Great place for young kids, especially if they have an interest in art. It's not just drawing and colouring but playing with shapes, lights, magnets (with various facial parts for you to create different portraits as per your imagination). Best part? It's free to enter! You do have to book a slot in advance though. And they enforce the end time of each slot strictly as they disinfect the area for the next session. So if you arrived late for a slot you booked, it just means you have less time to enjoy the place.

We love this place, an absolute favourite that we visit regularly with our 2yo and new the renovations are fantastic! So creative. However, the prison warden level hovering from the Senior Squad Staff interrupted any creativity and fun the children were having, every few minutes. It's like they were on observation and being tested to only follow the staff direction, not enjoy the play invitations. We were reminded 6 times in the last 10-15 minutes that we needed to leave soon. So you are possibly may not feel welcome for the last 15 minutes of the booking slot, which it's already relatively short for children. I would recommend visiting after the initial newness and the supervisors have calmed down.

6 stations for interactive activities.. one of the station for painting with robots doesn't allow hands on trying. The other station is origami. Would be more fun if more hands on activities are available especially in the school holidays.

The kids enjoyed the art and craft activities. I like the way different media is introduced to create awareness for art forms such print making and pottery. Good for primary and kindergarten kids. And it's.......free!

This is a great place for kids to explore and experience art. There are some interesting tiny projects the kids can learn and make. The staff are very friendly here. My Daughter loves spending time here.

Lots of hands on activities for the kids. Guides are generally friendly and warm. Tolerant of noise too. U can learn about woodblock printing. Kids can try out printing and choose to display their work or take them home. There is a Rainbow Concert Hall for kids to create music with items provided like chopsticks and pots. Be prepared to spend at least 2 hours at this gallery alone with kids.

This was a fun place to go with kids! We enjoyed the whole Childrens' Biennale event - there were some really lovely exhibits there. Such a nice place and very interactive. It would be really for 3-year-olds on up. I would recommend it for any children interested in art.

No surprise this was named Children's Museum of the Year 2018. Age appropriate and interactive activities for kids, while adults pick up knowledge of the arts too. Helpful docents are around to facilitate too.

Rude staff. Unpleasant exhibition at 3D pen section. Adults without kids not welcomed. Attitude of staff can be improved.
