Great mall, has literally everything you need and a cinema. Parking is plenty and next to the punggol mrt and bus center. Easily walkable if you live in any nearby punggol housing as well. Has an ntuc down stairs and plenty of coffee, and food stores. Can come just for the free A/C too haha

Great to have this mall in the middle of the residential estate for family members to dine in or do takeaway or do some shopping for household items. Visited this mall on a weekday around lunch time. The carpark had many lots and was quite spacious. However by 12 noon, most of the lots were taken and have to go further down to park. In terms of the variety of store, there are fast food, restaurants, take- away store, and many food options available including cafes if people just want to discuss about work or have a short chat with friends. In terms of Organization of shop, it’s easy to walk , accessible and spacious for most area. Also just beside a waterfront area so people can go for a nice walk after their meal.

A place to relax after work. Lots of food outlets to choose from. A one stop centre for your home needs from groceries, footwear, clothes, pharmacy and restaurants . Din Tai Fung serves the best egg fried rice.

Nice place to jog and walk around in the evening. The mall looks huge! Walk out of the mall and have a nice evening stroll to get away from your hectic work life! But this area is rather far from the city ...

Beautiful mall. Architecture is amazing. Very near to the waterway park and also both mrt and bus interchange. Quite large as well so gotta know how to navigate around if unfamiliar. Many food options that are popular are here and many shopping options that are popular are here too. There are sometimes those circles of mini water fountains that people can sit around to for rest etc but one can also go out to the connected water/sea area right outside the mall for a rest or to eat in nature! It is very beautiful and the nature is breathtaking. The mall also has the shaw theater here and koufu for the foodcourt. Seats are limited in most restaurants so not reccomended to be here during peak hours.

Very nice mall. The mall is very big with a lot of shopping retail outlets. The mall also houses lots of food stores and franchises. The place is also very photogenic for those who likes to take nice pictures. It's a fun place for families to bond and shop together. However, do avoid weekends and at around 7pm or so as it is very crowded :)

The only major shopping mall in Punggol that serves residents. My First Skool is at L2 . It's spacious and family-friendly. The previous H&M lot is now occupied by ToysRus. Making shopping 🛍 spacious . Dining outlets quite a variety and will be crowded during peak hours.

Amazingly a huge mall with many varieties of shops and restaurants. It's located beside Punggol MRT. Love this huge mall! You can find almost everything here. Nearby the mall there are SAFRA Punggol and Punggol Waterway Park.

Just into 11th day of Lunar New Year, Waterway point is busy, a little crowd in the week day though. Not many space, you could find many cafe, kopi and restaurants. Half of the malls give you choices of food, wide variety, but very local. If not for the stop by, i hardly come by this mall. Enjoy.

Very poor service, total disregard to senior citizens, exploitation of unfair and unwarranted payment of service charge, deliberate reduction of food which was inconsistent to the price of food and no apology for the slackening of service. One should never visit the Fish and co waterway point outlet after a bad experience on 30 August 2021 at 2.27 pm.

OK mall. Minus one star because there is no clear signage in the car park stating which entrances were closed due to Covid (2 out of 3 closed). Have to walk all the way to the closed entrance to see a tiny A4 sign explaining which is open

This is a good mall in punggol and easily accessible. There is a nice view here, nearby the water and a bridge. It is a big mall and that it is a mixed use development with residential units above the mall. It is connected to the park connector and is able to be accessed by bicycles and cars. This is a good place to get items for the local residents here. Overall a good outlet and would like to visit again.

Home base for me as I live right above this mall, which is extremely practical. Waterway Point is clean, has a great selection of shops and restaurants, is efficiently run and located neatly between the riverbend of Punggol River and the excellent community center OnePunggol. Evokes memories of how malls used to be circa 1985, only right here in 2023...

Had fun with daughter Klara in mother's day! A lot of places to eat and enjoy! Also a good place to shop! Usually on weekends quite crowded, but still love this mall! Definitely will come back again. Photos are found on google, but is true of waterway point! Alot of fun for kids, and entertaiment like cinema! Really enjoyed myself. Sorry for bad spelling. Hopefully can understand my review, hope it helps!

Pretty good variety of shops and dining establishments for a neighbourhood mall. Layout is not confusing despite there being two wings. Spacious design and comfortable enough when you avoid the peak hour crowd. Parking design is straightforward and there are ample, easily accessible lots for motorcycles. This is a Class A mall that should be the benchmark for all neighbourhood malls!

    1. One iced latte with soy milk: prepared twice, tasted watery, at 7.50$ 2. Ordered 2 bakery items: Danish raisins and Berry cake. Received an electronic device to warn us when they would be ready. After 10 min, it rang. We went to the counter, but they did not know where they had been placed.thr back kitchen did not know either. Finally I told them I saw them putting them into the oven... danish: floppy and sticky, cake: breaking apart. 3. Price / quality of food/drinks not really satisfying. So the service as well.

Waterway Point is a nice shopping cente. It has the usual shops found in most of Singapore's malls. What stands out the mist is the variety of eateries spread throughout. You won't go hungry there. Jaosnese, Thai, Western and Korean restaurats are sone of the big size places but dotted around are Wok Hey, Mr Bean and Dough Culture to name a few. Grab some takeaway and sit on riverfront to eat. You may even the otters playing in the waters nearby.. 24hr Macdonalds, NTUC and Encik Tan mean never going hungry.

A decent setup, lots of eateries,. electronics shopping, few options for clothing and accessories as well, has Daiso outlet in basement level, couple ice cream outlets, Starbucks and other options. I love this place as it has some decent options for watch lovers as well. There are Banking outlets for POSB/DBS, Citibank and OCBC. Easily accessible from MRT, literally just outside the gate. One of the signature integrated developments for the punggol new town. Featuring a good mix of retail and f&b establishment to complement the needs of the suburbs. Seamlessly integrated with the sengkang punggol waterway to provide connectivity to the rest of the north east park network. Worth a visit if you are happen to be in the north east.

A relatively well equipped mall in the north east area. Only down side is that there only one entrance area before the official opening hours so it can be a huge roundabout to get to the 24 hours outlets such as NTUC and Encik Tan. Can be confusing for people who don't stay around the area. Otherwise, it is a pretty big mall to explore.

Waterway point is one of the best I could say mega mall especially for punggolians to shop for eateries, clothes, toys, groceries and many more. If you going the first or even few times, you could get lost in there 🤣. There's also cinema if I could remember correctly is Shaw house. And there's a place the relax outside with beautiful scenery of the river. It's a good place to bring your family and friends to hang out here sometimes and you guys should check this place out, fun times to go will be weekends, vibes and crowd will definitely boost the watwrway point atmosphere

This is a shopping mall with a novel and special design, and there is a big lake next to it, which feels like a shopping mall in nature. There are also similar apartments and HDB flats next to the mall, which is very convenient for nearby residents. The transportation is very convenient because it is also connected to the subway. When I first came here, I was a little worried about getting lost, because the inside is very big and there are many shops.

One of the most troublesome malls to navigate. It's really hard to tell apart the two wings and to make sense of the odd slope that the mall is built on. I mean, it does bring a lot of food options to the north east and that I appreciate. However this is not a mall that one goes out of the way to visit. It's a mall that goes out of its way to bring decency to punggol.
