Found a sharp pin on the floor near the bed. Imagine if hotel guests are not wearing their slippers and step on this! This hotel is very very stingy. Usually combs are standard items provided by hotels but for this one you have to call their reception to ask for a comb. Most hotels have a check-out time at 12 noon but this place requires you to be out by 11am. You have to literally beg them for just another hour extension. And the staff subtly threatens you with extra charges if you check out just one minute over 12. The differential attitude shown by the staff towards guests of different races is very obvious. I was observing them and noticed they are very warm, friendly and chit chatty with the Caucasian guests whereas for Asians, the staff don’t even bat an eyelid to look at you. We came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary thinking this is a nice hotel. But we left utterly disappointed. This is the kind of hotel to be forgotten and never revisited. It baffles me as to how some booking sites present this as a 5-star hotel. I will have rated it as 3-star at best. But for service, definitely one star. You are welcome.

Pretty good hotel with cute rooms. Room was quite big and clean. Swimming pool area on the top floor provides a pretty great view of the Singapore city landscape. Breakfast was average.

Went to Naumi for staycation. Check-in was a breeze, the service staff were friendly and efficient. The room was okay, clean and spacious. TV was huge. There were slippers provided. Decor, amenities and facilities are nice. Do check out the pool on the top floor.

We absolutely love this place here. One of THE BEST boutique hotels in Singapore. The service is top notch. The staff are so sweet and friendly, the room is so spacious and the amenities are great. It has such a nice and cozy vibe that we didn’t have the heart to leave at all. Thank you so much for making our mini staycation so memorable, Naumi Hotel!

Was extremely disappointed and had read the great review and looking forward to my staycation which was forgotten due to the overwhelming bookings! Managed to called a day before and spoke to Lisa. Was informed that the room decor and drinks would be arranged for a fee for my simple marriage proposal plan. Was told to check in at 4pm given the time slots available. Reached at 420pm. Was greeted happily by the staff. However, we saw quite a group of people that seemed to be waiting to check in. Waiting for an hour. Nothing from anybody. Asked for an ETA on the check in status. Staff couldn't give any ETA. Instead of waiting, staff helped us to kept our belongings and we went to get some stuffs. Came back around 630pm. No news about checking in. Waiitng till 8pm. Waiting almost close to 4 hours to check in! Umpteen time of requesting for an ETA to no avail. In the end, no room decor arrangement was made. seems like the request did not even reach anyone or no one actually bothers. It was such an horrendous experience!

Nice size room in a good location. Walkable to Bugis and MRT station. We stayed 1.5 nights Naumi is able to offer half day rates to accommodate our late night flight with our toddler who still needed a day time rest/nap. They generously extended our checkout time by 2 hours due to our late flight. Hubby enjoyed their happy hour time and I enjoyed the room with filtered cold water, snacks and comfy bed. Nice after exploring Singapore during a hot spell. We stayed in June 2023.

Great hotel, good size room, super comfy bed, lots of snacks and drinks, superb location, many buses within 5min-walk to all major attractions, little bars and restaurants in the same street (can get a bit noisy so bring good earplugs if needed-the ones provided by the hotel are not good). Pool is great too, it would’ve been nice to have someone at the bar during the day to order food or drinks but enjoyed it nonetheless. My room was next to the lift and the staff room so it was quite noisy from the morning, staff should be more aware that people might be sleeping instead of talking so loud between themselves so early in the morning. Still would 100% recommend this hotel and return (requesting a quiet room) next time I’m in Singapore!

For the price we paid, we were expecting the standard of other hotels we’ve been to within the same price range. However, this trip that was meant to celebrate our third anniversary was an absolute disaster and left a very bad taste. There was a cluster of dead ants at one corner of the room and mould in the fridge (which we only discovered after having left opened drinks and fruits inside). Had to make a few complaints before a cleaning staff came up. However, the mould was simply wiped off with nothing but a towel and the dead ants weren’t cleared. When we came back to the room, we found another cluster of dead ants. This is DEFINITELY going to be escalated to NEA. What an absolutely horrible health hazard. Did I mention that things that were falling apart in the room was simply taped back with packaging tape? I would give props however to staff Ferlyn whose service recovery was the best service she could render given the limited resources and time she had. She is clearly overworked cause I only ever saw her from the day we checked in, to the next morning and late night. She was always there to try and render assistance to us. With the way things are run now, this is clearly an issue with the people up there and not the ground staff. (I mean how coincidental that only good reviews are replied to, while the bad reviews are conveniently ignored?) So much for being a luxury boutique hotel.

Really enjoyed the location of the hotel as it is very central and off a busy road so it’s quiet at night. I appreciate that they gave our hotel water in glass bottles instead of the typical plastic ones. Everything was on point for a luxury boutique hotel for first timers.

Small hotel in a great location near a lot of restaurants and bus stations. It was clean and well decorated. Staff was always friendly and helpful although service was sometimes slow (only one person in the check in counter). It can sometimes get noisy at night.

I have read through the reviews and I do agree on some of them. I only stayed there for a night with my wife. 1. 👍We were lucky we did not have to wait for that long to check in compared to some who waited 2-5 hours. I believed they were fully booked for a long period and everyone came at the same time. If the guests can be staggered in checking in, it would solve some of the waiting problem. Of course someone needs to plan and email to the guests in advance. 2. 👎Explanation of services might be a good routine as I had problems trying to switch off the lights where the Nespresso machine was. We tried all switches available but it did not work. We had to sleep with the bright lights on. The next day upon checking out, I told the lady at the counter. She said by pushing the side table onwards, it would have switched off the lights. But the table was not even opened in the first place. But when we were trying the night before, my wife did open and close that table. It did not work. 3.👎 I also read about the 3pin plugs being beside the switches and I agree that when you push in the plug, it affected the switches as well. Then I was wondering why the master switches do not switch off ALL the lights…then why is it call the master switches? 4. 👍Room was clean and bed and accessories were good. 5. 👎Tap. Do you know when you turn on the tap at the sink, the water actually splashed onto the floor? 6. 👍Drinks and snacks were complimentary which was great. Usually we had to pay for it. 7. 👎Key Cards-we were not told that the grey key card is for room to activate the electrical items while the blue one was for access in lifts. I 🤔think certain things cannot be changed and only the staff knows. Maybe that is the reason why the same complaints continue. 🙏Thank you to the staff for your service. You might be facing and know the problems but your hands might be tied.

Hotel was adequately spacious for two people. Allowed up to 5 guests which was good for a small gathering. Room was not the cleanest with dust on plenty of furniture but toiletries were provided. Toilet and shower were a little cramped. Bed was comfortable and the lighting in the room was good. However, we encountered a lot of problems using the TV which was constantly glitching. Eventually gave up and used our own phones instead. Coffee and tea provided was okay but not amazing. Check in was fast when we reached at 3:30pm. Customer service was alright, but the line was at times “unavailable”. Overall, Naumi feels a little overpriced and underwhelming for the amount paid and quality expected. An alright stay but not amazing or highly memorable.

Very nice people welcomed us. They were smiling all the time and very helpful. Room was clean and had enough space. Hotel has a nice view with swimming pool in the roof. Breakfast was ok, no too many choices but enough. The best thing is location. It’s close to almost everywhere. There are pubs and good restaurants around the hotel. We had a nice time there and hope to be there soon again.

great hotel! Perfect location, just a 20 min away from the marina bay. The room was cozy, very clean and had many amenities which were refilled daily. Beds are nice, facilities are nice. Gym is tiny though. Most of the staff are nice… some shouldn’t be working in a hotel… If you book this hotel make sure you request level 5 and above. I stayed on level 1 and it was soo loud. Outside is x2 pubs and people can be loud up till 2:30 am every morning. The glass is cheap you can hear through it so clearly (large window panels). This hotel is not worth its price.

Clean and cozy room, although on the smallish side. Not noisy at all, but I was on the 5th floor. Great view from the pool! Breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing. Not much of a selection.

Nice hotel, at a very nice location. I loved the filtered water tap in the room and the complimentary snacks and drinks. Rooms are very spacious, but I did miss some more closet space and hooks on the walls. I stayed for 5 nights and needed to leave my clothes in my suitcase during my stay.

4 nights here and a perfect base for exploring Singapore on foot and by MRT. Easy to get to and from Changi by MRT. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, well appointed, wifi in room, good aircon, kettle and coffee machine, water. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool has nice views. There is a gym with weights and CV equipment split over 3 floors. The breakfast choice wasn't large and the hot food tended to be cold but was decent enough. There are lots of places to eat nearby if you don't want to eat in the hotel. It was also good value.

I have arranged and booked a few rooms for my colleagues and guests from overseas recently over 2 separate events/ conferences. The hotel location is great and the design of the entire hotel is chic, modern and nice. What is most IMPORTANT is that the staff are all so polite especially their Director, Ms Liza Huang. She really goes above and beyond to make sure every request is handled properly. (and we had many additional logistical requests!!!) I have dealt with many other 5 star hotels and her service standard far exceeds any one of those! :) WELL DONE!

I'm a guest of the hotel from October 19th to 23rd, 2023. On October 19th at 9:30 PM, my experience at this hotel took an unexpected turn. I had initially approached the front desk with a simple request to use a table to charge my notebook and work in the lobby, which they graciously helped me with. I was appreciative of their assistance. However, my satisfaction with the hotel's service was dampened when, on a different day at 9.30pm, I was approached by Mr. Sharp from the restaurant. He informed me that the area I was working in was not suitable for charging and working, which was in stark contrast to my prior experience. This inconsistency in the hotel's policies and communication left me somewhat disappointed. Overall, the hotel's staff, especially the front desk team, provided good service, but this incident with Mr. Sharp left a less favorable impression. Consistency in policies and communication is crucial for a pleasant guest experience.

Had a great stay at the Naumi hotel! It's perfectly located and a great location for exploring Singapore. The staff was really warm and helpful, and the taco shop next door was perfect for late night snacks. Be sure to leave time in your itinerary for the hotel's happy hour and time for a dip in the rooftop pool!

From the moment we stepped in to the hotel, the warmth and friendliness from all the staff at the counter already made this stand out compared to the 5 or 6 star hotels here. We loved the décor of the hotel, the exterior, the paintings hanging next to the entrance and especially those interactive art pieces near the elevators. The room was tastefully done, very modern with AppleTV connectivity and all. Overall it made for a memorable stay and we will definitely be back for another staycation soon!

Great ambience and excellent customer service. Special mention to Jeffery who responded promptly to our enquires prior to our stay and for assisting us throughout our stay to ensure that everything was going well. He even went above and beyond by dropping by our room with a slice of cake and wishing me a happy birthday. Will be sure to visit this amazing hotel again! Thanks Jeffery and team!

Disappointing! This is a boutique hotel, a luxury hotel ... Here what has happened: at check in no one explained me about breakfast time and where... I did not ask at that time... once in the room, after chilling out a bit, I did call reception asking at what time breakfast is served; I was told from 800 to 1100... In the morning at 10:30 I went downstairs to the restaurant and seeing no one was having bf I asked the hotel personnel “where is breakfast served?” To my big surprise I was told “sorry breakfast is finished, is until 10:00 “ I replied that I was told by the front desk that bf was until 11:00 and that is why I came only at 1030. Guess what they just said “ sorry is until 10:00. Sorry they give you the wrong information. Breakfast is over and the chef has left so sorry no breakfast” really?! They even don’t sympathise even offer a coffee, a juice? Just sorry? I paid for bf I am given wrong info by the front desk and what I get is “sorry”?! This is supposed to be a luxury hotel! Well very poor service ... Got back to my room and room cleaning was done , well guess what they just forgot to replace towels and and no refurbishing the Nespresso pods! Really?!

Booked a 2D 1N stay at Naumi hotel after reading much good reviews. Stayed at Habitate room. Served by 3-4 different staffs during check in. Service staffs were polite and nice though it was quite chaotic having different staffs serving use at the same time. Room was rather small, but it was alright. Considerably clean. Take away food from outside, wanted to eat our dinner but there was only 1 small table and no chairs. Ended up got to stand and eat throughout. Some issues encountered: 1. Water turn cold while showering 2. Room wasn't soundproof. Could hear footsteps and sound of door creaking throughout the night 3. Television was hard to navigate and was filled wih shows & music tracks requiring payments 4. Minibar with little selection. Only intense black coffee which most hardly drinks, 3 cans of soft drinks and a kit kat bar. 5. Cook brought out our American breakfast without wearing a mask! 6.Breakfast was horrible! Mushrooms were burnt! Could even see the black soot on the plate! Overall, very disappointed!

Sanitation and cleaning services are very poor.Dust was visible everywhere in the room.Personally, I don't think this is a 5-star hotel. It's more like a three-star hotel standard. I've never had such a bad experience.

wonderful stay at Naumi & while I wasn’t expecting much from a boutique hotel, the contemporary elements never fail to amaze me from having their room numbers stated on the floor to having lighted water flasks in the room! cleanliness wise, we didn’t have an issue about it as the room is quite tidy & done up. Guess we are quite lucky and had really smooth check in & out processes at the reception. We really appreciate the Departure gift as well, as it came unexpected and surprising when we learnt it from the front desk agent, didn’t manage to get her name but thank you so much 😊 Overall, Naumi is a great hideout place for a staycation if you are looking for a boutique hotel that serves almost like a luxury type.

Naumi Group was really marvelous, especially the staff (front office) are doing a great job and I was surprised to see the staff (front office) has delivered my outsource food to the room [ Oct 31st, Halloween ( the ladies are really very patient and professional from the time I entered hotel till the last minute with the pool bookings ) ] and it's one of the best CBD hotels that's best for staycation, especially couple. Please convey my greetings and regards to the whole team and moreover the front office girls. Keep it up, well done. Cheers

Unpleasant experience regarding the birthday celebration package offered and my stay at your hotel. The package was a disappointment as the birthday banner was no where in sight when we checked into the room. The birthday cake itself was also just a cake with neither a happy birthday message nor candles provided. I raised this to your front desk and all I got was a "we are sorry". There was no sign of urgency from the staff to provide the missing banner or candles at all. The customer service left a unpleasant taste to the start of our stay. On the 2nd day of our stay, there was intermittent drilling work outside our room which caused vibrations in our room. I tried to called the front desk for help but numerous calls were unanswered. This left me frustrated at the level of service provided by the hotel. Disappointed as a whole with the stay at your hotel. I don't think I will get any reaction since there was no reactions from your staff with regards to the above 2 situations. The lack of email reply to the making of arrangement for the birthday package also left a sour note as I have to call the hotel on the check in day to confirm if the package was being worked on before we check in. These events already gave me a sense of what your service standards are at which is no where near satisfactory.

My best hotel experience to date, and Naumi's service and hospitality puts many 5 star hotels to shame. From the start to the end of my stay, all the staff were warm and genuine in their service. A staff ushered us to the room and explained the facilities and amenities in detail, which was really a nice touch and a service pretty unheard of in other hotels. We were also gifted with bath accessories of their mascot at the end of the stay. As I was celebrating my birthday, they also made special effort to gift me a birthday cake, and went the extra mile with decorations for the room. I was truly touched at this sweet gesture. Facilities wise - the room was clean, well maintained and spacious. The rooftop infinity pool overlooking Singapore's skyline is a must visit. Location is also extremely convenient, as it is situated just behind Raffles Hotel and minutes to mrt stations. I will definitely return to Naumi when i have a chance. Naumi has set the bar high!

This was a really nice hotel, the staff were friendly and the room we were in was an upgraded room on the 2nd floor which was nice and spacious. We had the opportunity to chat with the manager when we were checking out and she was absolutely lovely and very helpful with getting a taxi. This was a great location, it was across from the Raffles hotel which was a great landmark to see and it was close to restaurants and bars. Thank you for having us, from your Canadian friends!

One of the most surprisingly good hotels I've stayed in so far. Their contemporary arts display and interactive art pieces are scattered around the hotel, at least I can guarantee there’s plenty at my level and at the lobby. I find this concept very interesting and new to me! Check out the images, they are all unfiltered snapped on my iPhone 12 Pro Max and they certainly have a lot to speak for it’s own. From the moment I stepped in, the customer/hotel staff relationship has begun and I’m glad that they’ve valued me as a resident! Introduced the arts and gave me a room tour, sent me anniversary cakes and even offered to deliver my food up! Kudos to the staff for making the hotel like home.

The hotel is nicely decorated with art and the rooftop infinity pool is nice but the service is disappointing and housekeeping is bad, below the standard of a 5 star hotel. I had most issues with the housekeeping. My room wasn’t cleaned on 3 separate days, even after I complained several times. I had been out from 9 am and found the room uncleaned when I returned at 9:30 pm on one day and 6 pm on another day. They didn’t clean my room until 5:30 pm an another day. They tried to tell me that they clean checking out rooms first but I’ve never had any housekeeping come so late or not at all at any other hotel. The housekeeping was also very sloppy, when they actually came. The floors were never vacuumed or mopped with hair and dirt visible on the floor, rubbish not emptied, shower gel left almost empty, bath robes and towels not replaced, tissues left empty. I happened to be in the room when they cleaned one day, and I watched how unhygienic they are. They didn’t take away the dirty glasses and replace them with clean ones - they rinsed the dirty ones under the sink and dried them with a towel. I don’t know what else they’ve cleaned with that towel but after seeing that, I didn’t use any of the glasses anymore. I had to chase them up often, which shouldn’t happen at a 5 star hotel. I called reception to ask for replacement shower gel because the housekeepers left it almost empty, and they never brought me one, so I had to call again the next morning. Both times that I called, the phone rung for a long time before somebody eventually answered. The phone in my room stopped working so I couldn’t even contact reception, and I also had an urgent call to make. The staff had a look but couldn’t get it to work, and told me someone who look at it the next day and of course, I came back at the end of the day to find that it hadn’t been fixed. I had to go to reception to ask them about it again and only then did they send the engineer who couldn’t fix it either, so I had no phone for another night. They at least let me use a phone in the conference centre, which was helpful. I wasn’t too impressed to find that I had one third window and two thirds wall behind the curtain in my room. Yet, there was no mention of an obstructed window when I booked or when I checked in. The TV was small and the it was grainy on all channels. The amenities were also cheap and bad quality - the tooth brush was bending whenever I used it, so I went out to buy my own. The slippers were too small to wear. The sink is next to the room door, and because of the “waterfall” design, the water splashes all over the floor. The service was friendly but very inefficient. I arrived after the check-in time but had to wait around 20 minutes standing at the front desk while the staff tried to work out if my room was ready, and then I had to wait another 20 minutes sitting in the lobby with my luggage. They didn’t even have the decency to offer a discount on my stay, or waive some of the charges, or even do anything nice to make up for the trouble, which really is disgraceful. I would choose another a 5 star hotel because you won’t get service of a 5 star hotel here. I moved to a 4 star hotel, and it was much better. Don’t stay here.

Booked 2 double rooms for a 3D2N staycation to celebrate my spouse's brithday. Tried to call the hotel several times to ask for the rooms to be near each other but the calls were never answered. Went before check in time of 3pm and was given welcome drinks. Well, thats the end of the positive experience. The 2nd room was not ready and we were advised to wait in the first room. Waited until almost 5pm before reception called to inform us that the 2nd room was ready earlier 😪. Thats not too bad we thought. However we found the amenities for 2nd room was furnished for one person only, from towel to cups. Reception offered a complimentary cake for my spouse's birthday and offered to send up the cake to our room. We thought it was a nice gesture but end up only received a small slice of cake with no candle after four checks with the counter when they failed to deliver at the agreed timings. The experience was a bad taste. Its not that we were desperate for the cake, it was initially meant to be a nice surprise from the hotel which ends up a situation where we were seen to be desperate 🤨. Wish the hotel had not given false hopes and expectations. Overall the rooms were decent, but i dont think there were "Egyptian Sheets" as advertised. The sheets felt normal. The rooftop infinity pool was excellent and together with the free mini bars in the rooms both certainly provide a relief to the disappointing experience. Considering itself a small luxury hotel, i reckon the luxurious part is not deserving. Will not recommend this hotel unless you want a simple and quiet getaway with no expectations.

Chose this hotel to celebrate our anniversary. Luckily we managed to get the designer room - Eden & Nirwana even though we got a call 1 day before our stay saying the room is overbooked. Even though we got our keycard past 3pm, we were blown away by the room. The room is clean, spacious and well decorated. We were also given a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. Room is quiet and bed is so comfortable that I slept pass my usual timing. Location is excellent as its walking distance to mall, restaurants, supermarket. The cons of staying this hotel, there is no complimentary car parking. Other than that, the hotel is rly worth trying to stay.

We had a lovely 2 nights stay in this hotel. Room was quite spacious. Bed and pillows were comfortable. They had a Smart TV and Apple TV in the room we stayed in which was great. Bathrobes and slippers are provided in the room. The rooftop pool was beautiful, especially at night. Staff were lovely too. The only minor gripe we had and hope the hotel may want to consider is to have a bidet or spray gun in the toilet. Other than that, everything is lovely and we would definitely return in future.

Extremely horrible booking system. Kept rejecting the bookings on dayuse when it’s clearly opened for booking. Why not just take it off if you’re fully booked alr? Waste of everyone’s time.

It’s not up to my expectation. Google stated as 5 star hotel but it should only be 3.5, the room facilities are not true to photos, facilities are not well-maintained. Staff are nice but things which are provided still not up to 5 star standards. The only good thing is the roof top view and swimming pool unfortunately that’s not what I went there for hence I never used it at all. In generally it is very overpriced. The same cost could have been used to pay for another branded 5-star hotel nearby.

One week before we check in, we wrote an email to the hotel to ask if we could extend our stay to 3D2N instead but nobody bother to reply our email. We even contact the property via Agoda chat function apart from email but to no avail. We also specify that we are here for anniversary stay in our booking remarks but seems like nobody bother to make even the smallest arrangement for us. Staff was friendly and helpful. However, Oasis room looks different from the photo. We understand that there might be a slight difference but it looks totally different from what was advertised and we did kot expect that. Soundproof was really bad too. Not sure if we will stay again. Given the price, I think we could book a better hotel elsewhere.

Great boutique hotel. Clean/comfortable rooms, clever designs and friendly/helpful staff. Good location, close to 2 MRT stations, with a few bars/restaurants close by but still quiet. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
