White Sands, located at the far east of Pasir Ris, a shopping destination among weekend holiday-makers and shoppers. It provides domestic catchment with the convenience of one-stop shopping in an upbeat shopping environment, concentrating on today’s healthy and active lifestyle. The mall has six levels of exciting lifestyle and dining choices. They offer a wide array of food items, sporting goods, books and beauty products. White Sands features a basement with retail outlets and two floors of basement carpark.

Next to Pasir Ris MRT, a good place to hang out with friends and family. Crowded with nice atmosphere of shopping mall. You can find shoes, fashion, restaurant, facial, learning centre and many more in this vicinity. Being here feels like being to all other Mall next to MRT. Feels Good

Neighbourhood mall. Good place for groceries run. Several clinics and child enrichment options available. Will be in direct competition with the upcoming Pasir Ris Mall

As early as 11.15am. It was a very peaceful meal to have it here. Great value for the amount you get. Definitely will dine in here again rather than order online.

A shopping mall next to Pasir Ris MRT and interchange. It has some retailers like fairprice, crave, Watsons, Tori-Q, and quite a number of small eateries

Next to Mrt pasir ris. Food option at all level. Very convenient. Clean toilet. Prayer room located at top floor.

  • 4/5 Jill H. 4 months ago on Google
Great varieties of food at the foodcourt. Can use Koufu app to enjoy 10% off. Only thing, the seats between can be rather congested.

Despite the age, this place is always clean and well maintained. Basically all essentials can be found here. One thing, trash bins are hard to find near the entrances/taxi stand of the building. In fact, there is none. Why ah?

  • 4/5 Serene T. 1 year ago on Google
Conveniently located just beside Pasir Ris MRT station. A couple of restaurants, snack foods stalls at the basement, NTUC FairPrice, foodcourt here. Only 5min walk to Pasir Ris Hawker Centre from here.

A very ordinary mall, but a very useful one for those living around Pasir Ris. You can find a wide variety of food options and weekly popup stores here.

Its a small mall but has bank facilities. We use the OCBC bank. And had lunch at the conveyor belt sushi outlet on the 3rd flr.

Nice, clean and relatively small neighborhood mall, just like the dozens of others in all other neighborhoods. You can find regular brands like Starbucks, McDonald's, Guardian, Giordano, Popular and MOS burgers, nothing out of the blue, but everything you expect to find in a templatized neighborhood mall.

A smallish suburban mall that mostly fills the needs of residents staying nearby. There's an NTUC supermarket at the basement and a number of eateries on the lower floors including KFC and McDonald's. The top two floors are mostly filled with enrichment centres, salons, and clinics. Not much in terms of retail options, though there is Cotton On. A library occupies a large portion of the 3rd floor. The mall underwent a complete revamp several years back so it looks modern.

Our small Treasure in Pasir Ris. Small but plenty of shops, eatery and everyother thing that you need. NTUC, F&B, Owndays, Popular, SKP, Q& M, Guardian, Unity etc and National Library is here too. To get here just take the MRT and get down at Pasir Ris Station. There are many buses too from Bedok, Tampines, Punggol etc get down at the bus interchage.

White sands is such a nice place for dining and shopping 🛍. The British Essentials Pte. Ltd. Is an outlet I found the prices are reasonable and affordable, such as SebaMed bath, hair oil etc. Are also very reasonable. I was quite surprised as compared to People's Park. All the way I took MRT to be there. I highly recommended you can trying it yourself. For lunch or dinner you can try Ku Fu on the 4th. Floor. Of course, there are other outlets as well. When you are there, just try it for yourself and see the truth results. Have a nice blessed evening. Thank you.

Carpark gantry useless after waiting for long time and goin back and forth listening to the security thru intercom still cannot open, after ahwhile they send cisco security to come down and after waiting for some time still cannot and they ask to pay cash not like other shopping mall that will just open the gantry for you also the security cisco talk with attitude, furthermore upon paying and all three bikes are in a row waiting to exit he didn’t say anything and so we thought we all were exiting together , after the gantry open as we were exiting then he decided to stop us and cause one of our friends to get hit with the gantry, understandable if u stop us when we were lining up to exit together but he didn’t mention anything beforehand. After that one of our friends were stuck behind the gantry and upon paying cash again still cannot open even their card doesn’t work and both guy and girl can show attitude, as we were in a rush we had to push the bike under the gantry as it was going on for an hour, worst shopping mall carpark compared to all other malls in Singapore.

Usual neighbourhood mall stocked with the essentials: eateries, pharmaceuticals, groceries, educational centres and a public library.

  • 3/5 Enigma 7 months ago on Google
Conveniently located near the Pasir Ris MRT Station. It was jammed packed but the crowd was a civil one. Seats were not hogged and tables were clean. The library was well facilitated by friendly and knowledgeable librarians.

  • 4/5 Carlo R. 1 year ago on Google
Mall right beside the bus interchange and train station. stalls are mostly self help or food. not much clothes or shoes.

  • 4/5 Isaiah K. 11 months ago on Google
It's a tiny mall, which is quite disappointing since it is the nearest to Pasir Ris MRT compared to other nearby malls like Downtown East etc. I thought that it would be better after the revamp some years back but nope. I hope another larger mall will open next to White Sands and give Pasir Ris residents more options. Hopefully it would come with an integrated library, polyclinic, theatre, sports facilities and a large food court. Of course hopefully it will be environmentally sustainable as well.

I eat at the mall about thrice every year. For the past two years, I have seen small cockroaches at the 2nd and 3rd floor toilets each time I was there. Management does not respond to feedback.

  • 3/5 Soh Xuan Y. 4 months ago on Google
It's a very small shopping mall that sells generic stuff. I don't see much people here and there are bigger malls at the east side of Singapore so I don't think there is anything unique about this mall. The only pros that I can think of is that there is much food options at the vicinity here but there isn't any special restaurants to look forward to here.

  • 5/5 Lydia L. 1 year ago on Google
It's an okay place. Has supermarket and food court in the basement. 1st floor has eateries and vendors selling nice eats and essentials. Library is on 3rd floor. Can just go walk around and window shop.

White Sands mall revamped a couple of times. I can say that it is currently the best. Even though it is quite relatively small, you can get all the necessities here. You can get children's gifts at the kiddy palace, there are many restaurants around too. You can get your finger food at the outer skirt of the mall. You can bring your kids to the library too!

  • 4/5 TJM 4 months ago on Google
Koufu House is amazing 😍. Recently renovated so everything is super clean and fresh! (just like the food haha) The library doesn't usually have the best reading options but it's still an amazing atmosphere to study and has plenty of variety. The mall has everything you need, with lots of eateries, shops and deals. Nothing over the top but more than sufficient!

  • 4/5 Seng Chong T. 9 months ago on Google
Perhaps a better way to describe what White Sands is to compare it with Tampines One. Both are about similar in layout, not as big as Tampines Mall. There are pretty good tenants in the mall, like pharmacies, confectionery, fast foods, apparels, supermarket like NTUC plus national library smacked right within it. Lots of food outlets. Always find activities in the open lobby. Not fascinating but suffices.

Same old mall, less attractive shops, but car park gets more and more expensive. What a rip off.

  • 4/5 nicnicxun 9 months ago on Google
It's a smaller shopping complex compared to tampines. However you can everything here. From food, fashion to beauty services. And the thing attracted me to visit here again is the library 😄

  • 3/5 Kenneth O. 9 months ago on Google

  • 4/5 Belinda T. 1 year ago on Google
There's a lot of "buy and go" eateries at level 1 beside the main entrance. Very convenient for quick buys. Pasir Ris MRT is just a few metres away and the bus interchange is just a short distance away. Shuttle bus service to Downtown east in front of MRT toilets. Have most shops to fulfill regular needs, from banks, restaurants, cafes.. Supermarket and more retails shops at B1. Access via "hidden" escalator, nearing the rear exit. The whole area especially at drop off area and taxi area can get really crowded on Fridays and Sundays.

  • 3/5 John B. 3 years ago on Google
Car park at B3 shut, only B2 open causing massive traffic jam. Hope the management open B3 and station a safe entry person there.

Nice mall that's just on top of Pasir Ris station. Easy to get to, lots of variety from bubble tea to burgers to blouses. Fast food to fast fashion are all available here. Love the cookie shop at the entrance. There's an OCBC bank as well. There's also a Guardian and a range of other shops across over 5 floors!

  • 1/5 Jo-anne K. 2 years ago on Google
The mall needs a major upgrade. Not much good food or shopping options aside from Fairprice, Saizeriya, Stuff'd, Mr Coconut, Mr Bean, Rocky Master and Kiddy Palace. Really disappointing selection. Usually gotta travel to Tampines for more options.

  • 3/5 patrick l. 1 year ago on Google
Suburbs mall with all the usual brands for fastfood, clothing, food, personal services, clinic and an anchor NTUC supermarket on the basement. Located next to busy PASIR RIS MRT.

  • 4/5 Thomas W y. 1 year ago on Google
Suburban mall with decent food and drink options. Not much for clothes shopping but lots of personal services and small shops. It could use more entertainment like arcade, cinema or shops like H&M or Zara.
