This place has mostly medical centers. hard to visit if you don't drive as there's no nearby train stations. A few eateries (very few though), wheelchair accessible. Every floor has a toilet, which is very clean.

Went there to help a friend to carry something home. As it was a Sunday and it only take less than 15 minutes to load the things into the car 🚗, the security officer was kind enough to allow us to wait instead of going to the car park. Kudos to that security officer 👏

Camden medical has fast lifts/elavators unlike Paragon. The location isn't too bad even if you are not driving as it is somewhat walkable from the bus stop (320m+) although unsheltered and there is free shuttle bus service as well. There is also an upcoming MRT station which seems to be completing soon.

Had a surgery yesterday, almost got billed twice by the facilities. What a joke. Check your bills throughly! You’ve been warned!

Not pleasent experience with this clinic. I am unable to attend for dental appointment last min due to some urgent issue and i ask if able to rescheduling. The dentist assitance not even help on my rescheduling request but then charge me $30+7% GST for last min cancellation. I not even had for any dental service or even consultation in the clinic but i had to pay for it. To my feeling, they onIy think about money more than patient concern. I think i wont want go to this dental clinic.

Went for MRI in ohm clinic. Had an appointment at 1pm, but only get it done at 2.20-2.30. The medical assistance kepts calling us to reschedule TWICE. I think OHM should learn time management properly.

Was accompanying a friend for her appointment checkup. Sitting outside of room c5 while waiting minding my own business, An indian female doctor or staff approached and pointed out my cigarette box which i left at a seat next to me. And asked me "you smoke?", then walk off with a smirk on her face like she is the most perfect human being on earth.

We been to this Camden Medical since 2016, but it seems, They charge for rocket high. For any diagnose in this Clinic 300sgd is the lowest price. Luckily insurance backhome pay still half of the amount. Few great Doctors too very accomodating and most of all friendly.

There's no nursery room available for nursing mom. I have to express in the toilet which is very unsanitary.

If you are coming here on insurance for dental, do check the claims breakdowns before paying the balance

Slightly tucked away but clean, staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. They even reimbursed my taxi fare which was a very nice guesture.

Staffs downstairs are super friendly and kind. Extremely appreciate that they kept my phone when I lost it. Last but not least, very thank you to the person who returned my handphone to the staffs downstairs. Good attitude and high quality staffs. Highly recommend to everyone.

Definitely not easy place to find. However the shuttle service for visitors to the centre is most useful and convenient! Just hop onto one at Newton Mrt Exit A.

Had the pleasure of being referred to Dr. Goh and her team at Eye & Retina. The entire team were professional and very helpful. Dr. Goh is very patient, provides wonderful service and communication. Highly recommend Camden Medical (Eye & Retina).

No wonder people are abusing the Emergency System!!! Have to wait and wait! What can I say! I am not MP's or Royalty related. So what the damn do they care!

Called the eye and retina clinic to confirm the surgery appointment on behalf of relative overseas. And yes, my relative sent her email yesterday. We provided the reason for the call as we need to confirm the surgery ASAP because we have to arrange for air ticket for her to fly to Singapore for the surgery. The reply from the staff was they are still clearing for the emails for last month and after that they will follow on this month emails. Pretty unprofessional and the service culture is highly questionable. Even Polyclinic / General Hospital staff can reply better with ‘we will reply in 3 working days’, etc. and ask for our contact number. Here, we had to ask them to call us and offer our contact number… pretty arrogant people they have. Thumb down.
