Esther and Hannah helped my nervous 5.5yo pierce her ear. My daughter had previously got a botched job done at another popular place (one side was severely off center and had to be removed as soon as it was pierced) so she was naturally a major ball of nerves this second time. She was crying and even wailing at each interval before the procedure. Even marking the site made her cry. It took 1 hour to convince her with each step, and yet Esther was extremely patient and tried her best to coax her. When my daughter was finally mentally ready, Hannah expertly pierced the hole swiftly. I couldn't thank them enough! Better than any famous name place that's known just to pierce ears. (And more affordable too!) I also got great advice as to what earring design is Primary school approved and also bought another pair to change into next year.
