Worst Indian cuisine experience I’ve ever had. But let’s start with entering the place and welcoming. The staff was super rude, no greetings, they were staying not moving in the middle of restaurant and the guy just did a gesture with hand which is very inappropriate in hospitality, we are not in the bazaar market, excuse me. Second- he gave a table in an uncomfortable location, even though the place was almost empty, but we asked to reseat us. Definitely he didn’t care much about his job. When it comes for ordering - no help, no explanation about food, we asked the staff, but they just didn’t care. And finally when the food arrived - it tasted terrible. And the last - it’s so overpriced! The bill was 89$ for the appetizer, 1 main and a chai! Had cosmic experience in high end restaurant for that price. Came here because of good reviews but left shocked how this place got even few starts.

The first time I walked into a restaurant, I felt unwelcome. The staff was busy chatting in the middle of the hallway, and we waited for a while after entering the restaurant before any staff noticed us. We asked the waiter to recommend the food for us, and the attitude was not like they wanted to continue serving us until we responded that it was good. I don't know if it was because we were the only Chinese at the table, but we felt like we were being watched all the time while we were eating. The glass water bottles/cutlery/plates on the table did not look very clean. The food was good, but the desserts were not to my liking. Wouldn't go back to this place to be honest.

I had a great experience at this Indian restaurant The food was great and I enjoyed the service, the staff were friendly and helpful. I like the atmosphere, and I appreciated how quickly the food was served. While I haven't explored many Indian restaurants yet, I'm looking forward to returning to try more dishes in the future.

Great North Indian cuisine. Service was slower than expected, however food was good. Be careful when ordering more sides as they charge for everything

Naam bade darshan chote, I didn’t had good experience at this restaurant The food served was Not hot didn’t seem it was freshly cooked even the pappad was Soggy. They do not so even salads with main course. Just the presentation in the service was quick. The staff nature was very rude. I would not recommend anyone just to see the big name and visit the restaurant.

If you are a fan of Chaat then look no further than kailash parbat. Honestly they serve the best chaat in the island. Trust me, when I say they maintain their quality and quantity in their food. We have tried their food a few times and also from both their branches. We love both the places. This place can be easily accessed through MRT or by bus. So its quite easy to find on Seerangoon road while the other is opposite Mustafa center. Highly recommend both the shops.

Came back here after almost s few years. The 2 pages of chaats make the decisions really difficult so we ended up getting the chaat platter (17 sgd). This was great with 2 types of sev Puri, bhel Puri and dahi bhalla. We also got papdi chaat and aloo tikki. Hands down, best chaat in singapore. The pind platter of makki Di roti, sarson da saag, lassi and gaajar Ka halwa was absolutely fantastic. At 25 sgd it's great value also Cheese pizza covered with amul cheese was really nostalgic and reminiscent of the Mumbai pizzas. Mango lassi and fresh made iced lemon tea were spot on although a tad sweet The only disappointment was the Indian Chinese, not the best I've had in sg, but not too bad either. Overall great place, will be back.

Usually the food is good here and I go to have a delicious Indian food. However this time when I went to have the Lohri special thaali which consists of saag , makki ki roti etc. it did not felt authentic, neither did the saag and makki ki roti. Makki ki roti was like missi roti. It was ok but not what was expected.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon about 2pm. They closed off part of the restaurant and do not allow us to get a bigger table despite having a table for 2, but we wanted to order a lot more food. One of the waiters managed to put 2 tables together for us and we were quite happy. After some of the food had arrived to the table and we were already eating halfway, one of the "managers" decided to pull off one table without informing us so that he can fit a table of 6. To me that was utterly rude and uncalled for. He then entertained other guests instead of us. When more food arrived, they decided to shift us to another table, which isn't even right for eating etiquette at a restaurant. Now for the food. The sweet corn soup was pricey and bland for 7 bucks. The best part of the meal was the bathura platter. 4 different kinds of bathura with the spicy chickpea side dish was amazing. The pani poori was good too, flavourful. Overall, the service was bad, which made the entire meal very poor for both of us. We requested for ice to come with our drinks many many times, but only towards the end they managed to give it us. Probably going to just order on foodpanda for take away instead of facing the poor service staff which could not provide decent service for us.

So far the best chaats I have had in Singapore. Nice and proper place to sit and enjoy the food. Prices are not exorbitant. One thing I dislike is that they don't have a proper hand wash inside the restaurant. Have to go out to wash and come back using the swing door, which defeats the purpose of washing hands. Indian food must be enjoyed by using hands, so hand wash point in the restaurant is a must. Update on 18 Sep, Since I liked the chaats, I thought of having at airport as I saw it was at T1 terminal @ L2. When I went there, they said it was moved to different location. Management must take out the signboard from T1 as it gives wrong information.

I love Indian foor, but I have no baseline to say if things are good or bad or authantic. this place came highly recommended in the Little Indian town/area in Singapore. I had not idea what to order and i just ate whatever my friend ordered. everything tasted great with my zero baseline. Would love to come back with my family, but only if I know what to order. we had to wait a little to get a table, but was maybe about 10-15minutes. had to track the guy down to place order and pay. but not that big of a deal as we weren't rushing and just chilling and chatting anyways.

Good food and with lots of variety! Taste and ambience are very nice. They have Mumbai Vada pav etc as well. It has large space too. Staff is courteous.

Food - I visited this place recently for some quick bite. My past experience was never good when I had some chaat here so was a bit hesitant. We ordered paneer chilli gravy with some Schezwan fried rice and Aamchi Mumbai special sandwich. Indo chinese food was really average but the sandwich was amazing! Would definitely hop by for the sandwich and some chai(Indian tea) again. Service - Very good Ambience - Colourful and cheerful Wait time - Considering peak dinner time we had to wait only for 10 minutes so was okay.

Modern Indian vegetarian eatery, quite pricey. Jain allium-free options are clearly marked out in the menu. Vegan options aren't indicated but the staff said that most Indo-Chinese dishes are vegan-friendly. Also tried the vegan paneer dishes made using Herbyvore yellow pea cottage cheese, but I'm not sure if they're still available. Hope vegan options can be labelled on the menu!

Average food as compared to how chaats go in India. Overpriced. Average service. Nobody smiles and it feels like they are all being overworked.

Interesting lunch and good vegetarian option. Enjoyed pani puri but maybe a bit too sweet for me. Equally the dal maklani was too salty and buttery albeit managed to finish quite a big helping. Pricing is bonkers tho with rice and dal dishes being close to 15 dollars. Service was excellent and I would come back and try a few other dishes. One issue is the lack of bathroom facilities or washbasin in the restaurant. You have to exit and do a couple of doors down and my nose never did recover from little India’s more underground smells !

They are famous for their chaats, they also have very good Indian sweets. I have not tried their chaats yet but I found their sweets to be good and their staffs helpful while I was deciding the sweet varieties to buy.

This is right below my hotel (Hilton Garden Inn). So, I decided to give it a try. Was seated fast and order was taken in reasonable and food delivered soon. Good quality! Bombay BHEL and masala Coke. My serving was large enough to fill me up. I also had Royal Falooda for dessert. Enjoyed my food. The facility is clean and there were enough servers who took care of you. Plenty of items to satisfy all palates of taster on the menu. Well recommended!

Posting on behalf of my friend. Please dont eat at Kailash Parbat Singapore. Their sev puri had a cockroach in it. Apparently my friend called the restaurant to report this and they were not apologetic about this , they just gave another number to call the speak to someone who was supposed to be a manager. Who said that he would call back but no call was made nor was any refund given either.

A pure veg dine-in at the heart of little india, singapore. Its a cozy place for family dining. The cuisine is North Indian and chats. Vegan food and Jain foods can be requested. We ordered american corn based chat and dahi Schezwan dabeli for chats.roti baslet serves 7 small piefes of different rotis that are available. The monchow soup was good. Lassi is available. The highlight of the dinner was fruit punch soda.

Son actually just wanted to try the Panipuri as recommended by friends. We only ordered that and a drink but staff were still so friendly and served us with passion. The dish was okay; something unique that we've never tried before. Surprisingly tasted quite okay without too strong flavours.

I visited this place with my friend for a catch up after a very long time. It’s a good place to try Indian chaat (savories). Truly a delight the variety of chaat (Pav Bhaji, Sev Puri). The twist to our catchup was the momos we tried. It satiated my craving for a good quality momo. If you are in Little India/Farrer Park vicinity, it’s a must try for anyone looking for a good place to eat. Note: they also have a small sweet stall to do take away.

Very good option for Indian vegetarian food. Was seated very fast and the service was also good. During peak dinner time 8-9pm place will be crowded and generally there will be waiting. Vast Manu covers most of the Indian variety food. Food is really tasty, especially all the chat items are very nice. If you are looking for Indian vegetarian food definitely worth a try.

Have been here multiple times to eat their chaat platter. Refreshing. Their main dishes are not bad too. Service is hit or miss. Venue is clean and seems like recently renovated.

This is one of my preferred Indian restaurants in Singapore. It seems like every dish is meticulously prepared, and the spices aren't overpowering, making it suitable even for those not accustomed to Indian cuisine. Especially the Kulcha and Sev Puri are the best I've ever had. I remember that after my first visit, I couldn't resist returning.

Mains are better than the apps. We had veggie samosa and aloo chiat for apps. For mains, the saag paneer is very good. Okra is also good but way too spicy (even though I like a lot of spice).

The place is good and food is quite tasty as compared to a few other Indian restaurants in the area. I believe they can improve their service as it was too slow.

This is a vegetarian restaurant. Dahi puri + masala chai = top best bester bestest. chaat here is simply amazing. Pav Baji is alright. I recommend coming here for afternoon tea to fill the tummy and beat the heat. Superb snacks.

This vegetarian restaurant is tucked at the corner of Hilton Garden Inn. Fairly spacious with an external washroom. Food is very well marinated and tingled the taste buds pleasantly, especially the house specialty KP Kebab Platter (see photo). Plate presentation is good, appetising-looking and neat. Bathura and naans were well-cooked without excessive oil. Service was prompt and attentive. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place for excellent Indian vegetarian dishes. Try the yoghurt rice to cool down the stomach after all the spicy food!

Best place to have chaats. We are frequent to this restaurant in Little India to fulfill our cravings for Indian Street food like Pani Puri, bhel Puri, bhalla papdi, pav bhaji, Chole bhature. The food tastes authentic. The staff is very friendly and this restaurant is very spacious.

One of the best places for Indian chats and snacks. They have a good variety of appetizers and quick bites. Try their chats, Bombay specials like sandwich, pav bhaji. Also must try is their curry Kofta-e-dilbahar which has two gravies in one dish. Lastly, they also have a good set of Indian desserts to end your meal.

We were craving for some Chaat and chole bhature in SG and this place satisfied all our cravings. The taste is authentic and the portions are good. Tried the Chaat platter, generous quantity. Bhaturas were soft and fluffy, loved the chole masala. Price is reasonable, given the quality. Will be back for more!

We tried multiple food items such as chana batora, tikki chaat, pau bhaji, mango lassi and malai kulfi. Savoury items are way too spicy to tolerate and it kills the whole experience of enjoying the taste of the food. Malai kulfi was really good but not worth the hefty amount As per the price the quantity is way too less. Our total bill was 85$ which I usually pay for a meal in a high end restaurant not when I just have snacks.

Excellent vegetarian food. The waiters may not take the order as you arrive. In our case, they took order from 3 people who arrived after us. I do not like that. No complaint about the food.

Kailash Parbat is a chain of Indian restaurants in Singapore that is known for its delicious and authentic Indian cuisine. The service at Kailash Parbat was also excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they were very helpful in making recommendations. Overall, I had a very positive experience at Kailash Parbat. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great Indian meal in Singapore, specially Mumbai type food ;)

Recently I had a lunch buffet in their party hall at little India ,chat was good and delicious, except hot and sour soup is not satisfied me ,as it tasted like tamarind juice, other all items are tasty.Their party hall is good enough for 10 to 12 families.

Food is very tasty and tastes exactly like in India. The quantity is also sufficient. Tried paneer butter masala, naans, various chats, rice. All are awesome with few exceptions like Chole did taste good, the vegetables in masala khichadi were raw and unboiled.

Awesome Part of the menu are the variety of snacks and street food they offer. Just great. I thought that the prices were little bit on higher side but you can't complain for the sake of great taste. Highly Highly recommended Indian cuisine restaurant in Singapore..👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼😎👍🏻

It is a vegetarian restaurant that serves a good meal. Light meal options are available for light eaters. Taste: Really good. Location: Central and easy access to main roads. Quality: good. Price: a little bit pricey that suits the ambiance. Staff: friendly. Loved the pav bhaji and mini cheese naans. The masala chai was lovely too to complete the meal.
