😠 Their clinic has a CHAS label but when I walked in to ask nicely, the lady in blue uniform rudely said NO, and ignored me like I am worthless. I don't recommend. If you want to be treated like you're nothing, then come here. Don't come here. People often mention health, time, screening, service, doctor, clinic, staff, appointment, experience, test,

In fact, they do not even deserve a one star rating. My sister went for health screening on Saturday for maybe the 3rd time. She was made to wait and placed at the last, such that her health screening is not finished until after almost 3 hours. She reached the clinic at 9.01am and as a repeat patient, registration was done in 5 mins. She waited for 13 mins before her blood test. After 15 mins, the blood test was completed and then she had her breakfast at 9.24am. After her quick 15 mins breakfast, she waited for 19 mins to consult Dr Chong. Dr Chong spent 15 mins with her and then she was made to wait for infinity. The wait for pelvic and breast ultrasound took 1 hr 2 min. Even a lady patient behind her did the test and left. For a good and clear pelvic ultrasound to be done, she had to hold her bladder and right after the breakfast at 9.39am, she was told to keep drinking water. However, after various checks with the customer service, she was told that there was a lot of patients before her. In the end, I stepped in. Because of the whole ordeal, they wilfully placed her to the last. We were the last to leave the clinic, incurring high parking fees, with great frustration, not understanding the serious lapse in customer service from what myself and her have encountered for the past decade. There were at least 10 customer service staff yet their job is to hang around and hold on to patients' paperwork and made to spend at least 3 hrs for a health screening. It is an absolute joke that i have ever heard that a non high-end package took at least 3 hours. After questioning why the long wait, the only reply we got was, it is like that. If you don't want to wait, you can leave now and rebook. I have this reply in verbal and in writing (the hidden message is, I don't care how your time is wasted. It is your tough luck to come here for health screening as our service level is like that). Anyone who read this by now would have felt what we are feeling. After spending half a day with them (they work half day on Saturday), how many more Saturdays can you afford to come, so that they can create job for themselves by making a patient come back numerous time, for a simple health screening? Although they want me to write in, so that they can give me a proper reply. I do not see the point because I know what they will reply me through the exchanges - It is normal that health screening takes at least 3 hrs; It is true that there were many people in front of your sister. Whatever reply that they gave cannot be verified and assessed by an independent party. Also, time has been wasted. It is something that cannot be recovered. It is clearly they have overbooked patients for health screening and serious lapse in operations and not sincere in doing service recovery. Apologies did not come at all. It is most obvious that they treated patients like dirt and would go all the way to make you the last one to leave the clinic if you are not co-operative. I am sure such service levels is the same across all their services like aesthetics, plastic surgery, etc. When they claim that they CARE, they actually do not. If you have not been through what we have been through, time is not up yet because I have not encountered the same for the past decade too. So, use their services at your own risk. To add on, my husband did a high end package in MHC that costs double of what my sister had done. He took 3 hrs in total. This meant, regardless of a simple or complex health screening, please ensure half a day is gone for you if you choose AHP. The same review was written in their fb page and was deleted and taken down. They even blocked me from leaving review and comments, so that they can continue to get away with lousy service.

I did my annual health screen here. End to end process took 2 hours. The wait for the results though, was longer than usual and took a month to be released. My single star isn't really because of the above. Clinics generally are like that and I haven't been to one clinic which followed the appointment I was given. The single star I am giving was the experience with the doctor who was giving me the results. She had no care on what I was telling her. It was a one-way conversation as it felt she had wanted to get rid of me within 3 minutes. There were some items picked up during the screening and apart from telling the worst-case scenario, no effort was made to explain what they were. She had spent more time explaining the costs of further tests which she could do at the clinic. Disappointing - will not be coming back for these follow ups.

This is my first visit here. I had done yearly health screenings for past 15 years...I would not say this is the best experience or worst. Place was in generally in working condition, I would not say fantastic, just some signs of ageing. I waited for quite some time for ultrasound, holding your bladder was one of the worst. The staff are generally soft spoken, and they don't provide heads-up information. So you can feel quite lost. However, if you do engage them, many are shy but willing to speak a little more. I booked via phone call, and was done quickly over the phone. A sms reminder was sent a few days prior to the check. Registration was done quickly, my appt was 8.30. But their price point is more economically priced than many providers in the same area.

The doc & service staff operates differently, each have their own procedures. The doc tried to override & advise me her sequence of tests to be taken. Ended up i waited 2hours just to take 1 ultrasound when during that 2hours i could have taken other tests with the doc, which shd be the right sequence of tests advised by service staff. This is my 2nd visit after 10years and I am disappointed in the drop of service & attitude. Even the doc was annoying & tried to use scare tactic to get me to top up money to do extra tests. Just because i am not a paying customer, getting a free check under prudential i get treated this way? There were obviously no radiologists. Lady before me waited & almost left when its her turn. Lady after me waited 1 hour and stormed off. After the lady before had her turn, i continue to wait 30mins more & decided to leave. And thats when the service staff said “oh i checked you still need to wait 30mins more”. Which right mind person will not be angry. 3hours for a scan when its not packed. It’s because there were no radiologists. Even government hospitals abide to appointments time. You are a private centre. There was no apology from any staff. 1 chinese lady with long hair radiologist even give me the what u expect look and tell me to look at the number of files on the table waiting. I am the only person waiting like an idiot for 2.5hrs. The rest have gone.

It is my first time to do the health check-up by using PRUlady package voucher(Prudential)with Asia health partners at Lucky Plaza. Professional female doctor(sorry doctor, I've forgotten of your name😂). Friendly, experienced Nurses! Overall are far more better than Raffles medical clinic that make me felt horrible. Thank you team! 👍

It has been a pleasant experience. I booked my appt with May, she has been patient n helpful throughout n explained each procedure to me. Upon my visit, I was attended by a sweet young to be mum, Erica, at the counter n another lady, tall slim n blue uniform, they were helpful n polite. After my bld test, I was attended by another lady, Penny, for the follow up process, she was so nice n sweet. Overall, it has been a superbly pleasant experience here. Keep up the good work ladies.

If you are thinking of doing the annual health screening with them, please don't. Above all, they only care about earning your money. Once payment is made, they won't even bothered to mail the report to you if you are healthy. However, most of the time they will call you to go back for a review with the doctor. When you do that, the doctor will try to persuade you to do more tests which at the spur of moment, you may think it's all necessary. More often than not, if you would take a few days to consider and revert to them, you will find that the tests are really not necessary. I agree that sometimes we do need to do further tests if the report shows something abnormal. However, from both me and my husband's experience, the tests which the doctor recommended are absolutely not necessary. So we decided not to proceed with the so called recommended tests. I then called them to get my report mailed to me. They said they will check and call me back. I waited for half a day but never heard back from them. But when we tried to schedule for a health screening appointment though, wow! Super efficient! They will even follow up with a text message as a reminder of your appointment. Honestly speaking, Singapore has a much better place to go for our annual health screening check up but definitely not this one.

Great customer service. I just had a mix up with my ultrasound appointment time (my fault). They acknowledged the inconvenience on the spot, called the physician who referred, and booked another appointment that was convenient for me 4 days later. Very courteous and professional. Despite being busy, they pay attention to details in the customer experience . Very accommodating . Highly recommended

Female doctor doing women health screening doesn't care about the patient. Even if it's painful, she just go ahead without consideration. A doctor with no compassion and empathy. Just rushing to finish the procedure and see the next patient.

I have booked my appointment with them using my Prulady voucher. Initially I was a little worried as the google review isn’t too good. However, my experience has been wonderful. They got back to my email enquiry promptly (as compared to the rest of the vendors listed on Prulady voucher), and the booking of appointment was easy and fast. The nurses and receptionist were friendly and Dr Tee was very patient with addressing my enquires. I was here at 8:45am and was done before 10:30am.

It's my first full health screening I've ever done in my life and it's been a pleasant experience with Asia HealthPartners. I booked my appointment using my Prulady voucher. Initially, I was worried as the other google reviews shared poor experiences, however it was rather smooth for me. Apart from the slightly longer waiting time (which is common since there's so many patients and the clinic even caveated by having mentioned on posters stuck all over their clinic), the whole process was rather smooth and the nurses were quite friendly and helpful. As I had to rush off for my next appointment, the nurses and Dr yong were quite accommodating and helped me sped up the process. The waiting time for the report was about 2 weeks, which was rather fast as compared to what the other google reviewers said.

Fast and efficient. The seating (particularly the foam) needs to be revamped ASAP however - sub par for a clinic of this price level. Waiting for extended periods causes back pains on these sofas.

I'm seen by Dr Yong. She is the most wonderful Dr I''ve met so far. She will go through your medical history in detail, and will engage in a discussion with you very patiently. I've never seen a doctor that will spend so much time with a patient. On top of that, she's really committed and kept to her words. She had said she will follow up on something for me as she needs the information from another department. True enough, she really followed through and even called me personally to tell me of the results. I'm really really touched by her. Very professional and caring doctor. Would recommend Asia Health Partners to anyone that's looking for a professionally managed health screening, with good service.

I have a appointment referred by doctor to do x- ray here. Before i went, called the center to check if I need to take leave for the check ( I am doing on a weekday) and if there is a lunch break. Answer i got were no lunchbreak, no appointment needed, and average timing is 30 mins for x- ray. Sounds perfect! Pop in around 11 am get done by 1 pm and back to work. However, i waited for 1.30 hrs and still counting.... and last check, another 30 mins more.... ( it is 1.30pm right now). Reasons were the specialist was on lunchbreak and there were ppl on appointment and we need to prioritise them... I would really appreciate if the staffs can share all things before when I called so that I can make arrangement and reschedule my appointment to another day....

Very surprised to see the 1 star ratings. I've used asiahealth partners services for close to 10 years and my experiences have been very good so far. They provide one of the most affordable health screening packages under their wellness partners packages in their website. Email enquiries are always very prompt. Receptionist at the centre are polite. If you go on a weekend, queues can be long. I've tried a saturday once and waited quite long. Other than that, my weekdays appt are fast and smooth. No issues in my 10 years with them for health screening.

Quite unprofessional. At first visit, full time doctor at clinic went through personal and family history but I wonder exactly how much information she took down. Perhaps she only went through the motions and asked for the sake of asking. The next session for collection of report and review is supposed to be on 17 July 2023. However, the same doctor called me up out of the blue at around 5pm on 7 Jul 2023 and probed right into my father's medical history without giving any context. When I queried if there is any irregularity about my report, the doctor refused to answer and was in a hurry to end the call. I was already worried sick at this point of time and asked the doctor if I should see her earlier; she replied the nurses have already gone home without actually addressing my concern. I also enquired if my report is out as I believe the doctor probably saw something abnormal in there which triggered the call but the doctor claimed it is not available. She sounded in a rush throughout, just wanting to get the answers she was looking for. I subsequently used the clinic's Whatsapp channel to check if my report is out and the staff confirmed in the morning of 8 Jul 2023 that it is ready. Does it mean the doctor lied to a patient on the previous day? I feel that the situation is handled without care and concern for the well being and mental state of patient. And what is so urgent that the doctor has to contact the patient ahead of the scheduled session?

I am not doubting the resident doctors of this centre but thought it's best to get your regular GP to review the results of your checkup after collecting it, since the latter has all your medical history and records. Recently, when I came for my checkup, the resident doctor suggested that I do an ultrasound scanning based on the last checkup I did more than 2 years ago which I declined (even though it's optional). When I collected my recent medical checkup report, there were no major issues and those issues (that prompted the suggestion of doing the ultrasound scanning) from the previous checkup didn't surface too. A review by my regular GP did not see any area of concern to take note of.

Not sure why so many negative reviews for this clinic. Came here for my health screening. Everything was done smoothly. Staff were polite and helpful. Doctor in duty recommended to do additional tests that were not in my free heath screening package after reviewing my health records. And I didn't feel those were expensive. If you are doing a health screening including fasting blood sugar check, I suggest that you carry a snack or a fruit to have after the blood test as they will only provide a sandwich once you are done with all the tests and doctor consultation. I was skeptical of using the toilets for urine and stool sample test as they do not have a separate toilets for the clinic. Patients will have to use the common toilets of Lucky Plaza. But it was clean and neat.

Not sure about the poor reviews here. Had a good check up. Receptionist and Dr Yong were friendly, nurse doing injection was skillful, the one doing eye check though rushed was alright, and it was generally a good experience. If I'm picky, i can only complain that there weren't any nice snacks or drinks provided, just a sandwich which I declined

My sincerest gratitude goes to Dr. Yong for transforming what could have been an anxious visit into a remarkably comfortable experience. Facing some tests for the first time, her reassuring words became a soothing balm, calming my fears with the promise that everything would be okay. Dr. Yong, beyond being an exceptional doctor, became a supportive friend, offering advice with genuine care and concern. I also extend my thanks to the staff for orchestrating a seamless process. I feel truly fortunate to have chosen this place for my healthcare needs.

Bad experience. Not flexible, i requested a later timing to do checkup at 4:30 - 5pm told me they closing at 5:30pm. So i accommodate them. I requested for time sheet for submission. They say its generated by system they cant override, i've to either stay at the clinic till 5pm or i've to travel back to office to work at 4:20pm. Totally not acceptable. Paid so much so these kind of service. Please avoid this clinic.

Got there at 12.25pm on Saturday, they already closed as the lady in front said even though I called at 12.20 to confirm that is still opened. Everyone of the staff was ready to leave and the radiology worker already left at 12.15pm. So we rushed to get there at 12.25pm but they insisted they are closed, even though just 5 minutes earlier, an employee at the premise confirmed with me on the phone they are still open if I arrived at 12.25pm. When I got there, they insisted they are closed. I was quite furious as they printed they close at 12.30pm, and I had a confirmation that they are still opened. Why put down 12.30pm when you actually close at 12pm or your radio worker already left at 12.15pm? As a furious patient that got there within the stipulated time, I spoke louder, and the very “polite” lady told me to not raise my voice at her. Do we as paying customers have no right to be upset with organization that gives poor services!? And after driving and rushing to get there before the closing time and then got rejected, are we supposed to say,” Oh. Ok Sorry we are late. Thank you so much and sorry to take up more of your time since you are supposed to leave earlier than 12.30pm. Sorry we come 5 minutes earlier than your closing time”. We are paying customers and we have to accept your bad service, your employees urgency to leave before closing time, and we still hv to be sensitive to the feelings of your employees? Great establishment!

At first I was sceptical to choose this medical clinic after reading Google review but I went anyway cause other place is fully booked. It was a fantastic experience at Asia HealthPartners, completely different from what the review say. Receptionist, nurses and doctor is very friendly and professional. Doctor Yong is by far the friendliest and passionate doctor I've ever met. People tend to drop review when the service didn't meet their expectations. Be kind to service staffs and they will treat you the same. Drop some good review for them even if it just "meet expectation", it doesn't cost a cent.

Checkup was done in 2 hours. Service was ok other than ultrasound. For ultrasound, staff attitude was not good, could do better in terms of service. They do provide sandwiches and coffee in their pantry after your blood test. Checkup report takes one month. This is way too slow as compared to other providers. Only in person consult available. No phone call explanations or whatsoever like the other providers. Will not be visiting again.

Most staff were friendly and efficient, except for the rude auntie at the cashier. Earliest availability of a doctor to walk you thru blood test results is 6 weeks (!!!) from date of exam, whilst I was told 3 upon booking, I won't even be in Singapore by then but she didn't care to give alternatives nor to explain, dismissive and plain rude. Her only worry was for me to stripe my card. Send her for some customer care training she needs it badly.

First and probably my last time here for screening. Arrived at 8.20am and ended up leaving only at 12.15pm. Had to fast 8 hours before appt and I would have thought some process should be in place to have some of the tests that requires fasting to be conducted first.. No. Was offered a sandwich at the end(12.15pm) but I declined. Was handed the kits for my urine and stool sample at around 10, but was told, cannot go toilet first. Really… the customer experience is totally zero. Saw a few other upset patients there too and one even cancelled some of the test as she was wasted too much time waiting. *edit on 14 Feb 23 Thank you for your $10 NTUC voucher. I dont need that and will return it when I collect my screening results

Had my health screening there. Although completed within 2 hours, service was curt. The ultrasound nurse for liver/spleen is rather rude and rough. So is Dr Chong for the physical check-up. Her pap smear test is very rough and rushed and I experienced a bit of pain. Do not do pap smear test; I'd rather go to Singapore Cancer Society, which is free and handles you with care. The blood test nurse dug into my vein and couldn't get the blood to flow, so had to poke at another arm. Was told to wait for 5 mins before moving to the lounge area, but was chased away in less than 30 seconds. Once at the counter, I couldn't even rest for 10 seconds again was called to the reception to conclude my tests for the day. The refreshment is just a prepacked egg mayo sandwich. This place is a nightmare for health screening to me.

I was worried when I read reviews of this clinic before visiting them because most of them are bad reviews. The clinic I was going to have a health check up asked me to go to this clinic because they have an ultrasound equipment. Most of reviews were about a waiting time and receptionist’s working attitude/ behaviour. However I didn’t find any issue when I visited them. My appointment was from 11:30am. I went there around 11:10am. The receptionist was very polite and registered me immediately without any difficulties. My name was called 11:33am and left the clinic 12pm ish. I guess rude receptionist is not working anymore or they have improved their customer service and working structure.

The staff are not professional, report usually can be ready in less than a week in Healthway but they can drag until 1 month or 5 weeks. It’s really terrible, they just tell me that if you want it to be ready at the early date you have to pay extra, even though I told them that Healthway can be ready within a week, why they need 1 month? In Healthway normal service is only take within a week sometimes even 4- 5 days only. Why they need 1 MONTH? Nevertheless, I did all these test in a same day, x-ray, Pap smear, hearth rate test, blood test and all these necessary in the same day, why still need to wait for 1 MONTH????!!!!!! Ridiculous!!!! Bad service ever !!!

Good experience with customer service Ms Mary. She was really helpful and accommodating throughout our health screening day and the follow-up/review afterwards. Unfortunately, I didn’t like my mammogram test. It was my first time doing it last month (Aug 13) and the lady who did the scan wasn’t polite or gentle at all. She was very forceful in positioning my body and placing my breast in the x-ray machine with no regards if I got hurt. I mean I understand she needed a good angle to scan but all that could have been done in a mild and respectful manner.

It's a terrible experience!!! This is the worst health screen experience I had. Poor customer service, no proper SOP, it's messy. Just let customers waiting without proper communication. Staff are unsure of what are need to be done. Doctor doesn't care to investigate the discrepancies in reports. Don't go there even though it could be slightly cheaper as you will definitely find out that it's not worth to pay the price.

Was here at 8.45am punctually. Thought that the process would be fast as my blood drawn was called after I registered. However, I waited to see the doctor took about 1.5 hr and then the ultrasound pelvs and breast wer another waiting. I was done at 12.30pm. It was ridiculous. The previous time I took the health examination, it was not that long. Was disappointed thus time.

Shocking...why would anyone trust them with their healthcare or lives?? I was told to arrive at 815am to register for my scans. I arrived early at about 740am coz was advised not to drive. Upon arrival, the glass doors had not been activated yet. Checked the time to opening was 830am (clearly a discrepancy between appointment and opening times). So I wanted to check which time is correct and if I could wait inside and sit on the couch. So I stood outside the glass doors for 10mins waiting as the staff was busy behind the counter. Tried to catch her attention and clearly she NOTICED me but also clearly she was ignoring me. After waiting patiently I decided on to knock on the glass door to ask her about my two questions. SHE CLEARLY IGNORES ME and I waited for several more minutes, then knocked again. SHE CLEARLY IGNORES ME AGAIN.... I cancelled the appointment. This clinic clearly forgets that they are a service company and provides services that are not unique to customers. There are many healthcare companies that provide such scans. If as a service company they are unable to get their frontline staff attitudes correct, why would anyone trust them with their healthcare or lives? SHOCKING! UNBELIEVABLE that such companies still around....

This is the Worse Health check up ever!! Avoid if you have a choice. During healthcheck, the staff are unprofessional and the checkup is hastily performed. For eg, how can an ultrasound of abdomen plus prostate be completed in less than 5mins? The nurses are also rude and refuse to provide answers when spoken to. Worse, there is no notification sent to inform you of your health check results or that the report is out even after 1-month from the date of health check. This place is run like a healthcheck factory mill where they churn business in numbers for profits. Avoid!!!!

Just done my health screening. I regularly do my health screening here. It’s not a first time. The service is awesome. My appointment is 9.45 but somehow I reached early. They immediately process my health screening so I don’t need to wait until my appointment time. The staff works fast and efficient. Most of the staff very friendly especially Jasmine Chia at the payment counter. She patiently and talk nicely asking me on the schedule review. It’s a best experience my health screening so far. It‘s completed within 2 hours. Looking forward to get same experience for my next health screening.
