Things to learn about transport for kids. However most of the exhibits are in poor conditions. VR not working. Interactive learning game station doesn’t really detect the body or hand movement. Missing placeholders for certain exhibits and a dead cockroach not sure how long it has been there on the carpet. Wouldn’t suggest to spend time there until the mobility Center is revamped. Booking of time slot supposedly is needed however the information was not updated to reflect current Covid updates. States mask is mandatory however it’s not in current state. TLDR. Better for kids to learn online or via YouTube than disappoint with exhibits that don’t work

I went here back in 2019, at first I thought that this Gallery was small. But turns out they have many facilities and interactive display inside. This gallery basically shows Singapore plan in the future, about how they will increase and upgrade their public transportation. In some area, they have Virtual Reality game about bus. So we can experience, how to drive a bus in Singapore. In the other hand, they also have games about How to assemble one of a train machine. Definitely a worth place to visit in Singapore, especially if you brings kids.

Not a large gallery but I like that it’s easily accessible by public transport (entrance is just next to Little India MRT exit F, refer to directions on their website), not crowded, and free admission. Has some interactive stations that are more suitable for those who can read, so about lower primary onwards.

A great set up with just enough interactive features without overkill. In essence, it is dedigned to inform and educate and I must say the objective has been met. A Mr Eugene Lin who was in charge of my request to visit has been SUPER HELPFUL....A GREAT AMBASSADOR for LTA.

An OK experience but not much going on as the place is quite small. It would've been nice if there was a history of the LTA that dates back from pre-independence days until now. Lots of touch screen stuff but place is sparse and most are under maintenance. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon. The garden and place is well maintained. Overall and ok experience for children aged below 6 years old.

Quiet gallery. We had it all for ourselves. Exhibit need some maintenance. Otherwise great learning place for the kids.

A cool place to learn about the unique transportation system of Singapore. The cinema room with several projectors streaming to a very long wall is really impressive. VR devices sound great in theory, but unfortunately most of them were unusable when we visited in April 2023. And the bus simulator is one of the worst I ever tried in my life, and trust me I played a lot of indie garbage from Steam.

Very basic displays, not very engaging. Prefer the old displays though. No idea when and why it was changed out of which.

(Translated by Google) A great place to learn about the importance of public transportation. Not only presents imitation public transportation in the form of images, but also replicas, games and VR. In addition, there are also good ways to play on the highway, how to use city buses, etc. The place is also close to MRT station and easy to reach. There are also souvenir characters.

Personally I still prefer my last visit last year where the LTA staff received the groups and guide the groups around. NOW not even a staff there to assist us ( inquiries / questions ) since this is a new set up. We tried asking someone at the goodyshop, but she was not helpful. We search around and manage to get an IT contractor to brief us the procedure. The new set up is good but please have someone standby, who knows about the new set up well , easy for us to communicate.

Interesting. A look into Singapore future transportation system and an education of the existing ones. Been staying here for so many years and still didn't realise Singapore transportation is so well planned

A quiet gallery and had the place to ourselves. Have to salute the effort to include interactive elements and hands-on stations. Pity both simulation kiosk - mrt train and sbs were not in operation cos of smm. Well thought out exhibition and think it is really informative. Children may not appreciate the wealth of info tbh. But they will like the colourful images and video, I think.

It was eye opening to see the initiatives by LTA on the future of transportation from autonomous buses to smart roadways (street lights, traffic junctions, trains, etc). Would recommend for people interested in public infrastructure developments to visit for awareness of the existing initiatives being explored.

My 3 year old had an amazing time here. Kudos to the curator. Loved the mix of new tech (VR goggles and touch screens) with old tech (bus cut outs). I only wished the vehicles on display were actually real vehicles.

Exceeded expectations! The VR stuff is fun but somewhat cumbersome. Could add some more exhibits. Some of the games weren't working and the ones working are confusing to play.

The Singapore Mobility Gallery is designed to be self-guided and non-linear, allowing free exploration at your own pace. For your visit, we suggest that you cater 60 – 90 minutes for the most optimal experience. Please note that it is SELF-GUIDED. The goodyshop girl had basic information about the gallery since she's taking care of the goodyshop. Usually tour guides come here to recce the place first before bringing in their tour groups. Do your research first before coming.

Located inside a government complex, visitors can get in only if the security at the entrance of the complex helps to open the door. Many different types of new technology like VR is used to introduce the transportation system in Singapore. As a tourist, I can compare Singapore transportation system with that in my city. It is a place that is worth visiting if you are a Singaporean or a experienced tourist to Singapore.
