2 years ago, we went to a couple of bespoke jewellers but none came across as sincere and genuine as Clarence and Cheryl when we exchanged conversations. The ring came out beautiful, been waiting to be able to wear it but the proposal only happened recently. So glad I could finally put the gorgeous ring on my finger! GIOIA also has good quality and a variety selection of Gems. Their sapphires were beautiful too, that we find it almost impossible to decide. Hopefully I can get another ring done up by them soon! I was wanting for the longest time to buy a yellow sapphire gemstone and set into a gents ring for myself. Tried looking at so many places for a good quality unheated yellow sapphire but mostly unsuccessful in color, some being heat treated , no availability. However , chance GIOIA and decided to check it out. Lo & behold they have in stock a clear unheated brilliant cut 1.13 yellow sapphire and certified. Next was to let GIOIA help me design the men ring in a modern contemporary design and I was not disappointed. Absolutely beautiful ! No regrets !

I met Cheryl a few months ago to design and create my wedding engagement ring. She was very patient throughout the process, and was very detailed in explaining the different gemstones and ring settings to me. As someone totally clueless around designing a ring, I really appreciated her taking the time to do so, and making sure that I chose something that was a perfect fit. She even brought me down to the area outside International Plaza to show me how the gemstones I was considering would look like in the daylight vs indoors (and I think she did it 4 times!). After placing the order, she also kept me updated throughout, showing me progress pictures (gemstone appraisal, sketch of the design, 3d rendering etc). Even after we collected the ring, she still followed up a few times to make sure everything is fine. I felt very engaged throughout, and my fiance was very happy with the ring. It was such a delightful process, and we'll definitely return to Gioia to make our wedding bands. 100% recommend!

We approached Gioia looking for a pink sapphire engagement ring. We Googled the basics, but didn't know much beyond that. I knew I wanted a baguette shaped spinel as one of the stones on my ring as well as a teal coloured one but wasn’t sure exactly about the design. From the very first meeting, Clarence was very helpful and professional, offering his expertise and exceptional service. This was my first exposure to bespoke jewellery but Cheryl and Clarence (Matthew too!) was extremely helpful and patient in showing us their gem range. Highly recommend a visit to GIOIA and speak to Cheryl & Clarence. They are passionate about gems, knowledgeable gems and provide high quality rings/ jeweleries at a good price. I selected a 'love at first sight' unheated yellow sapphire and took awhile to finalise the ring design. Cheryl was very patient and provided many ideas even as I showed her my coveted designs. Eventually we settled on a design that is harder to craft but she cheerfully took on the challenge. The end product was perfect, exactly what I had in mind. Thank you so much!!
