Good array of chairs to choose from although not readily stocked so waiting time may be necessary. Nevertheless a nice outlet to browse n pick out a few choice pieces 👍

It's been more than 7 years since I bought my teak dining table. With 3 young kids, it is near impossible for the table to not show some wear. Marker stains, water colour being left for too long, melted varnish due to 3D pen etc, my kids certainly have fun. Soul & Tables just return my table after maintenance service. The table is pristine again!

Extremely squeaky bed frame! DISCLAIMER DISCLAIMER DISCLAIMER: My Air Bed bed frame was purchased secondhand on Carousell. Soul & Tables’ warranty was then transferred to me via original owner. The life time warranty is why I am giving it 2 stars instead of the lowest possible score I feel the need to write this review for anyone considering purchasing their Air Bed bed frame - don’t. It is by far the squeakiest bed that we have ever slept on in our lives. Even the slightest toss or turn causes the frame to emit loud creaks. I totally understand that this was a secondhand purchase but the quality is so poor that I feel like I must warn everyone. From looking at the bed, nothing seems wrong, so it’s quite clear to me that whatever wear and tear may have occurred with previous usage, it wouldn’t have been anything out of the ordinary. Yet the noise persists even after we paid the extra cost to have the bed dismantled and put together again by Soul & Tables technicians, as well as have them come to our home for maintenance on the frame two or three times now. We spent a lot of money on our new mattress, but aren’t able to enjoy it. We often wake up stiff from subconsciously not wanting to move around in the night in fear of waking the other. We are actively looking to replace the frame after just 3 months of use.

It's been 6 years since we bought our oak dining table from Ethnicraft then. My husband and I love the table. It's still very sturdy except for some minor scratches and wine stains. Just today, our table was given a complimentary maintenance, and it's as good as new now! The guys who came did a good job, quick and meticulous. Customer service arranging the visit was efficient too. We're happy!

Great curation of furniture. Impeccable service. Kept me updated on delivery throughout. When a chair delivered had scratches, they promptly organised an exchange. I think this is the only furniture shop in Singapore that promises to allow you to return a piece of furniture within. a month if it does not fit into your decor. In addition, they also promise a lifetime service of the furniture as well. I bought an extendable dining table and a sofa from them and I did not return either items! Beyond this, their customer service is also quick and friendly - very customer centric in approach. They reply very quickly on whatsapp and offer very flexible payment options (bank transfers and online credit card payments). I went to the showroom to have a look and try but did not really engage with any of the staff as I was rushing around to look at the offerings available in neighbouring shops. When I decided on what to purchase a week later, I whatsapp chatted with the staff and got the confirmation of stock and delivery within the hour. Paid online and the delivery was 3 days later. There was also no delivery fee and a transparent pricing scheme. Delivery was smooth and the staff resolved small issues on the spot. They also disposed my old furniture at no charge which came in handy for me as I was replacing current furniture. All in, this is the most painless and pleasant experience I had in furniture shopping. No hard sell, no wondering if I had the best deal, no 3 month wait for furniture, no additional fees (delivery or disposal), no-regret purchase (because of returns policy). Kudos to the team at Souls and Tables.

I was so impressed by Soul & Tables that I felt compelled to post a review, just in case their impeccable service is not already an open secret. Soul & Tables had two showrooms at Tan Boon Liat Building: unit #02-03 and #02-09. I was looking for a suitable dining chair to match a dining table I really like at unit #02-03. I found a piece at unit #02-09, but am not sure if it goes well with the table. Mr Gabriel from the sales team was happy to carry the chair to the other unit to show me how they look together. I eventually bought the dining table and chairs along with a bed frame and bedside table from Soul & Tables. I had ordered a King size bed frame, but on the day of delivery, realised that it was too big to fit into my bedroom. Mr Divesh from the sales team was very understanding and quickly arranged the delivery of a Queen size one the following week at no additional charges despite my indiscretion and request to pay for the repeat delivery. Their delivery team was very polite and careful with moving the pieces. Although they had already carried up the bed frame, they did not complain a word and gladly brought it back down again. The bedside table came with some drama too. I realised after putting on a new mattress that the table was too low for the bed height. The mattress only come after the bedside table was delivered. Therefore, again I had to request to change to another higher bedside table piece. Mr Andrew from the sales team was sympathetic of my situation and arranged to replace another piece I picked from Soul & Tables. Although the change was again no fault of theirs, Soul & Tables still extended a 12% discount to the new bedside table because the original purchase was made during their end of year sale. Soul & Tables’ price point in not in the low tier, but not forbiddingly expensive too. You can get designer pieces at a fraction of the prices carried by furniture houses like XTRA and Grafunkt. What’s more, I felt piece of mind that my furniture will last me a very long time because Soul & Tables offers lifetime warranty and complimentary maintenance services. What more could you have asked for? My episode could have turned out very different, but for Soul & Tables, the mistakes I made became a pleasant experience. Had a wonderful experience with Soul & Tables which started two years ago. Staff was knowledgeable and everything from ordering to delivery to installation was first class. The bed I bought was of excellent quality and workmanship. Two years on, I had to change the location of the bed, and as the bed was large and heavy, I needed the Soul & Tables folks to dismantle and re-install the bed at the new location; all these had to be done at the specific auspicious date and time given by my fengshui master. Though they were already fully booked for the specific slot that I needed, the folks at Soul & Tables took the extra mile to arrange for additional manpower to accommodate my request. I volunteered to pay extra, which they declined. Saw a nice rattan light online and decided to visit their showroom. Service was okay. I was impressed with the quality so much that I bought 2 chairs from there too. Can be pricey but definitely worth your time to visit as online images don’t do their products justice!! The delivery team was awesome!

We are proud owners of 3 pieces - Burger console table, side table and bed frame. I love the texture and colors of all the different types of wood they use. In fact, these 3 pieces were purchased 10 YEARS AGO when they were still known as Ethnicraft (Now Soul & Tables) and they are still standing strong and looking new today. Their after-sales service is great and staff are very polite and helpful. They have NEVER once fail to answer my enquiries and requests promptly over the phone, email or in-store. Thus they actually deserve a 6-star from me for their excellent service and definitely product durability. Will definitely be getting more pieces from them in the near future.
