It’s a big space with some sitting area scattered around (no food allowed). I can imagine the residents coming up for a leisurely stroll in the evenings. The afternoon Sun could be quite hot so an umbrella would be helpful. Definitely worth a visit.

The $6 entrance fee is definitely worth it, especially if you consider that tickets for the Singapore Flyer are about $40. It makes for a great after dinner stroll with panoramic views of Singapore - you can even clearly spot the silhouette of Bukit Timah Hill at night! A must visit in Singapore for me. Be aware that there are no bathrooms in the Skygarden part, and that you must have an active MRT card to visit.
