We just had a great shopping experience here at this large supermarket on level one in Raffles City. The store is very clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what we were looking for. They had a wide variety of fresh foods, ready-to-eat meals, and delicious snacks and treats The deals they offered were appealing as well. Definitely worth the visit and considering they have so international food from around the globe there is something for everyone.

On 27th January 2024 at 7.40pm. I was in a Q, and there were 4 Korean women paying for their groceries. Then, out of nowhere, a fat lady appeared and took the basket of groceries from the Korean lady in front of me and went to the extreme right cashier counter. I was, of course, glad that thinking she was trying to clear the congested counter. So when it was my turn next, the cashier suddenly put up a closed counter right in front of me. I was totally shocked. I asked her what happened ?. She just replied as " CLOSED ". Then I walked over to the right counter and asked the fat lady why you had not informed me and the rest of the customers behind me. Rudely, she replied and said she did, and we did not hear her and refused to answer to the rest of the customers. Then the rest of us hot to start queuing up at the right counter all over again. That is really uncalled for, and it is really unprofessional from Cold Storage . Hoped the management can look into the CC camera and see what actually happened. I strongly do not recommend rude places to buy your groceries.

Great shopping experience at this large supermarket! It's clean and the products are neatly arranged. Very enticing! They usually offer good deals too! Large variety of fresh foods and fruits (local and foreign), ready to eat meals like customised salads and pasta, cooked foods like crystal jade roast duck and roast pork with rice, sushi and sashimi, fresh seafood and meats, the usual addictive snacks, drinks which are specialised like craft beers and an array of wines and soft drinks, frozen foods and dairy products! However, the broccoli and local vegetables always look sad there. Maybe because the target audience is different. There are several payment machines available too, so the queue moves faster than at the counters, which are limited.

CS (Cold Storage) fresh @Raffles City has been at Raffles City Mall for a very long time despite its change of brand name. A revamped interior to carry more products and items (including food on-the-go) is great! My favourite part of the supermarket is the candy section. Pay-by-weight candies are unique and affordable. Weighing machine is at the cashier - cashier will assist with the final candy price upon payment.

Large supermarket with many stations for freshly prepared food: Salad, pasta, sushi... Fresh fish counter, antipasti counter, lots of fruit / vegetables and a selection of international wines and beers. Very busy on weekends.

There are a couple of live cooking stations in CS fresh and it's very affordable! Especially for people looking for health food. They have a DIY salad corner as wall as a DIY pasta corner. They also have Crystal Jade roasts at the rotisserie corner. DIY acai bowls, yet to try! Salads are so affordable $5 for a base, 3 toppings and 1 dressing. +$1 for a protein. They also have protein powder for a DIY smoothie station. Amazing! They have a seafood station as well where they cook it immediately to consume. Not sure if it's tasty... A nice corner dedicated to sushi, great for a quick lunch or meal at anytime of the day. They do have sushi discounts after 6pm when they're trying to clear stocks! They also have a beautiful range of artisianal cheese. Great variety!

CS Fresh or the old Marketplace, @ Raffles Coty Mall, this is a good supermarket to quickly pop into, with excellent selection of ready to eat food choices, including sushi and salads. Especially perfect pitstop before you retire back to your hotel room or on the way back home. Higher than average prices for good quality produce.

Self checkout system was crazy. Took forever. Deleted my order except one item. Lucky I spotted it. Did it all again, plus waiting again for approval/ID check for my non-alcoholic drinks. Good product range but it's dense, crowded and tiny little checkout area is claustrophobic

Good busy supermarket with nice ready to eat meal options. I like the packed lunch meals they have out on display, though they are not refrigerated so I do worry about food safety. Chose a Pepper Chicken and salad one today for $6.50 which is a reasonable price. The plastic lid didn’t fit on properly though. Generous portion, but I found some of the chicken a little dry and over cooked.

Around 2.30pm, 20th Sept at Raffles City's CS. Extremely bad tasting, tiny scrambled pieces of "smoked salmon" and bland atrocious tagliatelle with no sign of truffle in the carbonara as stated. EXTREMELY high doubts on hygiene as well! I first told the woman from the pasta section that I'd like it with a cheese wheel toss for my smoked salmon tagliatelle. She said basil pesto wasn't available, so substituted to truffle carbonara instead which was fine. However, another guy who just came in started to cook my pasta without gloves on.. when he was about to pack I asked abt the cheese toss, and he said I should've mentioned beforehand or the salmon will crumble. I told the unprofessional woman and apparently she forgot to tell him and his tone sounded rude bt said he will make an "exception and just dumped the pasta in the wheel. Worse off I noticed HIS FINGERS AND THUMB has touched my pasta and sauce althoughter.. I told him to pls wear gloves, then he said he will just make a new one. Putting on gloves reluctantly, he then proceeded to make a new batch of pasta bt the pan even touched the rubbish bin and he rinsed it like a few seconds... and it was much quicker than before and when he dumped it to the cheese wheel.. he literally scraped nothing and like 2- 3 times for show and just put it back to the container. I wonder if the cheese wheel has been CLEANED thoroughly...and properly maintained too. Having a stomach ache now.. DON'T TRY EVER. Not only a waste of $8.80, I even have a stomach ache now.

I love the assortment which Market Place carries. Somethings you just can’t get anywhere else…or may be I don’t know where to get them… But yes when it comes chocolates, I love visit Market Place. It never disappoints me.

Great selection of groceries, alcohol, snacks etc... but of course, the prices are definitely on the higher end compared to the other local supermarkets like NTUC,sheng shiong or giant. They offer many brands which the other supermarkets do not, some which you could only find back in your home country. Definitely beneficial for expats living here. There are a number of live food sections which can prepare food as per your request. Sushi, pasta etc ... Definite worthy of a stop if you're nearby.

CS Fresh at Raffles City in Singapore is a well-stocked and organized grocery store conveniently located below the Swissotel Stamford. It offers a good selection of international foods, fresh produce, snacks, and drinks. The store is clean and spacious, with clear signage and labeling. The friendly and helpful staff make the shopping experience pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone in the Raffles City area needing to stock up on groceries.

supermarket alot of cashier counter, 2 person standing there still have to wait for another cashier to take cash.. Buy sushi and other food, chopsticks have to pay.... 😑Sianzzz It's already more expensive than sushi takeout just outside the supermarket, still need to charge for this and that, my mistake for buying here before checking outside...

Probably a great store. It says closing time is 22:00, but when we arrived at around 21:40 the doors was closed and they didn’t want any new customers inside. The store looked great through the doors though, and probably would have had the things we wanted to buy :)

Basically the high-class equivalent of NTUC. They have house-brands and more or less every product that you can think of. They used to have a wine cellar but not sure where that is now though. Overall, great hangout place after a hearty meal!

Good to fine a familiar supermarket in the city. Prices are reasonable given the rent they must have paid for the place. Good for getting those items you missed in your regular shopping trips.

Love the clean, spacious and nice environment. Staff at the salad bar was friendly, floor staff was very observant. Someone spilled a box of blueberries and it was cleared off promptly after staff was alerted. Layout was a slightly challenging to locate some stuff but doesn't affect the overall experience. Imported food items options offered were quite a wide array though to be expected, steeper for the pricing!

This supermarket was always a need to stop by whenever I was in the vicinity. I realised that the supermarket was undergoing a layout and merchandising overhaul a few months back. Just yesterday I was at the supermarket and I discovered that navigating in the supermarket was difficult. 1. No longer spacious 2. Very dark interior 3. Spot lights made seeing difficult. 4. Some shelves were empty 5. Not comfortable for browsing items and shopping. What a pity to get lost in a premium brand supermarket!

I was at the store and the staff at the self checkout (4.15 pm, 13 April 2022) was so thoughtful. He saw my two bags of takeaway n promptly put into one large bag for me without my asking. This truly fantastic service, thanks uncle

Raffles City has always been iconic with its trendy shopping experiences. It offers chic and everyday essentials for a wide range of shoppers. Food varieties and Bubble Teas outlets are abundant, so long you can "stomach" them. A great place for the family outing.

Last week, I was delighted thanks to gentleman staff of the butcher in this store. He recommended really good part of meat to me. It was really really good. I think he is a people person who is really suitable for this job. He is very kind and helpful staff of this place. I met him twice at this store. He is really good at finding customer's needs and keeping small talk with buyer who is really need to be helped from the staff. I wanted to go there to buy meat from him more and more again before my departure from Singapore. However, I couldn't .. As far as I heard from his colleagues that day was his day-off. Hopefully, I would like to buy some nice meat from him again at my next journey in Singapore. Please, take care of yourself till then. Many thanks, gentleman! Dear. Future customers of this meat shop in this store -If you would like to buy nice meat, you should go to the gentleman(the elder staff of meat shop). Highly recommend. Thank you for your time. :-)

Favourite supermarket even from before when they were Marketplace. The Chinese older gentleman who often works the self-service check-out counters on Sundays is the friendliest person ever. Super helpful and cheery too. The older gentleman working the Ryan meat counter is also very cheerful, friendly and helpful. The younger gentleman working the other meat counter has always been a bit stoic but super accommodating with my requests on packing my minced meat portions. Definitely my go-to supermarket!

CS Fresh has many ready to eat sections - from salad, pasta, cheese, seafood, sushi. I was really excited to see the cheese wheel for pasta and came to try. However, I was quite disappointed with the taste. The pesto sauce with spinach linguine, mushroom and egg was unfortunately quite tasteless. Although the price is low and reasonable at only $8.50, the wait was quite long for 20 mins although it was only one other person before me. I’m not sure if I would be back again to try the other sauces.

CS or Cold Storage Supermarket has been here for many many years since am young. They carry a wide range of merchandise that meet one's daily needs. The products are more on a high end products hence may cost slightly more than its counterpart NTUC. However, their products are fresh and nicely packed in theirs own way. The supermarket is on a high end hence has been well maintained and neatly displayed. It always a good place for one's shopping for your daily needs.

Staff here are really nice as a rule, there is a super helpful gentleman who helps out ar the self service till, then today I had a really rude member of staff an older man working in the tea and coffee section I asked him a question and he clearly was more interested in fiddling with coffee labels and spoke to me really rudely and dismissively so I just walked away annoyed if you don't want to work here it's simple leave and get another job you are paid to help customers! I've never had this problem in Marks and Spencers

Large supermarket with a lot of imported food. Excellent selection of cheese and some very good fresh bread. Great meat counter too. Aimed a bit higher up than Fairprice and popular with foreigners because of the good selection of foreign food. Friendly staff. Not the cheapest option but high quality.
