😠 The attitude of the woman at the reception was the worst. I don't think everyone feels that way, but I feel like I won the lottery. I should have stopped coming to the hospital when I noticed that he had a bad attitude on the phone. I have just arrived overseas and am feeling unwell and anxious. ``I... The doctors and nurses (both local and Japanese staff) are always kind and welcoming. I'm glad I chose this hospital. But the last checkout always leaves me in a terrible mood. That person is a Japanese employee. I don't want to have to deal with accounting again. I think it's strange that such a cruel treatment is tolerated. Every time I am in charge of this person, I am amazed at how responsive he is. I end up thinking about how I can make them feel comfortable or have them pay the bill normally. That's the worst way to respond as a human being. disappointing.

It makes me feel bad every time. The reception, accounting, and the staff are so bad. I will never choose it again after the treatment is over.

The doctors and pharmacists who saw me were very polite and kind, but the Japanese woman at the reception desk was extremely rude. I think it was a problem with the way he spoke and his attitude, but he was arrogant, overbearing, and cold, to the point where I got tired of communicating with him and even got irritated with him. It was foolish of me to expect a detailed and courteous response on a Japanese level. If you are going for the first time, it might be a good idea to keep this in mind beforehand. Since it's a Japanese clinic, is it too much to ask for the reception staff to provide Japanese-level treatment? It was the first time I had ever been treated so coldly and spoken to in such a dismissive manner. The visit itself was a good one, as long as I didn't have to interact with the receptionist.

Thank you for your help as I was feeling unwell during my trip. Everything is in Japanese, so you'll feel like you're in Japan. It is a very famous and large hospital. I was referred to the doctor through the insurance that comes with my card, so I had a cashless consultation. There were many children at the time of the visit. There is a food court in the basement, and Japanese food is also available.

I visited a gynecologist. I was able to receive a thorough explanation using materials and the examination, which made me feel at ease. The receptionist is indifferent. When I talked about what I had checked beforehand, I was surprised at how dismissive he was. I was also surprised that another person handled the billing process and just handed me a calculator without saying a word. As a Japanese person, I find it disappointing that the people at the reception desk are either busy, unmotivated, or just don't feel like they're in the right place. I would like you to at least respond politely. Added on 2022.03.17 It was my first time meeting the receptionist, but he was polite, prompt, and kind, his attitude completely different from the receptionists I had previously dealt with. At the reception desk, the person was speaking fluently on the phone, so I thought he was a local, so I spoke to him in English, but I was surprised when he immediately answered in Japanese. What made me the most happy was that the receptionist had put a sticky note on my appointment card. The information on the sticky note was very helpful when contacting the insurance company. It made me feel like a professional.

As a Japanese otorhinolaryngologist, I think this is my favorite. The cashier and the person who explained the medicine to me were wonderful too lol I am always grateful for your help

The reception staff, nurses, and teachers all speak Japanese, so I felt very relaxed during my visit, as if I were in a Japanese clinic. Since it was prescribed in-hospital, I didn't have to go to a dispensing pharmacy, which was helpful. The instructions for medicines are also written in Japanese. There were many patients in the waiting room, but the wait time was shorter than I expected, probably because the staff were efficient.

The service is unprofessional. Doctors as well as admin stuff are top down and offensive; zero care for the patient's conditions. I will never visit this place again. Huge disappointment.

There are many comments that the reception staff are not very responsive, but it is true that compared to Japanese hospital receptions, they are more businesslike, don't smile, and are difficult to talk to. I went there after reading such comments beforehand, so I was not disappointed. Dr. Sano, the internal medicine doctor who I have seen several times, is not at all condescending and is very approachable. I felt at ease when visiting the doctor because he answered all my concerns in a thorough manner.

(Translated by Google) You can call in Japanese at a beautiful hospital. The receptionist and the teacher are indifferent, but they will explain exactly. (Translated by Google) Wait anyway. 1 hour course even if you make a reservation. A hospital that I don't want to go to unless I can't help it. The doctor is nice, though. The attitude of some of the receptionists and cashiers was terrible and I felt very bad. Since he is the face of the hospital, it would be a good idea to consider dismissal. The doctors and nurses are calm and normal. I really wish I didn't have to practice obstetrics and gynecology here. I won't go again unless I see improvement.
