Very convenient location. Located directly outside Paya Lebar MRT along with two other malls. The mall is quite new compared to the others near. It has office tower as well and the parking is at office tower and bridge to the mall. Dangerous lane at parking, out lane and entry are from the right lane instead of left lane as normal.

Paya Lebar Quarter also known as the PLQ mall is a great mall to visit. If you haven't been here, its worth a visit. The mall is clean, nice and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The location of the mall is fantastic and is well connected by mrt. The mall hosts a movie theatre, though the access to the theatre and waiting lounge is cramped during peak hours. It has a lot of interesting retail options (both dining and shopping). The mall boasts of are quite a few well known F&B outlets. There are a couple of malls next to it and there is always something to do. Outdoor seating is available, with big fans placed to keep you cool. The mall can get too crowded during peak hours, which is probably one of the only problems I find with it. The mall also has a rooftop garden which is quite clean. Overall I would recommend going to this mall except during the peak hours of around 6pm.

PLQ is a decent mall with a good portion of restaurants that's sell pork. Not a high-end mall, but several well known tenants. Conveniently connected to the Green and Orange line (Yellow if you're colorblind).

PLQ mall conveniently located by the Paya Lebar MRT station (EW and Circle lines) is a huge and angular shopping mall. It has many shops with a range of food/clothes/ electronics stores. It can get quite crowded during peak hours so come early. There is a number of malls too in its vicinity with the largest SingPost across it. An experience to see.

PLQ Mall in Singapore offers a vibrant shopping experience with its diverse range of stores and eateries. The modern architecture and spacious layout create a comfortable environment for visitors. Whether you're looking for fashion, electronics, or delectable cuisine, the mall caters to various preferences. Its convenient location near public transportation adds to its accessibility. However, during peak hours, the mall can get quite crowded, affecting the overall shopping atmosphere. Despite that, PLQ Mall remains a popular destination for both locals and tourists alike.

If you drive, the car park is hard to find with a ridiculous layout (the car park is in a separate building from the shopping area and connected via the basement). Other than that it’s a good neighborhood shopping mall with strong anchor tenants like donki and h&m

Spacious to walk around, good variety of F&B outlets. It's relatively new so it's clean and bright. Quite family friendly, easy to push kids around in prams. We always come down to window shop, eat and clean our spectacles at Zoff. Can get quite crowded, especially during Sundays. There is always exhibition/ event at the outdoor area which my kids love.

Convenient place next to mrt where you can do your shopping and find a huge variety of eateries. It's called a quarter as there is office space, a shopping mall and a place to stay i.e condo.

Does not have X hot factor. Through lots of restaurants in this area. Mostly kind of like fast food standards. But it is a nice place for friends gathering.

PLQ mall is one of the spacious malls in Singapore and you must visit this. Infrastructure: The overall architecture of a mall is quite simple and easy to understand once you get in there. On top of that, signs and internal maps helps you to reach at the correct location. Don't forget to explore the open sitting place. Shopping: You would find 100+ shops inside this mall and has wide range of options to buy most of the things. MRT Connectivity: Paya Lebar Quarter mall is directly integrated into the dual-line Paya Lebar MRT Interchange. This transport hub offers unprecedented access across Singapore via the East-West and Circle lines.

Quite a good variety of shops in this mall. In Paya Lebar, there are 3 malls which are really close to the train station. They are Paya Lebar Square, SingPost Center & PLQ Mall. For PLQ mall, the mall is very well equipped with food store, shops for household , beauty related services, and a very healthy whole food scoops. Also many cafes around to have a chat with friends. The mall can be quite crowded during weekday evenings and weekend from afternoon onwards.

Pretty quaint place with nice smelling truffle fries, coffee art is wonderful too! We tried the kaya crossiant, it was nice. Only thing I felt wich could be better is the sound dampening, it can get pretty loud when a lot of people are talking.

Have visited the premises and discover some potential safety hazard within as well as SingPost and paya lebar Square. I have seen SingPost have put up signage n get cyclist to dismount and push but no heed of signage. Also delivery riders tends to ride freely and not comply with the safety regulation. Afraid potential accident could happen. Hence affect the diners having food within the said compound. In order to mitigate accident. Appreciate if the respective mall management joint effort to enhance a conducive shopping and dining experience by installing the p parking ss bollards to deter irresponsible riders. As long as the wheel chair can pass through is fine. Pls see photo attached n this was taken at bedok centre. This installation is effective n deter irresponsible riders and hurt the public n communities as well as customers. Appreciate your kind prompt action to enhance a safe dining experience n shopping.

Paya Lebar Quarter sits at the heart of the Singapore Urban Redevelopment Authority’s masterplan to develop a dynamic regional business hub between the CBD and Changi Airport, ensuring the city’s sustainable future growth. As life becomes more complicated Paya Lebar Quarter aims to simplify it. Everything you need to live, work and play is seamlessly integrated into one place, allowing you to pick the experiences you want and create the lifestyle you dream of. This is next generation living, now.

ChaTraMue, Tried this food 1st time and ordered Basil Chicken Fried Rice and Thai Iced Lemon Tea. Packed nicely and smell awesome once opened it!! Bit spicy and the salad type they included is Mango, Onion and Red chilli with vinegar or some sweet water.. Overall it's a nice and tasty and bit expensive Rice about $10+ and drink is $4+... Outdoor seating and it's windy.. Nice ambiance.

Still a good place to shop and meet up with friends and have dinner. However the shops are rather messy and all over the corner, especially those cafe or small eatery shore. One great point is the mall having clean toilets. Common areas are clean and neat, esp benches outsides shops for older folks or tired shoppers to rest. Hope other malls also having this design concept. Landlease is doing a good job 👍

Great hang-out place with family & friends. Our 1st visit since the start of the circuit breaker. It's a pity there's still some units that are unoccupied. Possibly the best mall of the three surrounding Paya Lebar MRT. While it lacks a movie theater unlike its sibling mall (singpost) it makes up for it with a wide variety of shops. Food, tech, clothing, and not to mention a direct point of access from Paya Lebar (CC8, not EW) MRT (a trait it shares with Paya Lebar Square). Cool place.

I wish the mall had more halal affordable eateries and Lend Lease could try and lure some major European or British high-street brands /clothing retailers. It is very difficult to find clothes for larger Asian build at our mix of retailers. This would be a good edge over other developers.

The worst place for young kids as it causes stress to mothers waiting for changing room only to find out all the changing rooms for babies/young toddlers on all floors have been locked so they don’t need to clean! Having to change a toddler in ladies is no joke on a Sunday evening where it’s crowded and no corners for toddler n me to stand or place my diaper bag! Super unfriendly and lazy cleaning maintenance people. Won’t be going again for sure!
