Proper brilliant place. Peggy was very attentive, and brought me the tissues for my nose without me asking. I also had a previous voucher from when the owner? Asked me in person for feedback about the food and experience. He gave me a voucher for an Ebi Fry, but I lost it. I told the nice staff and they honored the deal, even though I didn't have the paper.

No frills meal, great for a simple solo lunch. Peggy was so so genuine in helping me with the order and showing me to my seat! Definitely will be back to have more Takagi Ramen after this!

2nd time dining at Takagi Ramen. Affordable ramen for an anytime craving fix. The first serving of noodles seem to be lesser than before however thankfully there's a 1 time free refill of noodle. One down side though was that all the fans were closely spaced and turned on together with the aircon. Hence resulting in the food turning cold very quickly. Staff Peggy deserves a commendation for the effort she puts into her job. She's prompt to welcome and attentive to customers needs. she tries her best to assist in all possible ways. Peggy is definitely an asset to any f&b outlet. And it is my pleasure to have met her in Takagi Ramen.

Very friendly staffs . Had problem doing self order and peggy came to assist. Love her smile and friendliness. Chef at the store also accede to our request to make our soup ‘less salty’ . Fantastic service.

Affordable and very friendly crew especially Peggy in Yishun branch. She showed me to my seat and welcomes every customer. Excellent service and food!

Cheap and decent food, we ordered a wide variety of ramen to try each soup, the spicy soup is terrible rating at 1 star, following that is shoyu at 2.5 star, the chilli crab sauce is sour and spicy, I’m not sure if it’s spoilt but I asked the chef and he said it’s normal, I shall update again if anything goes wrong.. but overall taste is nothing like chilli crab so I’m gonna go with a zero.. the pork soup is fantastic, going at 4 star. Noodle is decent as well.. we paid $82 for a meal for 5. Including set drinks. Value for money.

went at 29/10, approx 211pm. stepped into the outlet and was immediately greeted by the cheerful Peggy, welcoming us. we took the opportunity to ask her about the 2-6pm promo, while she wasn't sure but she didn't left us hanging! instead she replied she will get the manager to clarify our query, which the manager did. didn't expect the service that Peggy provided as I felt this kind of service is quite lacking in many F&B establishment since most crew will reply "I don't know" and end at that, so this was sorta of new breath of air. Peggy displayed a wonderful demeanour, very service oriented. also came over to check with us on the food. it makes our visit to this outlet very pleasant. Thank you Peggy and Takagi.
