff especially the lady from Phillipines has a attitude and like its a favour she is doing to service you or even wish you a good morning wish.Another staff Jasmine is rude and not worried if your a repeat customer . The permium lougne has always been nice and good to conduct meetings as its central and people willing to come . Downside is intermittent burst of families with children who burst through the door when guest are busy at deep disscussions . The food has not changed at the lounge last 10 years plus so if you staying long it gets borng .

Great location for commuters. The price is to high for a hotel. It's quite old and we have a deluxe reservations. Surprisingly we found a cockroach 🪳 in our room and we informed the desk.

It is like a classy motel. If u like a different feel than the usual hotel u live in, this is the place. Don't expect shopping experience here as u will only see natures and only some restaurants within. Quiet place most of the time.
