I really liked it here, it really small and cozy. It is by no means a fancy hostel rather it looks like a apartment jerry-rigged into a hostel, and that contributes to its charm. The unlimited toast, spreads, coffee and tea, really make the place feels comfy.

Good WiFi, mostly clean bathroom and spaces. Overall, happy with the stay. Bus stop is basically across the street so easily connected to the city.

Very nice hostel. Free breakfast which is left out all day to snack on. Very close to a local good court and mini mart. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Check in is a little unusual and weird at first. If you arrive out of hours there is no staff and you need to be lucky for a guest to be there to let you in. You ring the owner sort it out. Once you get passed this different approach it is a great place to stay.

Small, clean place with multiple dorms, location is not bad and local food bars are right behind the corner. After hour check-in worked perfectly smooth for me. Staff was super friendly, had a really good time, unfortunately my materace was pretty old and not comfi at all. Would definitely recommend it.

Nice location! This hotel is accessible to transportation and food establishment. The room I have booked is okay. It has clean sheets, clean restroom, air conditioned. I had a good rest. Thank you.

The hostel was so nice and comfy. The staff were travelers that volunteerd there. It’s like a shared apartment with dorms. The vibe was really good. They have in their kitchen sandwiches with strawberry jam, peanut butter and Nutella that you can make any time you want. The only bad thing was that it’s not close to the central but it doesn’t matter because you have bus stations nearby and mrt 10 min walk from the hostel so it’s not that bad.

Great place, only thing lacking is a real kitchen but the free toast all day is huge! Not super convenient to a metro stop but lots of bus lines go right there and grab is relatively cheap for ridesharing in Singapore, so it's fine

A solid hostel, not fancy in anyway but have a great standard. I would call it the loners home since we're not so many here and it's a little bit of. The distance don't bother me and for now at least there's free bicycles everywhere. And of course, there's always free coffee and peanut butter / nutella toasts =)

We spent a two nights at Happy Snail, a great place to stay in Singapore. The price was right, the place well located, very clean and the free all day breakfast a sure winner. The internet connection was excellent. There is a good and cheap eating place right next door and a super market really close. We had a great time there and met some nice people, I would recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Singapore.

What this hostel lacks in size it makes up for in charm, the rooms are nice and the staff helpful. You can have as much toast (with different spreads) and hot drinks all day which is very helpful if you are backpacking on a budget. The nearest MRT is a 15 minute walk away so be prepared for a walk when you want to go anywhere.

I really recommend this place if you are looking for a cozy budget place to stay in Singapore. The atmosphere is relaxed, place is clean and the owner is nice. In addition they have a fridge and a microwave. Location is accessible to affordable dining places too.

Budget friendly hostel. Accessible to must-visit places in SG. NIce place to stay for several days. The room that we book is fine. They have clean linens and bath towels daily. They also offer breakfast but we opt to have our meals outside.

A good place to stay with friendly roommates and got everything you need, but it's quiet small. It's more like a shared flat than a hostel but it's better and had no problems whatsoever. Would like to stay there again when I return back to Singapore.

Booked with Happy Snail for new year but because of renovation stayed at Breeze Inn. Just got a mail day after booking saying change of location. For me you should know before booking that you're not staying at Happy snail! Some people went to wrong address because they didn't have any internet to access their mail. Location of Breeze Inn is not good as it's 50m away from mosque. So be prepared to wake up at 5h43 because no sound proof windows. Room was tiny and bed not comfortable. First time my back hurt this much at hostel. Good point: 1 locker and 1 electric spot for each bed No real common area, just 2 tables, right beside bathroom. There was actual mushrooms growing between wooden tiles in bathroom on ground floor. During my stay, almost each day the power went off couple of times Good points for the "hostel": not far from mrt station, all day breakfast with bread and different spreads, good wifi and nice staff

It is an awesome hostel, feels like home. We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff's are very friendly. Everything was good.
