Came for the exhibition at 9:40 when it opened to the public at 9. Apparently ALL the merch has already been sold out to private invitation group the night before? What’s the point of having the store when it’s completely empty? Horrible crowd management and useless staff who don’t know what to do. Nothing but empty shelves. No info on what’s happening with the products. Don’t hold a high key event if you’re not ready for anything.

expectations were high and they failed in effort to deliver both in the exhibits and mechanise. visual impact were damn bad as compared to other regions. I think the overall experience was extremely disappointing due to the curator and how the staff were prepared. all they can do was to push the fault to the artist. extremely disappointed by this organiser for such a high key exhibition.

(Translated by Google) Very close to the downtown area, there is a river next to it, the exhibition space is very large, and the activities are very good. (Original) 離鬧市區非常近,旁邊就有一條河,展覽空間非常大,而且活動都非常棒。

Nice art gallery along the river! Not that big inside but it’s very peaceful and has a cute little shop. Went for a tour which was very informative and got to have a look at the print equipment downstairs which was really interesting. It was fascinating being able to walk about where the artists are usually working and see how paper is made. They had a free activity on that day where we could make our own little pieces of art which was cool, the staff were really helpful.

Very nice gallery! Large exhibition space, friendly staff, and very clean. It's also in a lovely location, right by the river and Alkaff Bridge. The easiest way to get here is probably bus as the stops are much closer than any of the MRT stations.

STPI is a world class centre for contemporary art focusing on paper and printmaking. I saw an exhibition by Rivkrit Tiravanija which was on extinction and global warming. Very thought provoking!

Drop by STPI during one of their Open House and was given free entry - bonus if you are looking for arts hotspot in Singapore. Had an amazing time and love the collection from its latest exhibition. Staff was really friendly during the printing workshop and we enjoy the whole visit. one small feedback for the giftshop, strongly encourage them to stock up more stuff as there was only 3 items for sale and they are pretty expensive.

I really like this gallery. It's not too big or overwhelming. The exhibitions are well curated, and the open days are great for kids to learn about printing.

A hidden gem in Singapore! Walk up the steps from the door next to Prive. There is a small desk that is where they sell the tickets for entry. It’s worth visiting the museum store next to the reception. The museum changes their exhibition every few months, featuring the works of artists who have been given residencies to creat works on the print medium. Fascinating!

Good to know the art industry in Singapore isn't dead, learnt about a ton of art techniques through the guided workshop tour, & learnt artists actually stay here while displaying their work.

The reviews that are posted today on 15 march 2023 are all fake. It's a telegram scam where people are being paid for posting fake reviews and they have other fraud verticals also where they loot people's money. Beware of these scams.. Don't go by the positive reviews. It's a team of scammers who do fraud with you by paying you 50rs. Per review. Thanks.. Just spreading awareness.

Giving it 1 star less because it is a bit of a walk from the MRT station. Other than that, this is a good exhibition space.

  • 5/5 Wei Lin N. 4 years ago on Google
Impressive exhibition roster which includes some of the most exciting and dynamic contemporary artists around today, and the only art space in singapore to attract artists of that calibre and stature. Well-curated and presented shows. Also offers a generous platter of free public programmes, with insightful tours, thoughtfully put-together panels and screenings, family workshops, printmaking workshops etc. A must-see, underrated gem.

BAD experience with the murakami exhibition. Crowd management was terrible and everything was sold out in the morning of DAY 1! We were so early. Whats the point of having a merch store if you’re not gg to limit the amount someone can buy. You just need one enthusiastic person to buy up the entire store.... dumb

Please hire professionaly trained staffs! Went there for Takashi Murakami's talk and queue up to get my physical ticket at SRT. Staff A pushed me to staff B claiming my order ticket was with B. Staff B had a public meltdown and pushed all the list to A who passed me a ticket wihout a smile. What a bunch of clowns!
