Stayed two nights and had a very mixed experience. Overall, I would say the staff are great, positive, friendly and welcoming with a few exceptions. The rooms are nice and some great touches, like mini robes for kids and kids size sink. The kids loved the whole themed room. The breakfast was basically inedible. It was awful. No live egg station. I consider that a basic. So much cheap deep fried food. The cereals were poor quality, high sugar and not recognizable. The juices were flavoured, computed water. The food in the park was similar, mostly deep fried, fast food with not a healthy option in sight. It’s Malaysia, so I’m surprised, they couldn’t even offer satay!! The parks were good and kids had a great time. But they don’t open till 10am. Makes me wonder if anyone involved with this actually has kids.

5/5! Excellent park! All rides open! It’s not boring to go there as an adult! I love the racing coaster and the dragon! ☺️ full fay spent! Recommend to go separate days with the water park! So you have a whole day to explore. The water log flume ride should be taken as last ride as it’ll really soak you up. The machine driers don’t really work so ya 🤣 the tower ride can be taken during sunset for a superb view of the whole area! Good day for kids and adults alike! Fun there, food was good too! Ate at the kings grill. The sauce was yummy!

There are some rides that are more tame and slow for younger kids and there are also some that are more suitable for older kids and adults. The food options were pretty good. Expensive compared to other Malaysian restaurants, but cheaper than Universal or Disneyland. The park isn’t too big, so it’s all rides are within walking distance. We went midweek, so there was barely any wait time for most of the rides. Overall, it was a great experience and we will be definitely be visiting again when we come back to Johor.

Around 2 or 3 big stations is closed for maintenance. Services quite slow even queue is long. And if you listen only sound of staff like Woo Hooo!, or Welcome back and hope you are enjoy! You can feel like here is a funny place but it so different with staff face being. Good place but only one time in your life is enough.

Bought the ticket through the hotel we were staying at (distributed by Lego land). Turns out the tickets were expired! We ended up having call the hotel and prove that we legitimately purchased the ticket. The whole process took almost an hour. Absolutely terrible way to start the visit. The park doesn’t appear to be quite fully up to speed coming out of covid, but have enough to spend a day with the kids. The food option is passable with family friendly combo.

If you are a Lego fans, this place is going to be heaven for you 🤭. Unfortunately, I am not and my daughter as well, so we find the theme park just alright. Come once, good enough. If I am Johorean, it will be a good idea to get the annual pass (similarly priced to one day pass ticket), can come in when off-peak season and perhaps enjoy both theme+ water park. Also, long q today for most of the popular rides since it's school holiday. So, perhaps better to get the 'hero pass/express pass' if you got no patience.

Exciting playground for kids. Children are given direct exposure. Equipped with dining area, clean washroom and playground. The shops sell interesting lego-shaped souvenirs. Reasonable ticket prices. There are several packages at attractive prices offered to family members..Apply lotion to prevent the skin from getting dark during exposure to the sun during play. wear clothes that fit the environment to always be safe and comfortable. There are games tailored to age. Parents carrying a child should monitor the child's movements. This is the best theme and water park ever!!!

Suitable place for children to learn soft skill while playing the games... for 1 day pass it is almost impossible to finish all games here. But just like me and my family, we go for annual pass and i believe more than 10 times we had come here since. Enjoyable and good for your leg workout... ha³

Very nice and a hotel that welcomes children. The entire crew is always happy and prepared to assist you. Although fantastic, the food is still considered above average. However, there is a new mall close by with a large supermarket, so this is not a problem. The room is also really good, but after you pulled out the roller bed, the area beneath the bunk bed was very dusty. Therefore, it could be a good idea to tidy up that area once a week. Apart from that, it gets a thumbs up.

Bought the tickets online via shoppe. Not the best experience but it was the cheapest alternative. We arrived at 9.40am and didn't have to wait long before we could enter the park. We all had to gather by the stage for the official park opening at 10am. There was an opening show but not much engagement with the guest or kids. They looked like they've been doing this same routine for 8 years and are dreading it. No Lego mascots seen. We headed in and had a great time. Food was meh and expensive. Lego fixtures all over the park were discoloured and old. Lego star wars no longer exist. Ninja go shows no longer exist. When queues are long, kids get very restless, minimal effort to engage kids while they queue. You can see broken Lego fixtures throughout the park. No maintainence what so ever. Kid got injured and no shop or ride station had a band aid on them. We were told that they needed to call for a medic to come. I mean, a small box of band aid under your cash register wouldn't take up much space would it. The biggest disappointment was not being able to see Lego mascots roaming around. You know? Like a meet and greet for the kiddos? Camera flashes on every ride but all the camera booths seemed to be unattended and/or closed. We smiled for nothing. Lots of Lego activities for the kids. Like the robotic workshop, which you have to sign up for very early in the morning if you want to take part. Indoor Lego rooms (to just build something out of Legos out of your creativity) were humid and stuffy. Overall park was clean and everyone was friendly. Really cool toys in the shop but only if you are willing to spend. Not much lego key chain option anymore. To summarize. The amount I paid for 2 adults and 1 child just isn't worth it. Pay a little more and just visit universal studios Singapore.

A regular visitor here for last 10 years (now it’s like our hometown) especially when you have growing kids even though it takes a 3.5 to 4 hours drive from KL. If you have growing kids and wish to be a regular, purchasing the annual passes is more worthy than day entry tickets. As normal theme park rules, no outside food or drinks allowed. They will check your bags. Food and drinks sold inside is definitely costly than outside. Well, it’s a commercial business that needs to survive. A place kids enjoyed spending their time rather than being on gadgets. Suggest to visit middle of the month on weekend, non-school holidays and weekday.

As this is an add on to Legoland, I don't really expect it to be fantastic. But this add on turns out to be good and fun. My family really enjoy the type of digital fish we have created. Sea Life will be a good place to hang out when it rains.

Overall it is good but the parking lot should have rooftops because rm 10 per entry since.... Should upgrade and also some of the Lego and facilities are faded. But my kids still loves playing . My below 12 year old children loved it. Suitable for above 6- 15

We got lucky to upgrade our theme park day pass to an annual pass for free. 1 day is not enough for the theme park. The Water park is way too hot, you need to wear UV swimwear and lots of UV protection cream. Overall experience is good for children. They're already happy even just staying at the hotel and just doing the Lego bricks. Need to plan if you are not local as there are timings and days when the parks are closed. Also, if your child is shorter than 106 cm, better to postpone as a lot of rides require height to be at least 106 cm.

A very good place to spend your 3 days with family. Some might say the resort and park is overpriced but for me - it's reasonable considering the facilities and the good experiences. Resorts room is super good, comfortable. Food are good. Parking space is good. Security is good. Staffs are very good.

Stayed in your hotel recently and visited the parks. I am amazed by the service provided by all the staffs in Legoland. Thank you to the staffs who are always practicing good safety measures. They conduct proper and thorough checking before all the rides. The hotel rooms are very clean and well maintained. Thank you Legoland for this great holiday experience.

100% experience for children! From the moment you enter, you will be greeted by huge play structures and Lego play areas in the lobby, and on its side, a little stage where the awesome crew and Lego characters will host (very well-received) performances for children multiple times a day. It is a whole experience built around children, and they know it. The child-sized sinks and toilets, multiple play corners everywhere, disco lights in the lift that make all of them dance, performances, thickly carpeted floors throughout the hotel, play-themed hotel rooms with decorations built from Lego and an extensive Junior menu, all of which make them feel so welcome and know that this is a place for them. (Special shout-out to the leftmost dancer / crew member in the photo here, we saw him working hard in the day building structures with kids, and conducting multiple dance performances throughout the day until late at night. Each time he danced with a lot of enthusiasm with many details added to his dancing, kudos to him!) The theme parks themselves are quite big too, with lots of things to do for kids of various ages (although do see the height restrictions guide on the website). We got a combo ticket for three parks across two days. While our child was only 96cm tall, there were still so many things to do and see in both the main theme park and water park, that we could not even finish both and had to skip Sea Life (smallest park). Miniland in particular was really great too, with so much detail in each sculpture. Do check the website for attractions that are undergoing renovations or remodeling!

It's an okay place, but some of the devices are already worn out and they don't work. When the theme park opens, not all attractions were in use, an hour later some attractions have just opened. We couldn't get popcorn from the kiosks for three hours after opening because the machines weren't running at all. There was no traffic during we visited so the day went quite well. I think that during rush hour the situation is definitely different. Legoland values people differently, ticket prices are different depending on where you live, SG, MY or other countries

This was one of the most magical places I've ever been too. I've seen reviews that this place is overrated but clearly they were just not in the mood to enjoy the amazing rides here. From the awesome rollercoasters to the fancy restaurants, this wonderland is sure to keep you busy all day. I especially liked the pizza restaurant which had the biggest pizza I've ever ordered. This place is definitely worth the money paid and a superb way to spend time with your family

Amazing for lego fans! More targeted to kids for the rides but a lot of other things can be for adults too! Very cool big structures. Sadly, when we were there, 3/4 of the mini world replicas were closed as they were putting roofs. Food is a little costly, as expected but really good surprisingly (my exp with theme park food has been meh but it was good)! Toilets were really clean! 😁 Also, hard to get there sadly. Grab and stuff don't really like going there. We stayed at the legoland hotel but it's hard to get there regardless! 😔

It's beautiful and entertaining for the kids. There are a variety of options to thrill the kids - sea aquarium, rides, toy train, water park, puppet show etc Quite a happy place too for the adults. Nice eateries. There are places to sit & relax while your kid is busy. The best part is it isn't as crowded as these places usually are.

Interesting sea life aquarium in Legoland Malaysia. Many different sea life species on display. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The interactive colouring station is very innovative and fun for both kids and adults. The place is not too big, so can cover all the exhibits in less than 2 hours.

Very family friendly and a great place for a fun and adventurous getaway! My family and I went on Saturday and there were less people then before covid-19 times so we get to enjoy all rides and all attractions within a day. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be coming back soon! Just a tip for first time visitors, bring extra clothes (& shoes) and water. Because some of the rides can get a little wet and due to the constant changing weather (hot weather & sudden heavy rain).

Our third extended weekend stay (Sat - Mon). Quality of hotel and amenities are still adequately maintained since they first opened in 2012. Best to spend 2 nights to fully experience all 3 parks (although we only visited 2, skipped the Water Park). Breakfast buffet was scrumptious and well catered to the volume of guests. The experience was good enough to make us convert our tickets to the Double-Park Pass. Will be planning another visit in about 1-2 months!

Legoland Malaysia is an amazing place! Both theme park & water park are well-maintained with various rides and activities for the families to enjoy. The employees are always so professional and constantly provide 5-star service. It's highly recommended to get the annual pass as 1 whole day is definitely not enough to cover the entire theme park. Especially when taking into account the queue for the more popular rides and taking a break in between for lunch & snacks. Food is quite pricey but they don't compromise on quality. All in all, great place to be with your family & friends!

I love it. Planned last minute and the trip was definitely worth it. Better to check the weather before coming here. Unfortunately for me it was raining heavily from 10am until 1pm so we were unable to utilize outdoor ride. After 1 pm the rain starts to stop then outdoor rides were operating again and we had the chance to experience them. My son love it. The ride is definitely exciting, and not so extreme as others, despite we screamed all the way. Definitely will come again.

Overall attractions were plenty with reasonable queues. However, there don't seem to be much directory and signs to guide visitors throughout the park. The drop off point was also very unassuming as there were no signs or directions of the park. Food wasn't good and did not taste good either. There are cheaper food options near the mall nearby but no re-entry allowed for the park.

Spend the whole day at the theme park but still wish we had plenty more time to try all the rides. Some rides queue are quite long(more than 30 minutes) some not so much. Highly recommended! For those who come with small children turn right first since more kids friendly games are there. Make sure you drink a lot of water since the park is very big.

We stayed 2 nights, off-season, more than enough for a day in the theme park, and half a day each in the waterpark and sealife centre. Highlight though was the hotel reception and the volume of 2x4 bricks to build whatever you like. (8yr old and 2x 40 odd yr olds very happy indeed!!)

Went to all the attractions, both theme park and waterpark. Food tastes good in the theme park. I had a really great time even though I was travelling with all my toddlers. Super family friendly. The hotel staff; special mention to Suzie from Bricks and Lynn from entertainment. They were really excellent with their service! But the toilet cleanliness could be better. Hence, the four stars. Nevertheless, it's a super family-friendly hotel resort. There is nothing comparable, hands down.

A place that you can see a lot of happy face from kids. They love and enjoy it very much. They have annual pass ticket 🎫 now, same price with normal day pass, so better go for the annual pass, so that you can entry with unlimited time in a year. This promotion is only for Malaysian only, and age below 3 is free entrance. We will back again for sure

There are many interesting rides here. When I arrived, the atmosphere was quite quiet so I could try almost all the rides there. In front of the theme park there is also Sea Life, which is an aquarium for various types of fish.

Great fun for kids and adults. Staff are friendly and even the food was good! Can't cover the whole park in one day if you are planning on all the major rides. 5-10 minutes wait to enter the theme park. Some rides had long wait time (1 hour) during our visit (school holiday).

A very family friendly amusement park that allows kids to enjoy almost every ride whenever we come. They like the roller coaster and the Ninjago ride. Some rides would close for maintenance at times. The education center is good for inspiring creativity in kids and let parents rest. The Lego miniature world is cool! Different themes during different festivals. Best to get an annual pass to enjoy all 3 parks!

It has been a great place for kids, they just loved it. One of the variety of Lego activities you could do. But when you visit go first to imagination section and register their before you miss the opportunity . Best ride was at the castle don’t miss it. The food is decent mostly westernised like pizza, burgers, pasta, etc. Bit crowded on weekends and holidays, so plan well accordingly 🙌

Hotel and Water Park are great, Theme Park is not bad. My family came back to Legoland for a quick getaway and found similar experience as before. Hotel rooms and buffet breakfast were as good as previous experiences. The only reservation was that some of the attractions were closed / under renovations although we still managed to spend almost the entire day in it. Not a show stopper, just that one will not have the full experience with the closed attractions in the Theme Park now.

Overall a good experience, some areas had more for toddlers to do than other areas, our little guy loved the airport and the observation tower. We missed the only showing in the main theater, it would have been nice to have two showings during the day. Food was good, nothing great, but the price was good unlike some other parks where they really try to gouge you. Still, lots of items unavailable (soft serve ice cream). The park is really showing it’s age, it must be quite hard to keep it up in such a harsh environment but overall still looking god.

It was great that it wasn’t that crowded on Thursday. One of the roller coaster rides were under maintenance for almost half a day and so happened that it rained for about 2hrs, so we stayed indoor and it wasn’t that crowded as well! We played some games that we had to paid for, and lugged back a big soft toy.. which was the only chore for me to hold on to it cos they don’t allow u to come back to take later.. Otherwise all is well only food and drinks are slightly overpriced but it’s ok

Great place for kids and adults who enjoy Lego. There loads of Lego bricks everywhere to build as per your imagination. There are games and shows in between like speed challenge, meet Lego characters, dance and watch Lego movies. The theme based rooms are amazing. I booked a pirate theme. The rooms are pricey but worth enjoying for 1 night. There is puzzle to solve which opens a chest containing Lego free gift. There are separate beds for adults and bunk bed for kids. The breakfast spread was amazing though they give 45 minutes and time slots to manage the heavy rush. The theme park is good but expensive with tickets costing 249 and 199 MYR for adult and kid respectively.

A great place for the kids to enjoy and to bring out the inner kid in adults. The rides were ejoyable if a little short. I suggest to purchase the 2 day pass including the theme park, water park and sea life if possible. The water park and sea life takes only about 5-6 hours, but one day is not enough for the theme park due to the crowds.

A great place to spend time with family and kids. Especially if they love Lego. Also the store there is huge and there are a number of discounted items available there. I regretted not purchasing the Razorcrest which had a close to 50% discount. Do get the Hero pass if there is a crowd as that avoids the long queues. Edit: to respond back to the question about reaching 5-star. Feedback: sharing more about the hero pass and allowing guests to purchase it inside the park would be good. Also there were a number of rides which were not open hence overall I can’t give it 5 stars.

I have visited this place every Dec for the past 6 years to celebrate my son's bday as he loves Lego. They have a Christmas special each year as there are performances and games for kids. I would say that though initially it was maintained well, the novelty is wearing out. If they do want to keep the tourists coming, they would need to do some renovations. The one thing I must say is that their customer service is good!

It’s definitely a cool place for family holidays! Park includes 3 zones. There are Theme park with rides and LEGO activities, water park and aquarium. According to our experience I don’t recommend to visit all zones at 1 day. It’s better to book room in their hotel. We arrived from Kuala Lumpur using their shuttle but it was late so we lost about 1 hour. We had tickets for visiting all 3 zones. In the end, we couldn’t see some parts of Them park. It was the most disappointing. We visited park on Friday but it wasn’t packed. Waiting time for rides was approximately 5-10 minutes in line.

Very spacious rooms for family and a very friendly atmosphere for kids to have fun. The staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel rooms are well cleaned and maintained. With the close proximity to Legoland theme park is a good place to stay when visiting the theme park as they are linked together. There are also some shows that they do in the lobby area for kids to enjoy as well. Good value for money.

For fans of lego from Australia its probably the closes Lego Park. Kids will love it.. Relative prices are good even allowing for resort inflation, you can skimp a little external but I was comfortable paying what we did. Only a couple of minor comments.. Selection of food, needs a revamp and better diversity. I would have been happy to eat more local food. Worried it will age... I've been there twice and it's dating really quick. I hope they continually invest in the facilities. Saying this if i had have gone here as a kid I think I would have thought this was the bees knees.

Very clean and hygienic. Friendly staffs. They called to inform the room was ready for check in at 10am itself although standard check in time was 4pm. Checked in by 12pm without any extra charges. Room was upgraded for free due to non peak season. From deluxe to suit in a flash 😍 Due to sop and restrictions, not all activities for kids was available as planned, however, kids was able to use the hotel swimming pool. Food was awesome, although limited in selection (due to restrictions). Great place for the kids. Specially liked the party in the elevator.. My boys danced everytime we entered the elevator. Thanks Legoland for the great staycation.

Visit here after pkpb ending because got extra 3 months extension of annual pass. Stay 2 days at legoland hotel with promo price. Luckily got free breakfast. Same attraction like before, just noticed they repaint the building and interior. Looks nice. If you are local, suggest you to buy annual pass. Come here like 4 times in a year, then you will feel enough to visit this place. Buy lego set during promo because it is cheaper compare lazada or shopee. If no promo, then betterbuy online. Lol. Thanks legoland because open a park in malaysia. Now my journey with legoland is complete. Will visit again when you have new attraction. Oh one more, avoid weekend or public holiday if you want to feel like vip (can ride unlimited times). This is what ive done.

We visited the park a few years ago and the kids loved it. We stayed in the park's hotel and it was worth it. On the negative side, the water park was a bit dirty and the western women in bikini are looked at in a strange way. You have to take into account that it's a Muslim country and the women, even in the water park, are dressed with full body swimming suits and burkas. My wife had to go because she didn't feel comfortable.

Welcome to Legoland, we came on weekday and very few people here. It is an amazing place where kids can enjoy themselves imagine playing with their favorite characters and movies. Bring hat for the hot day, but you know kids never mind the sun. My kid’s favorites are Ninjago and Starwars, I also like cities as they can build with details and when it built from lego pieces, it is just amazing. It’s not a big place but full of characters. Kids can also can acquire Legoland driving license here, with a hard copy of license and picture on it likes a real one which they will get after attending a driving class and really practice in a driving zone.

Already come here twice, all I can say is, this park is suitable for children above 5 years old, below that, you will hard to play anything. So if plan to come here, make sure you plan. The price also is cheap for Malaysian, but a bit expensive for outsider, the other thing, buying year pass is more convenient then day pass, please survey to suit your budget. Overall, this park entertainment for kids. 🤩🤩🤩

I went to the theme park alone for a whole day. Bought the tickets at 10 and went out at 6+. I used the government rate so everything is half priced. If I paid in full I would've given 4 stars only instead of 5. TAKE NOTE THE REVIEW IS FOR THE THEME PARK ONLY (not inclusive of water park and sea life) Things you'll like: 1) Huge theme park that will keep you occupied all day. 2) many different kinds of stations/cities/worlds and rides and activities. Hard to say you will get bored. 3) the live shows at the theatre are 👌👌. 4) plenty of Insta worth locations. Seriously. 5) Super clean. The entire park is super clean. 6) Friendly staffs. Was waiting to meet one unfriendly one. Kinda didn't. Things you'll hate: 1) Overly priced food: we are talking about RM40 chicken rice or non-gourmet burgers with sad fries and ice cream here. 2) Tickets are definitely on the higher side if you don't use promotions. 3) Definitely impossible to finish every activity in the theme.park in one day. The 4D cinema alone takes one whole day. Lol. 4) Some places will wet you but poncho will be given. To dry yourself they have this cool giant dryer, but each short drying session requires RM10! 5) Parking place that is super far.

Great. Kids love it. Triple Park pass is worth it. They should extend the opening hours further. 7.00pm some days and 5.00pm other days is not enough time to enjoy the place.. what with the blazing sun cooling off only around late afternoon. And you will need more than one afternoon to cover all three parks.

Really like this place. Though the ticket price is on the high side, i think it is worth it. Staff are very polite and very..very helpful. Since legoland just started operation after long mco, crowd was ok and we didnt wait too long to enjoy rides. Kids really enjoyed themselves. Foods were just ok and maybe can improved further i.e. lego fries were extremely dry and tasteless. Sealife was ok and we really enjoyed starfish section where visitors are allowed to touch and feel the starfish there. Overall, it was ok and we enjoyed our trip there.

Had a family outing here in Dec 2021 during the school holidays. We stayed for 4 days 3 nights. From the first impression, the kids were really excited as the hotel is geared towards children, from the lobby to the rooms. There are 3 themed rooms at the hotel though I’d say they are similar in size, just on what you prefer as the theme. Rooms are clean and great for family stay. They even have a treasure chest puzzle for kids to solve and the reward is Lego. Breakfast was decent with a mix of local & western variety although by the 3rd day, you would feel bored with the food as not much will change everyday. Staff service is friendly. We spent a whole day at Legoland Theme Park. I’d say it’s worth a visit although probably more suitable for young children aged 7 or older as most rides need a minimum height requirement. There is plenty of restaurants and toilets throughout the park. Overall I’d recommend staying and playing at Legoland Theme Park & Hotel.

Was outside of the park entrance only. Stayed at the hotel, it was awesome. But even though was at outside only, the ambience was very good and could feel it's a happening and fun place. They have a food stall outside with reasonable price compared to other theme parks that selling food with crazy unreasonable price tags! As for the hotel, took a-night stay at Adventure Theme room. Was great, complete toiletries, okla, missing combs...but overall, the kids liked the room very much!

one of the best theme park in Malaysia. 1 day is not enough to cover the whole theme park. it may take 2-3 days to cover all. better buy the annual pass than daily tickets.

Nice themepark for both kids and adults. You can convert your daily pass to annual pass on the same day, just need to add the price difference (full price) if you brought your day ticket with discounted price. There’s also an express pass (Hero Pass) for some rides so you can skip the long lines. Most of the rides are for 4 years above (can be below if they are tall) but there’s a playground and few rides for below 3yrs (imagination land)

Really a good experience in the hotel and the park. I gave 4* due to some of the attraction was close on the theme and water park such as the log rollercoaster and the food quality. Only selling fast food and drinks with a lot of sugar, which I call trash food. As place for kids is required to have more healthy food, really much more... Regarding the hotel everything was perfect starting the reception, super friendly, breakfast delicious, awesome elevator with music and room very nice. Only a suggestion here to clean below the kids bed. Was a bit dirty with old balloons and plastic when we open the lower bed.

I went to legoland with my 4 year old, which is only 95cm tall. Most of the rides of course we cannot ride on. They have a strict height restriction which is very understandable. However if you have very small children, perhaps save your money for a bit and wait till your children are old/tall enough so the whole family can enjoy being there. I was hoping there's more rides that small children can join though, other than just a few playgrounds with different theme which can basically be found anywhere in Malaysia rather than paying more than 100 to play in the playground. Expect to spend more than 100 for lunch/breakfast there. Overall, the whole theme park was okay, you can go in one whole round playing most of it within one day.

Going to Legoland Malaysia was like a dream come true! What a joyful short staycation. We were unable to explore all games at the theme park due to heavy rain but we Did tried few . Friendly and helpful crew, good food, nicely decorated room , kids friendly place to stay and many more! . My kids enjoys the musical lift! . One thing you need to be aware of if you are staying in the hotel & you want to swim in the swimming pool at L5, you need to bring your kids (and you) proper swimming attire. They limit your time there 25min per family. . I myself as a parent, enjoy the stay as I can play along with my kids 🥰

  • 5/5 Sheeda R. 1 year ago on Google
Very suitable for young children! The water park, theme park, sea life museum contains so much fun. One day is definitely not enough. Suggest purchasing the annual pass for the 3 parks to make it worth. Food is resort priced. So it's on the higher side. Otherwise can consider staying near the resort for cheaper accommodation and if you self drive.

We came during school holidays in Malaysia, so it took a long time to play like driving a car, riding a boat, taking a train. Miniland is being renovated, they built a dome so that visitors don't get too hot while enjoying the miniature buildings (but in my opinion they are less realistic when photographed and you don't see the sky directly up the miniatur) Legoland is a paradise for lego lovers and my kids love it.

We were here with our 2 kids - aged 12 and 10. It was a dream come true, although this place is for smaller kids. We stayed at the Legoland hotel, i was not impressed by the cleanliness of it. The kids loved it though - themed room, bunk beds, Lego everywhere. The theme park had some sections closed and the rides were a bit outdated. The water park was nice as well but overall it was not something impressive.

They have a promotion to get a single park, annual pass for the price of 1 day ticket. ( excludes months of March, June and September) Park is ideal for ages 4 and above. Once above 105cm, more rides are available. Parking is 10rm at the Legoland carpark but it’s quite a walk. Alternately, you can mark at Medini mall, parking is closer but costs a little more.

Very fun place for young kids as it has a larger variety of games suitable for them. We went on a weekday and was expecting queues everywhere like USS in Singapore. Ended up we were pleasantly surprised with no queue at most places and we were able to do many rides multiple times without needed to queue much.

We have had the annual pass for all three attractions for a year and have gone across the border to Legoland whenever the opportunity arose, usually over a long weekend. The parks rides are just nice for my 5 and 8yr old with the two of them being able to do all the rides unlike at other theme parks like Universal Studios or Adventure cove water park. We usually stay at a hotel just a few KM away from the park, with Big Box Hotel and Hotel Jen being two of our favourites to go to when visiting Legoland.

  • 5/5 Aashitha U. 10 months ago on Google
If you have kids and you are in Malaysia, then do not miss this place. Kids (including parents)🙂will love it. The Lego sculptures are a treat to the eyes. The games are really fun, especially the roller coaster rides and Dino Island(if you don't want to get wet then be prepared). Ninjago The Ride was really fun. If you have one day to spend then it is better to choose only theme park instead of buying the tickets for all the three. It takes a whole day to enjoy the theme park. Food options are good. But for vegetarians like everywhere else in Malaysia you get very minimal options. The cafes are also fun. You can play while you eat. Movies are screened at particular times, make sure to watch atleast one, It is not more than 30 minutes. Restrooms are really clean and again goes with the whole Lego theme. P.S Carry an umbrella as it may rain any time.

*Hotel* Stay at the hotel for 3 days 2 night. The hotel don't really impress me probably can do a better job for maintainence. Sound coming from the aircon if switch to higher fan and can hear it clearly especially when sleeping time where it was quiet. The lock to the toilet is slightly faulty and afraid that kids cannot open it if they lock so told them not to do it. Even adult may have difficulty opening as needs to be at the "right" angle to open it. Buffet was normal and no obvious changes to menu for breakfast. No particular dish that surprises me. If you are driving, it would be better to drive out to near by eatery or resturant where it would be much cheaper. If not, there is a medini mall (there is a slope beside sea life) behind where there is burgerking and KFC. Probably new because still see empty shops for retals. *Legoland Theme Park* Bought Hero Access Pass a.k.a express pass but only applicable 7 rides for RM100. The pass can only be bought when you enter the theme park. My opinion is not worth the price as majority need to queue especially the driving school (6 years above) where the queue is very long. Junior driving (below 6 years old) school is ok *Waterpark* If you want to rent a cabana or gazebo, best is to go early and start queuing before opening due to limited stock. The themepark is fun especially the water playground where my kids love it. For the lazy river, seems to have too little float and lego to go around because everybody was waiting for a float. Seems to be a better place if you have kids below 5/6 years old. They would be able to enjoy more compare to themepark as there is alot of waiting. *Sea Aquarium* A small aqaurium compared to others that i went before. Took only 30mins to finish the walk including letting children to play some interactive games. Not bad to experience once but probably not going back agaib. *Staff* Staff was friendly and helpful. Able to communicate in fluent english and always full of smiles. Keep up the good work.

It’s my first time ever visiting a Legoland. It was a wonderful experience although it was a rainy day. I am absolutely a Lego lover and I brought kids aged 3 and 5 there. It was a pity my 3yo boy couldn’t ride many of the rides there but he enjoyed seeing the miniature world, driving the junior cars, boat, and train. My 5yo also took other rides which he enjoyed. There was very little wait (nearly no waiting) on the day we visited. (It was a Thursday.) It’s not a big park but totally enough attractions for a family like ours to spend a whole day there. It’s a pity that the miniature world is a bit too old and many little details I believe there was are no longer functioning (and all white bricks are now tan colored ). But one area is renovating, hopefully they will renew the area soon. I’m sure I will revisit this park with my children if I come again to Singapore+Malaysia. Staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Awesome experience. My kids had a great time. It's good for the day and if your kids are between 5-15yo. Below 4/5 yo there are a lot of height restrictions which don't allow shorter kids on (which is a huge shame as my younger child would have been fine on most of the ones that barred her from riding). Overall positive experience and would go back!

  • 5/5 Denzil K. 7 months ago on Google
Great fun for the kids! The park is spacious and well thought out. We got the annual triple park pass and definitely won’t regret it! Rides are well maintained and supervised. They are pretty strict with the height restrictions but thats good for safety. Probably most of the rides are great for kids above 5. For parent accompanied rides it’s 1 parent to 1 kid, so if you have 2 kids you need to go twice (thankfully consecutive rides and not having to re-queue). So many activities/games/themed zones to see, probably need 2 days to explore all the areas. Food is good, tasty with large portions. Staff are always helpful and friendly. This is right at the doorstep of the Legoland hotel, so very convenient. Weekday crowd is good, weekends and public holidays it is a lot more crowded.

Great experience, lovely place .. jovial employee..good time with family..one less star because the food just ridiculously price.. i know this is an international brand but most of the food price at more than rm30 per person.. a bottle of soft drink cost rm2 but they charge rm7. As a consumer there is no way to justify this pricing.. but most of us just pay and they got away with this pricing..

This is a great place for kids ranging from 3 to 11. Lot of activities to keep them engaged. Do get the annual pass as you get 10% off everything including Lego sets. This make the Lego sets much cheaper as compared to the price in Singapore. Food is a bit salty but then we can't bring our own food in. Worth a visit for the kids. If it's for a couple date, maybe not a good choice.

Recently visited Legoland Malaysia, and it was a mixed experience that combined the charm of Lego-themed attractions with some areas needing improvement. The layout is well-designed, capturing the essence of Lego creations. The vibrant colors and life-sized Lego structures create an engaging atmosphere, contributing to the overall appeal. Legoland Malaysia offers a variety of rides, catering to different age groups. The Lego-themed attractions are creative and enjoyable, providing a unique experience. However, some rides showed signs of wear and tear, affecting the overall ride quality. Expect a considerable crowd, especially during weekends and holidays. While some lines moved efficiently, others experienced longer waiting times, impacting the overall flow of the park. The food options were decent, offering a variety of choices. However, the prices were on the higher side, and the quality of some items did not quite match the cost. Exploring more affordable and diverse dining options could benefit visitors. The park's cleanliness was generally good, with well-maintained restrooms and tidy common areas. Staff members were visible and responsive to cleanliness needs. The staff was generally friendly and helpful, contributing positively to the overall guest experience. Their enthusiasm, especially in interaction with children, added a welcoming touch. Legoland Malaysia offers a unique and enjoyable experience, particularly for families with children. While it captures the essence of Lego creativity, there is room for improvement in ride maintenance, entertainment variety, and pricing of food. Despite some shortcomings, it remains a worthwhile destination for Lego enthusiasts and families seeking a fun day out.

The park was clean and quiet when we visited last week. The rides and attractions were in good order. Unfortunately, the staff were not really familiar with the rides. We ate at the Pizzeria. The pasta was good but the pizza dough tasted like a cake and soft. Follow me @zanthrea on IG/TikTok for more reviews.

Fun place for kids with many rides and activities to do all over the park. Signed up for the annual pass and hope to be back soon. In terms of maintenance, the outdoor rides and Lego structures definitely need a refresh as they have been baking under the hot sun and weather. At least do a power wash to clean away the dirt and mold.

Went for a 3D2N stay in LEGOLAND hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the parks and the facilities. No shortage of things to do here even for adults, infants and even those who don’t like rides. The Lego exhibits were impressive. Thought it would be in disrepair from COVID (according to the reviews), but it seems like it has recovered since! Need to note that the theme park and water park are closed on some weekdays for maintenance. No need to buy tickets in advance. There is a special offer for Singaporeans to get the annual pass (RM 399 for adults), which will give you 10% off all food and drinks in the theme park. Day pass is not much cheaper (idk how much).

The new ticket buying process on 24/12 took around 1.5 hours of lining up with no proper ventilation at the lineup in front of the counter. Be patients with your kids guys. The process at the counter is quite good and efficient with the staff very accommodative. Payment by cash or cashless acceptable Downside of the day: Lockers at changing room nearby wet park cannot accept payment by card! Come one, we are into digital and cashless shall be one of the options. Adding the nightmare: ATM machine next to the guest office down and malfunction! You need to walk nearby towards the Medini mall to draw some cash. Advisable to get the annual pass online 24hours before coming, spare some cash, bring along wheels trolley/baggage for your stuff, be the early guest to get things smoothly done and enjoy the rides, book gazebo as soonest as they sold out quite fast, bring own towels and do not forget bring strollers for kids. There you go my day at the scene. Enjoy your trip!

First visit after covid. It's a good place for simple fun. This place may be boring for teenagers & adults looking for thrill rides. The park looks old. Maintaining a theme park is definitely resource intensive. And need a certain kind of staff to energise & liven up the place. The best thing about the park is that it is not crowded at all, even on a weekend during the Malaysia school holiday period. A day pass is not value for money. Its food prices are really expensive and its pizzas were of poor quality.
