I
have
been
with
De
Beaute
for
almost
12
years.
It
was
good
in
the
beginning
but
service
have
deteriorated
the
past
few
years.
They
are
very
pushy
for
business,
will
harass
you
until
you
sign
up
their
packages.
Once
packages
signed
they
no
longer
look
into
your
interest.
I
have
informed
them
that
I
am
travelling
and
no
need
for
them
to
text
me
on
the
appointments.
They
still
did
despite
my
notifications.
When
I
got
back
they
texted
me
again
and
I
have
arranged
for
an
appointment
today
for
massage
at
11
am.
Mark
confirmed
my
appointment
but
when
I
arrived
this
morning
at
1050
am,
I
was
told
to
take
a
seat.
I
asked
‘why
‘
so
the
receptionist
replied
that
masseuse
are
not
available.
I
then
told
her
that
I
would
like
to
change
first.
When
I
went
in
to
the
room
to
change
I
saw
3-4
masseuses
standing
around.
After
changing
the
receptionist
asked
me
to
go
for
facial
first
and
that
I
can
only
have
my
massage
at
1
pm.
I
asked
‘why’
when
I
had
the
confirmation
from
Mark
for
massage
at
11
am.
She
then
responded
that
the
masseue
who
can
massage
for
me
is
taken
and
only
available
at
1
pm,
the
others
are
not
capable
to
do
massage
without
oil
as
I
am
allergic
to
the
essential
oil
and
that
I
didn’t
book
that
particular
masseue.
I
told
her
that
I
did
mention
on
the
phone
when
the
lady
called
me
to
set
up
the
appointment.
They
have
my
records
too.
The
service
and
arrangements
with
appointments
have
gone
from
bad
to
worst
and
this
is
not
the
first
time
they
have
messed
my
appointments.
I
got
so
angry
that
I
left
without
any
treatment
this
morning.
It’s
a
total
waste
of
my
time
driving
all
the
way
to
Plaza
Singapura.
