It took 5 hours to queue to check in. The rooms were not even ready at 5pm. Counter staff said that housekeeping manpower was not enough and hence rooms were not ready. And the rooms were small too. Bathtub is small too. Can see that housekeeping was done in a rush as sides of the bed were not folded in. Terrible experience. Definitely the last time I am staying with Park Hotel groups.

Awesome deal staycation! My family enjoyed our 3d2n stay here at their club room with breakfast and club benefits! Staffs are friendly from the front door, to the lobby, pool and dining area! Breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails were fantastic! Look through my photos for more! 😋

We were told to reach at 1pm for check-in. After 1 hr wait, they realized we were eligible club members and moved us to the lounge. Next, we waited for 2 more hours before they told us that the rooms are still not ready. Offered us a recovery of free dinner or late check out. But I still don't understand why we have to reach early when the rooms were not ready. and why can't they have informed us earlier so that we could have walked or shopped around instead of waiting around. Won't be coming back ever again, though the rooms are nice.

Accommodation : 4/5 we booked a Premier room and has city view. My niece loves it a lot. Breakfast: 3/5 breakfast was pretty normal and food was alright. Nothing fanciful or interesting. Wouldn't pay $36 for such a breakfast. Checking in: 1/5 I've stayed in a few countries and none requires me to wait for more than 20 mins for checking in. It would be good if this process can be done more efficiently. Or having a staggered checking in time. I waste near to 30mins trying to check in. This is the push factor which deters people from coming back. Price: 3/5 the price of the room was affordable given the good location in town. Location: 5/5 location was good. Many shopping malls accompanied by various eateries and restaurant. Facilities in hotel: 3/5 the swimming pool and gym looks pretty decent. However I didn't get to use it as it was fully booked on the day that I've checked in. Gym was empty while my stay here. :)

Quite disappointing for a 5 Star hotel, we were told no room service after 10.30pm which means we can't even get any ice, bowls or even utensils. Of hundred over hotels probably the only first 5 star hotel that doesn't even do this basic request. Somemore another night to go... wonder what will go wrong. Wanted to upgrade to club benefits yet is fully book, well nowadays stuff are always booked out anyway. The room doesn't have much view and feels abit run down.

Love the poolside bar, has a decent gym, rooms are great. Stayed two weeks and felt right at home. Entrance is on the side road so it's not a hassle trying to get in and out of cabs. The view from the back wasn't all that great, but it's livable as the rooms are comfortable.

Check-in was smoother than expected, as they implemented staggered check-in timings. Our selected check-in time was 2pm (selected online before date of stay); we arrived at 145pm, and managed to check in by 210pm. The concierge staff who served us was Kim, and she was nice and friendly. Lucky for us, hotel is not overbook/crowded, and Kim kindly gave us connecting rooms to our parents. The room is abit dated but equipped with the amenities and items we needed. The bed was clean and comfortable. Toilet is also clean, but bathtub has a stain. TV is a little small and has poor reception. Watched news with buzzing sound throughout. Our booking at klook includes a smoothie making class but the timing we wanted was not available, and the bar crew changed it to a tea time session where he served us a platter of delicious snacks and sweets. It was great! (my parents actually preferred those snacks over making smoothie cause old people don’t drink cold stuff haha) Breakfast was nice as well, though we could only order one serving each, but one serving is quite filling to be honest. Overall the hotel meets expectations in all aspects, except the room’s physical conditions. Wish it looked nicer/newer. But for the price i think it’s not bad. Would recommend.

Grand park hotel is truly a grand hotel. I was there for 6days with my husband and 5 months old baby.. Everything was perfect, the staff was so friendly and kind. Have to say the room service staff are soo kind. They doing a really good job. Big thank goes to them. And the breakfast is really good. Many tasty food. Every morning you can taste different food, not the same things on everday. i would love to recommend this hotel. And definitely coming back. Location wise very good. And rooms are really clean and comfortable. Nothing to worry everything was so perfect. Again Thank you all the staff who help us during our stay.

Location, Comfort, Atmosphere. Great experience for 3d2n. Used 2 separate vouchers as they didnt have the 3d2n voucher. Location was right smack in the heart of shopping with so much amenities. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Downside is only one side has better views. The other side is blocked by Ascott and Holiday Inn Express. Loved the atmosphere at Canary, cooling and offers all you need for a chill night.

There was a queue but the hotel staff directed me to proceed with afternoon tea first while they prepared my room. Service from staff was good. Room was clean. Food was okay but I think can be better.

Substandard hotel that’s 4 stars at best. Booked a crystal club room only to be told that food in the lounge is limited to one serving per person even though there were only cold and cheap carbs. Worse still, there is no lounge access outside of teatime and happy hour. Have stayed in club rooms worldwide and this is my worst experience so far. The gym and pool are also tiny by new hotel standards. Breakfast sets are small and limited to one per person. Only redeeming factors are the friendly staff and good location. Kudos to the staff for trying to provide good service despite the obvious systemic limitations. Will not be retuning to any of the Park hotels anytime soon. This penny pinching approach by management will not win it any fans.

Hotel was indeed a little old. Room was slightly dusty with instant noodle crumbs from the previous guest. But housekeeping was very prompt in cleaning up the room. He was friendly throughout the cleaning too. Check in was fuss-free despite a bit of a wait. Bathtub was great. Strong water pressure! Breakfast wait was about 10min but staff was friendly throughout. Service crew in Mitzo was clearly understaffed but they always wore a smile and apologise for delays (if any). Checking out was a breeze with the express box. Shout out to the front desk for all the kind assistance! Stayed in Dec 2020.

I would like to compliment the good service provided by the hotel staff. The front desk staff Ms Kim service is good. She’s polite & patient to visitors. The guy doing the cleaning service is polite. The restaurant staff are also friendly. The room is just nice for 2 person to stay in. And the location is so convenient with shopping malls around it. Recommend for staycation.

waited for more than six hours to check in. no explanation.no safe distancing. when finally i got a room i found multiple cockroaches inside and no toiletries! definitely does not deserve the title of a five star hotel.this was my first time visiting and definitely the last. extremely dissatisfied and disappointed! i do not recommend staying there!

Every single staff ensures that all guests abide by the safe distancing measures at all times. Constantly seeing staff wiping down windows, walls, interiors of lifts, and every other corner to maintain cleanliness of the facility. Rooms are in perfect condition in terms of cleanliness and tidiness. Staffs are also extremely polite, constantly greeting every guest passing by with a smile. Mitzo staffs provides the best service in all of my F&B experience with various restaurants and hotels. Made sure we were comfortable and are ever-ready to attend to guests' needs. Staffs are always on alert and ready to assist any guest who looks lost by approaching them and asking if they require and assistance. 10/10 will visit again and will definitely recommend Grand Park Orchard as a to-go to all my friends and family. Keep up the excellent service!
