one of my favourite newly renovated malls! they have a large range of food, including fast food, japanese, chinese, singaporean cuisines and more! they also have clothing shops, a supermarket and many other shops. they have a relatively large parking area as well. some of our favourite places to go when we're here is the marmalade pantry, and cotton on (everything there is discounted!) there are two bus stops near it, one directly in front and one opposite. it is also closely located to Queenstown mrt. we would definitely recommend coming here!

The potted plants in the mall are all horribly infested with bugs. I highly suggest the management to please take a look into this, because this is quite severe. Some of the plants are placed right in front of shops and restaurants, only 1-2 metres from customers & diners.

if you are tired walking and browsing at IKEA, or just bought your new pair of shoes from Queensway Shopping Centre, just across the opposite road you can find Anchor Point for a coffee break before heading back home. There is a bus stop just in front of the mall take bus service 195 heading to Queenstown MRT station, or the opposite way to Tiong Bahru and Marina Bay.

Anchorpoint Shopping Centre is a place where you can find everything you need from food, bread, cakes, bubble tea, groceries, home accessories, shoes, furnitures, mattress, keys, educational and enrichment centres. There are also shops that caters to children like cotton on kids and some vending machines where you can let the children ride on for fun. It serves as a cosy shopping centre for the community in Alexandra area. It a place great for families to hangout and dine out as well. #ILoveAnchorpointShoppingCentre

Anchorpoint Shopping Centre is a place where there are a lot of food, and you could also have a rest here after browsing at the nearby outlets like IKEA. It is recommended to come here during non-peak hours as there would be a lot of people there, especially the food court. A really good experience there.

The natural plants around the entrance is awesome and sets it apart from many other shopping centres. Lots of food and shops, and located in a very convenient place. Great shopping mall go check it out. Thank you Anchorpoint Shopping Centre, very cool.

Management must be sleeping, remove the popstation but no advance notice or update to their website. Came down previously not accepting parcel but management didn’t put a sign up that it will be removed. Came today again, machine has been removed

After their renovation, the mall is more cheerful & with better quality eateries. Our fav joint is 2Thumbs Up for the Hainanese Curry rice. B1 opposite Cold Storage. Value for money set meal at $5.90 for one sunny side up egg, cabbage, pork or chicken chop, rice & curry sauce. Portions are generous. Meat balls are very good. Excellent packaging and friendly service. Food from Marmalade here is some how better than Ion. Very good pasta & ice cream too. But their cakes are no no!

Good mall. Has most of the popular stores around here(e.g. Starbucks, Mr Coconut, etc). However mall size is pretty small

Nice place to shop and dine. There we were able to get items at reasonable prices. The vicinity is good and relaxing as there is a place to take some rest and pictures.

Cold Storage has recently open back the store there. Many of the items are without the price tag. There are not many fresh fish and meat items in the shop, hopefully more can be added.

Nice shopping centre! Lately the mall has sort of got a makeover(?) as it looks much better now. Like the Cotton On (both adult CO and Kids) here as many things are on SALE all year round. (I.e. I bought a cap that used to be $31+ at $7!) Lots of furniture aesthetic decor shops and bubble tea shops! Also Cold Storage is back! Would recommend ❤️

The recent revamp from last year is great! This 2 level mall maybe compact in size but it has everything one needs: supermarket, fast food, bubble tea, cafe, coffee joints, hair and nails salons, dry cleaner and etc! Some restaurants have been here since it opened in 1997 like nostalgic Jack’s Place. The new Comic Library by NLB is a wonderful addition to this mall!

Quite a bit of renovations going on while we were there. We took the passenger lift up from the car park but had to switch to the cargo lift when we were going back because they sealed the pathway to the lift for renovations. The food court had only 50% of the stalls open, limited selection.

Limited stall at the food court and the mixed rice is super expensive. Three dishes cost me $5.30 I ordered 2 veg dish and 1 tofu fried with some (3pcs) hotdog. I resume they charge $0.30 for the takeaway container. I will.not patronize the stall again

They have better development and more interesting shops like factory outlet cotton on. They recently added more enticing shops but look forward for them to reorganise their layout to allow more shops to enter into the mall.

Anchorpoint has changed a lot from a few years ago. It houses a number of good places for coffee and tea in the afternoon. The place was nicely lighted and felt happening.

2 floors small shopping units, mostly F&B outlets that were quick to quit for cost or seemly low demand. Cold Storage supermarket closed and reopened, demand still low. Mr.DiY moved from location of Cold Storage supermarket to another corner. McD started early year 2024. Same time, NLB(National Library Board) opened a little Comics corner, FREE entry for members(or use SG NRiC). Management may had placed priority over residential (Condominium 'Anchorage') than this retail? business, not concerned for most passerby like us.

I had an extreme dissatisfaction with a recent incident at Anchor Point facility. While using the nursing room, a cleaning staff member forcibly entered despite the room being locked. I was in the middle of nursing my baby, and the invasion of privacy was distressing. To make matters worse, there was no acknowledgement or apology from the staff member. This lack of respect for privacy is unacceptable. The situation could have been handled better, such as directing the other mother to an available nursing room on another level.

A pleasant and enjoyable dining experience at the restaurant. On confirmation of our booking reservation, we were allocated to a spacious dining room, which was made-up of fanciful sea-themedornament decorations giving us a perfect ambient to indulge in the sumptuous foods. Will definitely come back again.

A small plaza but has many good shops. It is unfortunate that the supermarket has been replaced with other shop. However, it is still a good place to visit. I enjoy finding ideas in DIY shop here and buying low-priced snacks at Values. The food court also has a good selection of food items. For fast food, KFC and Subway are available.

The grand daddy of shopping center in Alexandra Road area. Place is in very close proximity to and forms the holy trinity of IKEA, Queensway Shopping Center, and Anchorpoint. Bad experience with the mall cleaner. After having my meal at phase 2 not dinning in period of time.i went to the toilet to rinse my mouth to get rid of the smell after meal.the cleaner there tell me off n said that if I am not going to the cubicle.i can do it at the outside washing area.when did the mall implement such rules. I am really puzzled. After I said that I am going to the cubicle after my rinse.she said like that is okay.what a joke of the day.i think in her mind anyone visit the toilet will create a mess.

  • 5/5 Anna G. 2 years ago on Google
Went to Anchorpoint last week and I can say that alot of shops are gone. (Eg: Typo,Mr DIY) Some shops are relatively new but doesnt seem to have any sales. There used to be a POSB atm in the mall itself but they removed it and have to go to Queensway Shopping Centre to withdraw cash. Koufu is still the same except for most of the stalls are closed. Only 2 or 3 stalls are open. For Fast Food options, only KFC & Subway are available.Im short, not much food options are available. But I like to go to this mall as its not crowded and it can tend to be quiet at times and its peaceful. No long queues as well. It used to be abit crowded during peak hours but now its quite quiet and I guess maybe alot of ppl are WFH. And also it can be inconvenient since its not near to MRT Stations.Plus, its no longer under Frasers as well. But overall, its 1 of my Fav Mall.

Note some shops have closed down (valueshop, Mr. DIY and of course earlier cold storage) but cold storage will be returning by 2022 1st quarter.

Disappointing mall that does not update their shop directory. Mr DIY is closed. Got stuck at the gantry and was told they ‘open from here’. I told them i would wait at the gantry. Waited and nothing happened. Finally, i decided to let a car open the gantry for me. Also then, i noticed motorcycle entry and exit signs at the sides of the gantry (far from the scanners), yet the gantry bars are placed wrongly so motorcyclists cannot exit. Similarly, they have a trace together gantry to enter the mall from the side lift of the mall, but everyone had to squeeze out from the side of the flower pots to get out and back into the carpark. No signage. Very confusing. Dislike this mall, and for their parking confusion and no mr diy (only high variety shop in the mall), this mall is no longer worth any time and effort to visit. (P.s and also the ridiculous high parking rates for cars, and getting motorbikes stuck with wrong length of gantry bars.

I am in love with the mosaic feature on the basement’s floor. Whoever commissioned it thought grid-like tiles wouldn’t do water justice, so the entire ~1,600 sq ft mosaic is swirls, curves, and colour gradients. Beautiful, not something you’d find in the sterile REIT malls. Decades from now we will all recognise that building bland was the most wasteful thing we did with our money.
