If you are missing India too much when in Singapore then this is the place you need to visit. You can experience authentic food, attire, culture, music, people, etc by going to Little India Arcade. It is at the heart of Singapore where real and old Singapore lives. it's owned by the Hindu endowments board.

A popular place with the locals and Indian residents / tourists etc. There are plenty of stores selling all kinds of Indian products, fashion accessories, apparel, etc. It’s not exactly a place I would visit often but once in a while during Indian festivities as the atmosphere is really eclectic and festive.

BLS India is on level #14. Take the lift from this entrance right next to OCBC and UOB ATM. Full of CCTV camera and Audio equipment shops. Well managed during COVID19

Great location for exploring Little India in Singapore, as the name suggests! But a great little boutique hotel for good prices perhaps with the slight omission of that personal service.

So, let me tell you about my trip to Little India in Singapore. It was quite an adventure! This neighborhood is like a slice of India right in the heart of Singapore. The services there were pretty decent. Shopkeepers were friendly and eager to help. The whole area was alive with the sounds of traditional music and the enticing aroma of spices in the air. It really felt like I was transported to India. One thing they could improve on is having more information in English. It would help tourists like me understand the significance of the various places and customs better. For those planning to visit, I'd suggest going during the daytime. That's when you can truly appreciate the intricate architecture and try some delicious local food. Check the weather, dress comfortably, and make sure you have some cash handy for street food and shopping. In a nutshell, Little India in Singapore is a cultural gem worth exploring. With a bit more English information, it would be even more enjoyable for tourists. So, if you're in Singapore, don't miss the chance to immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of Little India.

A little India in the heart of Singapore. A lot of Indian shops here almost for everything. You can have everything here from fruits, vegetables to gold ornaments. Very crowded place. In festive season, atmosphere is very energetic. You can also buy Indian sweets here as this market contains two to three shops offering Indian sweets. If you are looking for agarbatti or pooja related thing, you can find that very easily in this market.

Cosmo location with culmination of Indian stores located in the middle of Little India shows how diverse can Singapore be in terms of its residents. You can find several Indian stores starting from textile to cultural items. You can walk past this and it would make you feel you are already in India. You can find shining Gold from may Tamilian Jewellers and you can visit mustafa center here also. Must visit.

A nice old place of interest in Singapore. This used to be an area where Indians were located during the British colonial days. There are many small stalls that sells clothing, souvenir gifts and is a very enjoyable walk. I have included many other shops around the area to give you a feel of your place so called Little India.

Good to see and feel India in Singapore, especially the feeling of Chennai, so many gold jewellery shops and pure veg south indian restaurants. Very good temple. Very close to Mustafa centre to do your purchases which is quite reasonable. Only one star less as the cleaning of public facilities is not as good as rest of Singapore

Little India Arcade shines brilliantly during Diwali! The festive lighting and decorations are absolutely mesmerizing—a must-visit during this celebration. The Little India Arcade is an absolute treasure trove of colors, scents, and cultural richness. Stepping into this bustling enclave feels like a journey into the heart of India itself. The shops lining the narrow lanes offer an incredible array of authentic Indian goods, from intricate textiles and stunning jewelry to aromatic spices and flavorful cuisine. The vibrant ambiance, adorned with lively music and the aroma of delicious food, is an experience that truly immerses you in the essence of Indian culture. The warmth and hospitality of the shopkeepers add an extra layer of charm to this already enchanting place. A must-visit destination for anyone looking to explore the true spirit of India right in the heart of Singapore!

A nice place to explore on the outside but something different from the usual Singapore experience. The stores were nice but the food court appeared gross and unhygienic. Do it once then you can say you've been and don't have to go again.

Visited this neighbourhood back in March before the lockdown. This little bit of India in Singapore is filled with Hindu temples and South Asian eateries. If eating South Asian food is your thing, then you can't go wrong here. In my personal opinion, there really wasn’t that much to see except for the Former House of Tan Teng Niah.

I will never recommend any one to visit this place. If you order a set of briyani meal, there will be hidden costs to pay for the request of the gravy! It will not come together as a part of the said meal. Besides, the service is extremely poor and yet, a customer is liable to pay an unreasonable service charge. The food prices are exorbitant and the quantity and quality are compromised. It is not worth visiting this place.

A very colourful area of Singapore that is, like Chinatown, always busy/bustling! There are plenty of shops/jewellers, eateries, etc, but look out for the colourful buildings and murals and especially the temples. Very photogenic in places - probably more so than Chinatown, the River or Marina Bay. Well worth seeing - a highlight.
