I'm
a
big
fan
of
Kate
Spade,
own
about
5
bags
and
a
wallet
bought
since
2019,
but
not
all
outlets
have
the
same
level
of
service
standards.
I
spent
1.5hrs
at
this
raffles
city
outlet
today,
having
a
hard
time
deciding
which
black
bag
to
get.
There
were
2
service
staff,
both
were
quite
green.
I'm
a
vip,
and
when
I
was
at
vivo/ion/taka
outlets,
the
staff
told
me
I
get
15%
off
when
spend
above
sgd700.
One
service
staff
at
taka
outlet
in
particular
was
helpful,
unobtrusive
and
she
said
she
would
get
me
15%
and
also
let
me
use
my
sgd80
bday
voucher
even
though
my
bday
month
has
passed.
Unfortunately
I
had
a
gift
item
to
exchange,
and
taka
outlet
does
not
allow
exchange
of
items
from
other
outlets.
By
this
time
I
had
already
gone
to
3
outlets
over
2
weeks,
so
the
raffles
city
outlet
was
the
4th.
I
asked
the
raffles
city
outlet
staff
to
confirm
whether
I
can
stack
15%
and
use
sgd80
bday
voucher,
they
said
yes,
the
system
allows,
should
be
can.
When
I
finally
decided
on
which
bag
to
get,
a
senior
staff
came
to
say
that
I
cannot
use
bday
voucher
on
top
of
15%.
She
called
taka
outlet
to
check
and
was
speaking
candidly
to
her
counterpart
right
in
front
of
me.
At
this
point
in
time
I
was
already
very
tired
and
frustrated,
so
I
said
nvm
I'll
just
pay
without
the
bday
discount.
One
of
the
newer
staff
brought
out
a
wrong
bag,
luckily
I
realized
before
he
boxed
it.
Then
the
senior
staff
charged
me
for
the
bag,
but
after
paying,
they
couldn't
find
a
new
piece
of
the
bag
I
wanted.
What
women
want
is
an
enjoyable
shopping
experience,
especially
when
it's
a
day
off
work
and
family
commitments,
just
someplace
with
unobtrusive
and
polite
customer
service,
good
ambience,
and
end
up
with
a
good
product.
I
went
away
empty
handed
after
close
to
2hrs
and
with
a
sgd5
parking
fee.
Utterly
disappointed.
