To whoever is considering to work here as a concierge, think twice. You will not be respected by the managers at all. This company is good with one thing and one thing only, gossip. If that's your cup of tea, this is your place to go to. Even after leaving, my name still get involved in politics I wasn't not a part of. (BTW, to the 2 pilates teacher who's name I shall not exposed, I hope you see this. I did not ask your customers to join another teacher's class; and I will never think of doing that to you 2.) The only fun and enjoyable thing about working here is being able to engage with customers who makes my time less miserable.

Great environment and cool spot to be in. Attended some iyengar classes which used to be 90mins long but had since been shorten to 60 mins for most classes these days. Attended a pilates class by Aja, not sure how experience she is, but she didnt stop the students from doing bridging movement with the headrest up which is a NO NO as it can result in neck injury. I had attended classes at most pilates studios in Singapore. Aja's class sequence of the movements in the class feels odd and very random. Went to the website to check the profile of the teachers, I believe some pilates teachers @ Como are not properly certified in reformer pilates.

Dirty and amateur teacher - the place is nicely renovated but the mats are so dirty! I feel it s not properly cleaned before class. And the rooms are very dusty - I found the teacher amateur. Don’t teach students how to get out the pose safely. Cannot tell which part of the body to focus.

Very nice yoga studio, interior is much nicer, newer and cleaner than most studios, which especially during Covid 19 has been a relief as you don't want to come in to a barely cleaned classroom as you see in many other studios where the mat only gets a quick glance from a mop between classes. Location is convenient in the slightly less busy area of Orchard road although I guess that depends on where you're coming from. The teachers are all highly qualified, most having taught for very long periods of time. Now that they've added ashtanga yoga they have a very complete offering. The student:teacher ratio is almost always low, often classes have 5 students or less. The personal attention you get here is second to none. Would highly recommend.

Yoga classes here are good. Jay is a very steady, consistent and detailed instructor and teacher. There is a reason why cell phones may not be allowed in class and why blankets should be folded neatly. I can understand how that might come across as odd for some people but as an observer, i can only say that having your cellphone in class is disruptive to the class and to its participants who crave a small slice of peace and quiet during their practice. And folding the blankets and putting things away neatly is just for the consideration of others. Unfortunately, standards in society seem to have dropped and some might think a little consideration and basic respect to be an annoyance. I might also add that the cleaning has deteriorated. The cleaner (the lady) is quite sloppy now unlike the staff before…which makes it even more important that people try to be a bit more considerate and put things away neatly.

Beautiful studio, great student teacher ratio (often you will just have 5-8 students in a class) with lots of personal attention. The teachers get to know their students and ensure a very safe practice. The pricing is actually similar to other studios even though there is much more spacious area to practice and more teacher student interaction. not like the bigger yoga-factories which cram students shoulder to shoulder and it can quickly get impersonal.

update January 2023: I still visit from time to time, but it's getting pricier — which is fine if there's no competition, but there literally is a lot because all the other yoga studios out there are improving faster than Como. I mean, it did take a pandemic for this studio to roll out a booking app... -------------------- I've been visiting this place for over 15 years and it's hands down the best yoga centre in Singapore with well-qualified, experienced teachers and a very chill, luxe vibe. Prices are at a reasonable premium to most mass market yoga classes out there - the instruction is much better and classes are small. The only downside is that there are only a limited number of classes. Also don't expect newfangled/fusion/trendy yoga classes. Classes here are classic and old school i.e. it's yoga, not a gym workout. Teachers are sensitive to your body's limits and needs and will not push you beyond what you can or should do like in some other mass market classes. Massage therapist Liyan is extremely good and I never fail to leave with my body fixed up. Prices for the massage are at the market rate for a higher end spa and there are no huge package discounts, so I just pay as I go.

Como has long been known to be a leader in yoga and pilates in Singapore. However I was very disappointed with the pilates class . Not only were the equipment not well aligned before the class ( the instructor had to waste time doing it ) , the instructor also looked so unfit as she has a pot belly🫣 ..I have been to numerous Pilates classes around the world , and have never seen anyone who looked so out of shape to be my instructor.

I've been a regular here for massages for awhile now, and always had great experience with it - my therapist knows how to address most of the areas that need attention the most, and get me down-regulated from the usually frazzled and tired state of body and nervous system I show up in so I'm a fan. 5 stars for her 🤗. Only thing taking it down a star on the overall rating would probably be the fairly regular changes of policy and rates which typically are poorly communicated and seem jarringly ill-managed compared to the level of comms I see when dealing with the brand's hotel properties.

Catered more to the older folks crowds. Does feel like a old folks home/retiree atmosphere. Don't feel any youthful vibes at this place. Too serious atmosphere. Hmmm, this is my first and last time. Not impressed at all

First time doing pilates and visting this studio. Class size is small and the room is huge. The teacher was very patient and help to correct my posture! Minus one star as the cleanliness of the place is not there, hair and dust everywhere, in the studio in the toilet. Overall a very good experience but classes on the expensive side👍

Edited review, 3rd time going for classes here. So far, still a strong 5. The instructor (Fhe Samia) was friendly and approachable. she was patient with us and corrected individuals, personally adjusting us. she was careful in offering us alternative poses and cared for our wellbeing throughout the class. loved her playlist and would encourage others to join her fun class. Professional and friendly establishment. Would recommend👍🏻

Went to the Delfi location before they moved. The quality of teaching was awful. On top of it, the auntie teaching our reformer class did not seem professional, was very crass and kept rough handling the students without asking for permission or consent, even tops of heads, hips / butt areas. It was extremely unpleasant

For those who need parking; the como hotel provides parking. However, other options exist at the carpark on Bideford road and Ascott hotel. For ease of access, I would suggest give yourself ample time on the first visit to “get lost” in the carpark maze. - key tip : locate the elevator closest to the side facing the paragon on level 3 which will alleviate your “stress” . There is a linked bridge to paragon, and a very well hidden lift to the ground floor of Bideford road. Find that and you may also find the meaning of joy. - if your don’t find it on your first trip after 20minutes of disorientation, keep Calm and carry on. Good luck.

Am in love with your products. Bought a variety of the balms and essential oils you carry, fantastic!

Received the Gift of wellness advent calendar and loved it! Especially liked the essential oil roll ones, the bottle is compact and can easily bring it out to travel.

Terrible pre natal massage experience. Started off well and relaxing but the therapist spent 45 mins on one side of my body leaving only 10 mins for the other side. I’ve come away feeling imbalanced with a pain in my groin and later a bruise developed on my back. Disappointing for a brand like Como

I tried many pilates studios in the Orchard area and nothing compares to Como in terms of atmosphere and teachers’ experience. Additionally, staff Mel, Zara, Farhana, Lydia, and Zilah are very helpful and welcoming.

Top notch service! Paul, the friendly staff at the counter recognises my name whenever I call in to make reservation for facial and massage.

Went for a 60 mins facial here with Karmun and it was one of my best experience for facial. Great use of products and machine and no hard sell, which allows me to do my massage in peace without worrying if my face is really in a horrible state. The venue is well done up to make you feel relaxed and calm. Will be back!

I don’t normally leave reviews but my experience with COMO left such a bad taste in my mouth. I booked a reformer pilates class for 11am through classpass and arrived at 11:03am (3 minutes late). Their classpass listing states “Latecomers will not be allowed into class 5 minutes after class commences.” However, I received a notification from classpass that COMO cancelled my class exactly at 11am. When I pointed out to the receptionist that their classpass listing states that participants will not be allowed into class only 5 minutes after it commences, she said ok let her check on the class. She came back to tell me that the class was overbooked and there wasn’t any reformer machine for me. To her credit, she did offer me the next class at 12:30pm but that’s 1.5 hours later. Throughout the entire exchange, her attitude wasn’t exactly the best though. There was also no apology whatsoever for the class being overbooked and my wasted trip there. At least airlines compensate you if you’re booted off the flight due to overbooking.

Wonderful experience in this wellness place. I came out of there rejuvenated not only physically but mentally as well. The place is neat, tidy and cosy, smells great too. Enjoyed my 1st reformer class with instructor Ajay, class was conducted in a slow but steady manner, pace was perfect for a beginner like myself. Instructions was also clear. Staff team was friendly especially Abdillah, who have a really well-built physique. He was very informative as well, showed us the different rooms that is used for conducting different classes and informed us on the different services available. Keep it up! 😊
