Booked last 19 to 23 January 2023 (we are group of 5) and we had a nice stay here. The staff were really kind and accommodating. We stayed in their family room good for 5 and the place was clean and tidy. Lockers, pillows, and blankets were available. Towel is not included so you have to bring your own, or you can rent their towels instead. They took out our trash (daily) and even cleaned the floor. Would recommend this place (especially the family room) if you are looking for an affordable place to sleep and freshen up during your stay in SG. Great location for train and bus stops too!

While visiting Singapore, I got a heart attack and spent many days in the hospital. I was advised not to fly so I had to stay in Singapore for many days. I chose this place because of price as the hotels are so expensive in Singapore like all other things. I stayed there for a week and overall had a good stay. Cleanliness is not perfect but better. Breakfast had a very limited options. The reception girl Mai was so hospitable and friendly. The location of this hostel is the best part as situated in Little India nearby many restaurants, shopping places and bus and train station. Mustafa Centre is also on a 10 minutes walk from there.

We pay $40 SGD for a night stay in an 8 bed dormitory room. The room was clean and hygienic but water tap water is not available you have to buy water for $1 - $1.5 for a liter.

PROS: 5 minute walk to Rochor MRT station. Accessible to restaurants and 7/11. CONS: BEDBUGS, BEDBUGS, BEDBUGS. BRING YOUR OWN BEDDINGS. Also there is COCKROACHES in our room. It is a hostel for labourers and you can see their shoes in the hallways. NO TOWEL OR TOILETRIES so bring your own. NO DRINKING WATER. VERY DIRTY common area filled with cigarette butts. WHY IS THIS HOSTEL EVEN LICENSED TO OPERATE?

My worst experience ever. Because of my late flight I arrived around 2am. I wrote it in the request when doing the booking to let them know. When I arrived, the lady at the reception was surprised and turned out she didn't see my message about my late arrival, never mind. After that I was told they have only one last room available in a male dorm. Because I was super tired and didn't have other option, I accepted it. The room was crazy dirty with humans hair everywhere and so many cockroaches on the floor, walls, bed, not a nice feeling when falling asleep. After couple of hours sleeping I got woken up by the guy sleeping at the bottom bed. The bed was shaking and after a while I realized that he was having fun with himself. When he finished, I just noticed him going to the bathroom to wash himself in a basin. Not a best feeling in the morning when brushing my teeth in the same basin.. I asked for a different room the next day but with no luck. My roommates were not travelers but locals living there long term. The girls at the reception desk were really nice but unfortunately didn't help me with my situation at all. Not a nice experience for me as a female solo traveler.

Cozy and in a very strategic location. It serves its purpose of a sleepover right in the middle of Little India.

“Cockroach” This is a place where workers stay. 10 people sleep in the tiny room. The room is full of cockroaches. There is no place to sit and rest in the hostel. This is not a place for tourists and travelers to stay.

The room is small with 2 floor dormitory things. Loo s some guys live in rooms for long time and drying their belonging there are no toilet paper (and after request too). Shower for the room but you need to have you own towel gel shampoo, otherwise need to buy everything including towels on reception. They don’t accept cards by the way. Meanwhile there is good internet and small place near lobby where it’s possible to sit with laptop and charger. The same place for luggage room.

Please browse other places before checking in here. The beds are squeeky. It's clean no doubt but other hostels provide better facilities at the same price. You have to purchase towels and shampoo etc. Which other hostel provide to you for free.

Our 6 bed room didn’t have any windows, what they didn’t tell us before hand! But we were able to change the room after 4 nights... Furthermore the toilet in both of our rooms was leaking and the AC didn’t work properly as well :( Don’t stay at snooze Inn!!!

the most worse experience, no daily cleaning of rooms not even in 3.4 days, toilets are in the room, toilet door is made of iron with wholes in door, so when someone uses the toilet or take shower everyone in the room wakes up because of the noise comes out from toilets, the hostel staff even dont provide a towel or a universal adapter for charger, there are daily workers who comebat night and in the morning 7-8 they turn on the lights and starts talking on the phone or with each other so other people visitors wont be able to sleep i asked so many times to change my room, they didnt do that i made a mistake booked a bed for 3 days, i strongly recommend others to not repeat the same mistake

We booked a room for a group of 5 people. It was good, the room is clean, we could leave our bag before/after check-in/check-out, the air con and water heater are working good. Strategic location to MRT station or other nearby tourist attraction. Worth the budget

Upon arrival we found Snooze In wasn’t as described , there was clutter everywhere, it smelt unpromising and the reception wasn’t up to standard. The rooms were okay, reasonable size considering price, but there was a foul smell omitted from the shower/loo and the shower was cold with little water pressure, not to mention the bugs in the room. The beds consisted of one pillow and a scraggly blanket and there was a loud banging throughout the night keeping us awake The area wasn’t too nice and didn’t feel very safe. The aircon meant the room was either uncomfortably cold or uncomfortably hot. The staff were nice enough, and the city centre is a walkable distance. Vending machines near reception are a nice touch. Overall i’d say it’s passable, if you’re on a budget, i’d recommend, as Snooze is isn’t unbearable, but if you have any other options i’d go with those.

Sharing room with strangers. Mix with guys. Even it's a sharing room, they can allocate women n men in different rooms. Awkward because it was my first experience. U r muslim or non muslim, you have to stay together.

We booked a room for 5 people. It was very clean and tidy, suitable for budget travelers like us. The location is strategic, as it is near Sultan Mohamad Mosque (11 minutes walking distance), Fort Canning Park (20 minutes walking distance), and Tan Teng Niah Villa (6 minutes walking distance). For those who would like to visit Merlion Park, there is an MRT station near the hotel (Rochor Station within a 5-minute walking distance). The service was quite fast and responsive.

Near with mrt station, food resto. Good Service, cheap, affordable as budget hotel. We can leave the suitcase after checkout without extra charge (there are conditions). Friendly and informative staff.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Za, Mi and the other (I'm sorry I can't recollect the name) and Hisham were great. I had no issues at all in the 6 day stay. Thank you all for your hospitality 😊 Fazi from Sri Lanka 🇱🇰

Foods and drinks here are cheap. You can get 1.5L of mineral water for SGD 1.5. But they are lacking a little bit hospitality. Maybe a smiling face will better. If you want to stay here don't forget to bring your toiletries, and blanket (in case you need it, actually they provide it for you but I prefer to use my own). Oh right, the air conditioner will be off after 3 hours of being used (I forgot to pay attention why the AC off, maybe it's happen only in my room?). So, use an electric fan in your room.

dont go there!! worst experience for me for solo travelling especially for women. There’s so many cockroaches, the bathroom is too small and dirty, the room is too small for 8 people in one room. I can’t sleep and prefer to sleep at the lobby. We will sleep with strangers, female and male in one room 😵‍💫🤮
