I've been a customer of Absolute for two years. It's not easy to get a slot. You've got to camp on the website a week before at 10pm. 99% of the time, your efforts will not pay off. It has became increasingly challenging since the COVID-19 restrictions were implemented. Yes, the classes are really fun and great! But the stress and pressure of booking for a class is insane. And I often question myself why do I have to put myself through this?! I'm having issues with clearing my package because I can't get slots for spin. But Absolute Cycle said extensions can only be considered if I have a medical certificate 🤷🏻‍♀️ Oh wait, maybe I can get an MC soon from the stress I've been getting from trying to book a slot..

Good location (nearby work place). Studio is clean and toilets are adequate - bring your own facial cleanser. Towel is provided by the studio (great plus point). Usual popular timings are weekends and weekdays morning/evening. Certain instructor classes are also super popular and you will need to camp to book your bikes for those. I personally prefer weekday afternoons as there is lesser crowd. The studio is picking up in popularity so you should expect crowds and difficulty in booking popular timings. (Book 1 week in advance at 10pm, cancellation only 9pm the day before your class) Bikes, cleats and sound system are generally in good condition - love the music!

Absoulte terror!! Here was what happened. Signed up for 745pm class. Got an email at 705pm to tell me that class is shifted to 730pm and to call if we're running late. So I thought they'll be nice to reserve a seat for me after I called. Arrived at studio after a mad rush, was told my bike was given up. And no apologies, really matter of factly. (insert shrug emoticon). And after awhile until class, people kept coming in. And the was a poor lady who came in and left cause there was no bikes left. So here's one star left for the poor trainers and none for your terrible front desk/service crew. Beware of strict policies!! And really poor service.

Did 2 classes here when I was in Singapore and it’s great. Very friendly front desk staff, big cycling studio and good and clean facilities. Instructors love what they are doing, which makes the classes amazing!

Super helpful staff who was so attentive because it’s my first ever spin class and helped set me up and friendly instructor (Rat)! Nice and clean showers which makes the whole spin experience super pleasant! Definitely 5 stars :)

Specific to the Millennia Walk studio, way too many bikes (63) in too little space - see photos for how close the bikes are to each other. As a spin enthusiast / long limbed person, wide presses would be challenging, and the entire weights section had to be done sideways. Would frequently bump into the person spinning next to you. A few of the lockers do not work as well. All in all, not the most optimal of experiences vs the other studios eg, the newer Katong studio ): that said, showers are great with L’Oréal shampoo, conditioner and Bioderma atoderm body wash - friendly to people with sensitive skin. So the main concern is too many bikes.

I don't usually give one star rating but this is a one star because the Management failed to do any action on our complaints. I do not understand why the Management condone their clients of using their phones in class and worse in the shower/changing rooms, the endless birthday celebrations, the reservation of shower rooms with inner wear, etc. Despite the many feedbacks and complaints. nothing's done. No signboards, no prior words from the instructors, no email replies. NOTHING! And because nothing has been done, the inconsistencies become very consistent. This leads to the inconsiderate bunch getting bigger, making hell load of noises, creating a very low class vibe to the studio in general. If you are seeking for attention, this is the place for you. If you just wanna sweat it out, having a good spin time, I suggest you go other studio which focuses on improving your spins. Absolutely Bad Customer Service. Not outlet or instructor related cause they are great. Customer service is inflexible and not able to be understanding of human circumstances even though I’ve been going for months without incident and have a good track record. For the first time in over 80+ classes, I’ve had to cancel within the 8hr policy because of an unforeseen issue. I had emailed, and called their customer service 7 hrs before the class. They were unresponsive in emails and did not provide details required in the call that happened 7hrs prior to start of class. 1.5 hrs before class started, there was still no response. I had called 3hr prior also and there was no response. After talking to the customer service with the hour mark closing down onto the start of class, the customer service staff did not have any sense of urgency to quickly resolve the issue asap and kept informing me to wait for confirmation via email. If the response was not favourable, I would not have been able to get any refund back (about $50 SGD worth) and literally would have no recourse. In the meantime I was frantically trying to find a replacement and being super stressed out by this incident. At the end, I found someone who had to shift around a lot of their schedule just so they could attend the class with me due to Absolute’s absolute inflexibility in being more understanding with unexpected circumstance. It really deterred me from buying more packages with them because I felt that I could not rely on their understanding when life happens. By the way, I was on the call with them for 38mins and was patiently explaining the whole situation to them. They need to revamp their whole customer service unit because they don’t understand how to salvage the relationship quickly and efficiently.

Absolute Cycle is definitely one of the best spin studios in Singapore. The instructors are genuinely passionate and really care that you have a great indoor cycling experience. Of course, their playlists are also great! Worth a shot for everyone!

Super love absolute cycle...they have the best instructors especially my favourite Vnex, JE, Hyekel and Si Ling!! Have tried other studios but the music and structure of the classes are definitely superior to the rest. Highly recommended to anyone who is new to spin and also advanced riders who are seeking more challenging classes from amazing instructors.

Abs is absolutely great. Instructors are usually good. Many classes. Many exciting freebies and promotions. Price can be reasonable. Go for their theme rides! Keep it up!!

I wanted to share a positive experience I had today at the cycling advancement workshop. Both my wife and I found the workshop to be highly beneficial, and we would like to express our gratitude to the amazing instructor, Siling. Throughout the workshop, Siling provided clear and concise instructions, making it easy for us to grasp the proper cycling techniques. Her teaching style was engaging and her passion for cycling was evident in her delivery. We truly enjoyed learning from her. We would also like to thank her for extending the session to teach and share her knowledge with us. We eagerly look forward to attending her future sessions and expanding our understanding of cycling. Counter staff has been terrific and always able to assist me with my enquiries. Do book for Triscilla and Vnex for spin classes as both of them always brighten up the class with their high energy and positive attitudes.

Absolute Cycle is now like a second home to me since I started spinning during COVID. So glad that I am able to improve my fitness level by doing something that I enjoy (that is not dependent on the weather!) and make and meet new friends here. And I really like how spinning at Absolute makes me feel like I am growing and improving all the time at my own pace

Convenient location. Spin sessions are professionally conducted and the staff are always very welcoming. I enjoy all my classes that I have taken with Absolute! Highly recommend for a good workout!

I started spinning at Absolute Cycle since October 2020 and yes, it was addictive! The trainers are very motivating, engaging and fun people. The studios are very accessible, clean and well maintained. More importantly, i have seen great improvement in my stamina and posture. Absolute Cycle is definitely a good place to have fun and to destress. I enjoy every moment of the 45 minutes to let my hair down, enjoy the music and to sweat it out. If 45 minutes is not enough, there is always a back to back option! :P

Have been spinning with Absolute for 3 years! Love the music and the instructors. The studios are also very well maintained. Now that they have 4 locations, its easier to book classes but you still have to be diligent about it. I love the variety in classes, instructors and timing but wish it had more of a personal touch of a smaller gym.

I’ve been taking spin classes at Absolute for 2 years. They’re always really nice and the bikes, shoes, etc are in good condition. Instructors are professional, special shout-out to Jelina, Shana, Kai, Justin, Shaun! They’re all super fun and high to be around, it makes classes really fun!

The instructors at Absolute Cycle are amazing and always give it their all. My favourites are Tiffany, Grace, Jiaen and Zoe. Every class is great and I get to burn calories while having fun. Am always recommending it to my friends!

One of my fav spinning studio. Professional instructors, always a good workout. Difficulty level is good for both beginners and experienced spinners. Clean showers, plenty of toiletries, the tie up with different brands means I get to try different products such as hair oil, shower gel, moisturiser and skincare products.

Have attended 3 classes as of yet, and have to say that spin @ Absolute Cycle has ignited my will and kickstarted my journey to exercise, keep fit & improve my physique! Overall, a great experience where you’ll get to unwind, relax and push yourself while revelling in the exhilaration in the atmosphere.

Have been a frequent DTG studio rider as it’s more convenient for me but ever since it’s closure, I often go to MW’s studio. Not only the staff are friendly and welcoming, the studio itself are spacious, toilets/locker room/shower are clean with basic amenities available, and the instructors are passionate. Was first introduced to Absolute in 2020 and never look back since.

They only put up posters for show. Riders are still taking photos inside locker rooms and videos during rides. Management does nothing about this. Front counter is aware but they dont say anything to these people who dont respect the privacy of others.

Come to Absolute for the most fun spin! Great instructors leading the rides, bring the spin to another enjoyment. Friendly counter staffs in assisting all our questions and needs!

Terrible instructions. Signed up for 7am class but couldn’t get into the mall as the mall was closed till 730am and all entrances (including carpark) were closed. Called hotline but no one picked up and security guards couldn’t tell me how to get in. (Need to get it from side door) And finally after 20 min, managed to get in after a cleaners help. Went there 8 min late and couldn’t get into class....... Instructions were apparently was available on their counter but not on the website. Edited review: instructors there are good, so will still go for their spin classes.

Customer service does NOT pick up the phone so don't bother calling. Front counter staff rude. Instructors are awesome though.

So hard to get a slot for class. Slots open everyday at 10pm for the following week and most are gone in 2 minutes. Nonetheless, the facilities are great and the staff are super friendly. The class are well paced with optimal challenge.

Nice outlet, bikes are quite new. Toilets are in the outlet. Only issue is water pressure is small.

All the instructors have great energy, I enjoyed every class I joined. Facility is also good and maintained well. Minus one star for unfriendly reception staffs.

It's a cool cardio exercise!!

After joining spin classes at Absolute You, I do noticed that my body is more toned now. I do see results and classes are fun. I do foresee myself to continue spinning at Absolute You in the near future.

One of the best studios tried so far. There were plenty of beginners classes in the weekly schedules for riders who are new / not very comfortable to this exercise still, the pace were just right. Instructors were patient and professional + fun and interactive.

I recommend to attend at least 2 beginner's class before commencing on the actual Spin session. The beginner's classes are conducted professionally and paced in a well manner to accommodate all needs.
