    I would never have gone here if it wasn’t for it being my company’s designated health screening center. The clinic itself is very old, the staff there mostly looked bored or not very enthusiastic about their jobs. In the eyesight screening room, to my horror, there was small bugs (look like mites?) crawling all over the wall. It was really disgusting. When I told the staff there, she was very nonchalant about it and barely blinked an eyelid and just wiped the portion of the wall with the bugs - but let me assure you, it’s still crawling all over. So hygiene is an issue at this clinic. Also the same staff managing my eyesight test was not clear about the interpretation of the symbols you needed to recall when looking into their eye machines. In her head, she already had a pre-fixed answer to the test and if you didn’t interpret it correctly the way she wants it, she faults you for it - like it’s a bloody exam studying for a test! Quite unprofessional. I felt pretty frustrated taking my test here and would prefer never to come again.

    Unable to provide info and assist with arranging an appointment. Extremely helpless and difficult to get hold of.

    Well 1. They messed up my booking so that my record does not exist 2. When they “attempted” my blood test, probably just this one inexperienced nurse, but that was the most painful blood draw in my life, he wasn’t able to get any blood out hence continued to apply strength trying to get the needle to the “right” spot for like half a minute. I do not want to give him a second chance so I had to walk out. Not going back

    No update on screening results even after three weeks, while I was getting more anxious by the day wondering if something went wrong. Finally managed to get through their helpline and complain- the same day I received an email with a soft copy of the report. 1. No apology or explanation for the delay 2. I had specifically asked for a hard copy and 3. No explanation of the results or doctor consultation when my package had included this. Very unprofessional administration. The attitude seems to be that they don't have to care about customer service if it's a corporate package. Such a shame

    Very hard to contact. The appointment for health screening take one week to make, and a chain of frustrating process that costumer service tossing you from one to another. Better via whatsapp, email will take two days to reply. Ridiculous.

    Not exactly the best of annual check up providers, but it's passable for sure. It's pretty much a check the box process, if you're not too fussed up about the annual experience. They got our bookings mixed up, where we initially wanted Mt Elizabeth Novena, but found out the night before that we were booked in for Orchard. Arriving at 830 is definitely a great idea, since we didn't have too much waiting time in between stations, being the first few for the morning. We were pretty much done by 11am. Doctor on duty is family medicine trained, and pretty much going through motion. Nurses for the blood test, ECG, and eye tests, felt junior and fresh. For someone who's done enough tests with other specialists, this pales in comparison, but gets the job done. We end off with a takeaway food box, since everyone's been fasting since the evening before. Okay-food, but don't expect too much.

    One of the worst health screening centre I ever encountered in Singapore. Booked 9:15am but keep me waited more than an hour to start the first test. Took me 5 hours to finish entire basic screening package. Lousy reception service as well. Don’t come here

    What a terrible experience. I had to reschedule my appointment. After a month and multiple calls made to customer service, clinic still has not called back. I would give zero stars if given that option. Please do not visit them.

    Went there last year but it was hard to book a slot for check up. Had to book months in advance. Quite a bit of waiting time in between tests. They rely on their departments for tests, so you need to wait with other non-executive patients. Stool sample only can be dropped off at the clinic during specific times and dates, which makes it difficult for working people.

    This is one of the most efficient heath screenings I have ever done. All completed within 60min, not counting x-rays and ultrasound at Radiology Clinic on L1. Dr Kristine Xie was attending doctor, nurses were friendly and put you at ease. Breakfast provided was excellent too. Highly recommended 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

    Should have checked the reviews before coming here. Some staffs are fine but the doctor is impatient and rude.

    Not acceptable behaviour of staffs there. Inappropriate and unprofessional. They seems not to care about you. Long wait time.
