This is the cheapest vegan place I've eaten at in Singapore by far! It's no frills, so pretty basic aesthetic, and mostly self service with no alterations to dishes. Everything is less than $5! As for the food, will it tastes great, literally everything we ordered, including the sour plum drink. If I lived in that area I'd eat there daily.

im hooked on their green green mee hoon kueh. ordered many times! want to try others but i always end up getting same thing cause it is so good. mee hoon kueh is the chewy handmade kind. surprised that vegan food can be this good, kudos to whoever came up with the recipe. btw the place looks like a tuition center but its actually not.

The rarest of vegetarian places in Singapore. We have too many Bee Hoon hawker stalls and Green Dots, and too little 729 vegans. This is the kind of Singaporean vegetarian food to be proud of. The noodle dishes are fantastic; the only other place I can find such quality is in Malaysia - sadly 🥲 Give you an example: Name me another place that has Dry Mee Hoon Kuay in SG? From the generous portions of ingredients, to the traditional porcelain bowls, to the chillax yishun vibe. This place is hard to beat. Please support 🙏

Very nice and affordable food! Love their mee hoon kueh, mushroom rice, nasi lemak and their rojak!!! They changed to CASHLESS payment method!!!! Preferably use paynow!!! NO CASH!! No queue and able to get a seat as its a neighbourhood eatery and quite a walking distance from MRT. Can refer to last pic for directions!! Good place to dine in with vegetarian or vegan friends or family!!!

Earlier went to Real Food Nearby. Disappointed wasted my time. (Read reviews from Real Food) you know whole story. Here i rather you guys come here. First time visit. Food nice. Aunty friendly. I ordered Nasi Lemak. At first i see like so simple but i ate. Coconut taste kind and Chili was sooo good. Affordable and no GST or Service Charge. This outlet don't get trick by their stall. The food itself speak for its name and word of mouth. Here's are the price of their menu and they only accept paynow. Support local. Food great. Quiet. Well cooling. HDB parking fee.

Delicious and affordable. Went in without much expectation but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. Self service but air conditioned environment. Would recommend trying their dry udon menu which comes with mushroom, sausage or cutlet. Very quiet and peaceful atmosphere, good for elderly! Avoid crowd before 7pm!!

If we live in Yishun, will likely become Vegetarian & keep going back to this shop. The food tastes so good that we keep thinking about it after each meal ... Even for my hubby who doesn't eat mushrooms has been addicted to their 香菇饭 .... 超赞 👍👍

Cosy air-conditioned vegetarian eatery. The menu is quite extensive and I've tried many dishes. However, I find that I usually end up eating their basil soup noodles. Due to inflation, although prices have not been raised, the ingredients in their dishes have been reduced. The amount of noodles remains the same but the vegetables and other ingredients have decreased. Still a good healthy bowl of noodle soup nonetheless. A young teenage boy takes your orders but he usually talks quite softly and does not smile. He'll learn (part of the growing up process).

100% self service shop, am very impressed by the system set up and the pleasant, peaceful ambience. Definitely an amazing experience for introverts or whoever preferring not to interact with others but still have a nice warm meal outside 😄 Even for takeaway, you can clearly choose “pack soup separately” and if you BYO container, you can also just follow the instructions there to do that hassle-free 👍🏼

Basil soup with rice ($5.50). A warm comforting bowl of soup filled with vegetables, beancurd skin and vegetarian mock meat, served with white rice. The basil soup is similar to the soup from thunder tea rice. Depending on preference, some may like this as the basil soup is not too concentrated. Mushroom rice ($5.50). Rice topped with grilled mushrooms in a tasty umami sauce, served with veges, peanuts and some wonton skin. The mushrooms are fresh and have a good Q texture. Portion of the toppings is quite little compared to the rice, rice could with slightly more sauce. Overall, this vegetarian eatery serves food that is rather affordable considering it is air-conditioned. Self-service ordering and collection, no gst and service. Food is served rather quickly too.

Vegan cafe at HDB, very family style. First impression- not well maintain, staff not well trained. Was there at lunch time, no crowd only 2 tables customers but all tables are not clean. (Around 6 or 7 tables). Waiting to be seated since all table were not clean but no staff coming until I approach a teenage ask for cleaning a seat. Food wise, we ordered mushroom rice and herbal soup mian xian. Mushroom rice was good where the mushroom were really juicy! But mian xian is so so which do not really able to taste the herbal. Good for neighbourhood to visit but I don't think worth the effort to purposely visit the place.

Very homely eatery with amazing food at decent prices. Very nice and springy hand pulled Mee Hoon Kueh, tried their different soup bases and each good in their own way, they have other dishes too that are worth a shot!

Affordable vegan simple and hearty meals. Seasoning has the Taiwanese vegan sauce kind of taste. Food came with a little cup of hot tea. Also a contactless kind of service where you choose your food from the screen selector and pick it up from the self service area when it’s done.

(Translated by Google) There is no extravagant decoration in the dining area. The menu is mainly a la carte noodle soup and squeezed juice; dim sum only has three types, such as rojak and fried dough sticks; simple tea, but no dessert. But the most important thing is that the noodle soup is thick and mellow, and you can eat it with care. The most suitable for simple heart, patiently waiting for the meal to be delivered to you 😌 (Original)

This place not so near to Yishun MRT BUT is walkable. Basically the environment is quiet and feel calm, can consider to bring family especially elderly here to try their vegetarian food. We tried panmee & nasi lemak. Panmee have diff type of soup based, Basil & ABS soup both taste very good , n the soup taste very authentic (came from veggies) , not artificial like putting MSG. But ho..one thing need to highlight to the store owner , maybe can consider to prepare cut chilly because, panmee & cut chilly are soulmate, they cannot separate each other. Pls consider to have cut chilly!

Quiet and clean place in a neighbourhood serving affordable VEGAN food! It's a real gem in Singapore. The dishes we had—mushroom rice and mee huen kueh—were simple and nice. The only downside was that the TV playing Buddhist teachings was a little loud and there was no music played, making the atmosphere a little tense.

Food is super good, has the homemade vibes. Has super cool airconditioning. However, not gonna lie, the atmosphere is kind of mysterious. Maybe its cause of the chanting song in the background but overall great experience😍 (good for people who doesnt want to communicate ig😭😭)

Reasonably priced. Hawthorn tea : couldn’t taste the hawthorn, but was ok. Brown rice coffee was not too bad. Rojak had no bean sprouts (saw some picture in a previous review that there was, but ours didn’t). ‘Dough’ fritters was crispy. The dumpling ramen was nice, a tinge of Chili paste would prolly alleviate the dish. Curry mee and soy milk tasted alright too.

Exceptional rare find in Yishun(义顺区) Neighborhood, tuck away in the row of shop unit. All food sold here are vegetarian. I believe they don't serve eggs judging that this unit is Buddhist run shop from the display of free Buddhist reading materials. For lunch, I ordered the Curry Mee Sua Soup ($5.00) 咖喱面线汤。Home cooked tasty. For dinner, ordered Dumpling noodles & mushroom noodles. What I liked too is this is air-conditioned eating unit with ample seats and table. Quiet and clean interior environment. 干净清幽的环境。 Good enough to bring a laptop for work and study. Lol

Very clean and delicious food, one of the better vegetarian vegan food place in Yishun! Chilli Mee Hoon Keuh was cooked well, chewy and bite sized kueh. Mushroom is flour based and surprisingly very yummy! Vegetables were clean and crunchy. Curry Mee Sua tasted homey and very familiar. Tasted quite like Myojo Curry flavour, there were vegetables tomato chickpeas and zai er. The zai er is superrrr crispy and flavourful!! Tomyam Mee Tai Mak was clean and homey too, quite a huge portion as well. Came with the same ingredients as the curry mee sua. Tomyam is slightly spicier than other places. Brown rice coffee was quite fragrant and you can really taste the brown rice aroma. Soy based coffee very nutty and smooth. Super unique and never tasted this combi before, please do try!! High recommend!

really love coming to this place. always getting a sense of calm and peace while dining here. place is clean and neat! staff are also polite and, calm. haha. food wise, well. we love the rice. even place rice tastes so good. wonder what they add in though. made us really thirsty afterwards. simple cutlery sets.. but each dish i would have to say is, pricey. a bowl of rice with mushrooms and cabbage would set you back by about $5.50. pricey imo.

Very cosy and homely vegan cafe located next to Yishun Junior College. They offer a wide variety of fruits juice, dessert and main course. About 30 main course and 40 different type of fruit juices ($2.50 only) available on the menu. Price is affordable even with the aircon cafe environment. I like the Mee Hoon Kuey ($4.50) -- the dough is chewy with comforting and refreshing vegetable soup. The rojak is also tasty. The steamed rice is fragrant as well. They play educational cartoon on the TV, which is good for the children. Strongly recommended this hidden gem!
