Come every evening, you will see families with young kids on their skate scooters , elderly strolling, migrant workers taking a break, dogs being walked. It’s a beautiful sight. True to its name, the layout and landscaping are very Chinese. There are several great bars and restaurants on both sides. Note, it’s a very small park.

Small park outside Zhongshan Mall. Popular with young families living nearby who bring their children for stroll and play on weekends. It is also popular with pet owners for strolling pets in the evening.

This small park is located next to Zhongshan Mall. Just cross the road there is Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall. The park has its namesake from Mr. Sun Zhongshan, the founder of the Republic of China. Some dog owners strolled in the evening with their pooches. Parents accompanied their kids playing at the playground. At night there were live performances too at the nearby bar. Just a short walk there are Myanmar temple, Taoist temple, and Buddhist temple.

an aesthetic and relaxing park! there are shops nearby, allowing you to grab a meal or a quick snack before going for a little stroll among nature! the plants here are very beautiful, and the wide open space is perfect for the little ones to play tag! this is definitely one of singapore's nicest parks.

Nice and cozy Park, an oasis from the surrounding shophouses where lighting and home electrical appliances abound. Balestier needs to draw more upscale crowd and this is one attempt to bring some rich infills to the area. Balestier was once the place for movie goers. Hollywood perhaps was one attraction to this area close to the satellite town Toa Payoh. Now condominium starts to line the street starting from the Thomson Road end, where Zhongshan Park fits in nicely. Love to chilax here when I am feeling a little Chinese Blue.

A mixed development in the Balestier distinct, consisting of 2 hotels (Days Hotel Singapore and Ramada Singapore) an office tower, a 2-level mall and a mini public park (shown in the photos together with this review). An interesting fact is that the park is built in honour of Dr Sun Yat Sen, the founding father of the Republic of China. The park is very zen and relaxing! #localguides #localguide #sg #singapore

Zhongshan Park is a small park that's located beside zhongshan mall. It is now being beautified by colourful lanterns for the mid-autumn festival. There is a very huge and old tree that provides absolute marvel to me. Some of the trees are maintained very culturally beautiful that looks very artistic. There are also water and rocks element in this park. You can get ample amount of sunlight during the day time at the park. #ILoveZhongshanPark

In the quiet neighborhood of ah hood road, it's a great place for family and kids to have a leisure walk and relax. It's alos very near to the sun Yet Sen Nanyang Memorial Hall but we did not have time to go explore. Of course, it's Walking distance to the Whampoa charcoal steamboat that we love so much. Nothing to shout about the mall but the surround pond and ambience is great. #madaboutsingapore #whatissingapore #whatisinsinapore #exploresingapore #sgig #igsg #letsexploresg #todayweexplore #visitsingapore #yoursingapore #exploresingapore #singaporeachitecture #singaporeview #travelsg #singaporeig #reels #singaporeexplores #singaporerediscovers #shoppingcenter #zhongshan

Love strolling through this park with its still ponds and big banyan trees. The old trees have been there since before the development, which enhanced the park's natural heritage.

A rather different park from most others in Singapore, this park with a pool, boulders with inscriptions and bamboo trees is straddled between two hotels. It is meant as a complement and a supplement to the nearby Zhongshan mansion. The attractive aspect of it is that it is big and open, it is sometimes hard to find such places in urban Singapore.
