This used to be the main railway station for Johor Bahru. I remember taking quite a few trains from this station to both Singapore and KL back in the early 2000s. The immigration staff were very helpful too. I remember one time there was a 1 hour train delay and I had already cleared the immigration here. But the immigration guard let me go back into johor to get a newspaper and some breakfast from the shopping center without needing to be re stamped back into Malaysia. It was a very relaxed way to travel to Singapore by train back then.

No historical attractions..need creavity to attract visitors or for touring the surrounding area.

Technically, it's not a museum. Just an abandoned building. The entrance is boarded up and doesn't look like a museum at all.. There's a train outside which you can climb aboard and take some photos, that's all. Hope they would transform this building into a museum, that'd be interesting..
