Stayed here for 4.5 months. The welcome basket was a very pleasant surprise. Great location. Apartment is well equipped with top of the line kitchen equipment. Very attentive and helpful staff, always smiling and very responsive to guests’ requests. My account manager Cecilia is top notch, and made me feel well taken care of. Darren who cleans my room weekly leaves it spotless and does it with a big smile. Highly recommended for long term stay, I would return to this place without a doubt .

What I liked: 1) We were able to heat up food and bake cookies using the oven (fantastic experience) It is rare for a hotel to have one. 2) Quite big and spacious with closed rooms (Good for privacy) 3) Used the washing machine and dryer and it was perfect. 4) I like the harbour view and the nice ambience. However some things could be better improved: 1) Lights could be brighter, I find that it is a little dim even after all lights are on. 2) Swimming Pool could be larger and more impressive 3) Reception not enthusiastic enough making experience awkward Overall: Food is decent-nice, pleasant experience! But more could be done as a 5 stars hotel

Visited last weekend for my Staycation. Super satisfied with our 1 Bedroom Apartment, have cooker,washing machine and even dish washer!! The downside is only the poor breakfast system. As compare to the previous stay in 2021, they no long provide buffet breakfast. Not even free flow Ala Carte style. Strongly not recommended for vegetarians to add on breakfast option during their booking room selection. We even have to went out to find food, due to the pathetic amount of breakfast provided. With the removal of bacon and sausages, they unable to replace with eggs or even fruits. The manager offered to charge us additional to our room for any extra food that we wish to order. Shocked but we have no choice. Overall, not satisfied with the Hotel restaurant due to the inflexibility on their meal set options and system. However, the hotel room and facilities are really up to a 5 stars standard! Oakwood: Please review your breakfast system in order to attract more guests, especially those with special diet.

The entrance is located inside OUE downtown building. Although there’s no grand entrance on the ground level, the lobby itself located on the upper floor is very beautiful and rather grand with quite high ceilings and some chandelier looking lightings. We had booked the package which gave us access to their 2 bedroom apartment. It also came with a dinner for 4 meal selection. The dinner turned out rather disappointing, the fries were pretty cold and soggy when served, the beef patty was also very tough. For a hotel standard this fell far short of expectations and to put things into perspective I would rather have Aston’s. The breakfast selection and quantity was decent, but quality and taste wise was once again lacking. Based on dinner’s standards, I definitely wasn’t expecting much. Seating area was also very small, I guess this was more for long term visitors rather than holiday goers/staycation. I however did enjoy the pool area which was pretty big and empty when we had visited. If you swim to the end of the pool, you can also have quite a nice view of the cbd area including oasis building.

The lobby is classy and the rooms are very well-kept. A nice view of PSA and the sea. The layout of the apartment is well planned and comes with all the amenities such as stove, washer, dryer…etc Great place to bunk when you need a place to stay for long period.

Overall is a great stay. Current guest for 7 nights. Room was spacious with good view However, we tried to request for a saucepan but it was until the 2nd night then we managed to get one. Secondly, while i was drinking my water to hydrate myself after a swim. One of the staff came to ask me to put on my mask when i am still drinking?! Staff should be more observant as he saw my bottle opening and i am sipping my water

Room - 5 star Check out Service - 2 star The overall experience was fine till the day we checked out. My friend approached one of the guest service staff (he told me his name is Brandon) asking him where can we check out. There was no no expression or greetings from him and merely just look at us and told us to go to either one of the counter behind and wait for our turn. My friend then asked if its okay for us to just drop the room key card. Staff stood up and let out a sigh before taking the card from my friend. He took the card without having any eye contact with her and asked for our room number then walked off. We were shocked by his poor service attitude as the reception area was not even crowded at all. Appreciate if the Management can look into this matter. Thank you.

I had to cancel my trip due to issue with my Visa to Singapore and I informed them more than a week before my reservation date. The hotel poorly managed the situation and didn't refund me nor scheduled another date for me in the future. Management is very bad and no one came to take responsibility for one direction and action. Never Try unless you're 100% going there!!

Great location and service + really friendly staff over there + comfy and cozy rooms! Stayed there 2 months and loved every moment of it ! Enjoy !

Wonderful. Quite unlike the usual hotel experience, we had a premier 2 bedroom suite which faced the sea. Unit was beautifully furnished with all required amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, dining room and living room. Service was fast and generous. I would totally come back for a getaway.

My family enjoyed our stay at the 2BR exec apt. It was clean, big and spacious. It even had a walk-in wardrobe and a bathtub. Celebrated my husband's birthday and they gave a delicious tiramisu cake (not the usual brownies/choc cake that we get from other hotels). We need to book a slot for the pool and fortunately we had the whole pool to ourselves on a Sunday morning. Pool area was also very well maintained and it has a small jacuzzi area within the pool where small children could hang out. Otherwise it's generally 1.2m deep. Happy to be able to do laundry, have to get the laundry detergent from housekeeping which we must praise for being very efficient. Dryer works well too. Only 'complaints' are that the rain shower pressure is very low, and they only gave us one parking coupon for the whole stay. Luckily the carpark rate is per entry on weekends. There's really nothing much to shop or eat at around the vicinity during weekends so guests would usually drive out and additional parking coupons would be appreciated. For parking, route to Maxwell Link. Enter the basement carpark for OUE Downtown and take the lift from B1 to L7 where the hotel lobby is. Very friendly reception and security guards. Thanks for the stay.

Is this a 5 star hotel? Poor hospitality and lousy service. You would think that MacDonald's have a better service than the staffs at the hotel. Wouldn't waste my time and money in this place ever. We booked this place for a birthday staycation but we were truly disappointed with almost everything. We were locked out of our rooms twice and once was when i was dripping wet from my swim. Imagine standing in the lobby waiting for the hotel staff to replace my card while many people walked pass us since it was the main lobby while he took his own sweet time to come back to us. So the first time when we were locked out of the room we thought might be because we didn't fulfil the deposit for the room so immediately after dinner we went back to make the deposit for the room. After doing so, we were still locked out of the room. Well done team, no recovery service no return customers no recommendations. I should have read through all the reviews that gave 1 stars before making any hotel reservations especially with Oakwood chain.

Celebrated our 16th anniversary with a staycation at Oakwood Premier AMTD Singapore. Room was big and well-furnished. Housekeeping and services were prompt. Breakfast buffet had good variety and cafe staff were friendly. Front Office Manager Fiona Sng gave us a surprise in our room to celebrate our anniversary. We would like to commend the Oakwood Singapore team for their stellar service delivery and would recommend this service apartment for staycation and vacation.

Overall enjoyed the experienced at oakwood. Rooms great and especially JJ he’s a superstar for the cocktails on mobile. Amazing fella with great personality! He also check if the cocktails is ok before he move to the next room. Give this guy a reward! He deserve it.

Stayed in the one bedroom deluxe apartment for 2 nights and absolutely loved it! Very spacious, well equipped kitchen suited for long term stay, large fridge and freezer, love the tea selection, love that they have proper glassware (for wine and champagne lovers), even has a washer (awesome because you don’t have to go to a launderette), lovely layout with separate bathroom and toilet, big bedroom, great view, lovely pool though sun beds are well shaded and don’t get direct sun, complimentary parking (one-time use per day, highly appreciated because parking in the CBD is exorbitantly expensive and I have stayed at other serviced apartments nearby that do not provide complimentary parking), they also sell this amazing gift box with canapés which is absolutely delicious. The only downside from my entire stay was there is no direct access from the carpark to the apartment lobby if you are not parked at B1 there’s only stairs. But overall it was an amazing stay, staff were all helpful and friendly, and the best serviced apartment in the CBD in terms of value, quality, service, and they truly want their guests to experience the best that they can offer.

Totally a complete apartment! Gotten free upgrade to premier exec suite w sea view! Was a apartment made of 2 rooms! Had everything u need, plates, utensils, oven, washing machine etc. All in! Will be back for another staycay!

Absolutely great service and stay at oakwood! Even gotten a free upgrade to deluxe king as well! Staff were patient in explaining the stricter guidelines at the hotel due to tightening measures. 10/10 rec to couples for a perfect staycay!

Polite staff despite the tight manpower. The female staff at seventh restaurant yesterday evening was very meticulous towards our needs (as we have 2 young children around) although she was alone at the restaurant and the bar areas. Staff at reception were polite too! Will recommend this place to others as staycation option!
