The waiting times are so irrationally long. There's no reason to sit and wait for 30 mins to an hour with only 2-3 people in line and during one of the least crowded times of the day/week. What should've been a quick in and out checkup took up so much time and the front desk is absolutely no help. Only come here if you're absolutely desperate and there is quite literally no other clinic to consider.. I wouldn't be surprised if you came in with a knife lodged in your lung and the staff still tells you to sit and wait while they twiddle their thumbs. You'd think working at a front desk job would require people skills. It's almost embarrassing. Service aside the clinic is cramped and shabby looking, it really wouldn't kill to make the waiting room more comfortable considering that's where their patients will spend most of their time. The only pro I can think of is that it's in an optimal space to hear the music playing outside on the speakers while you dissociate. As for the quality of doctors, unfortunately I'll never know. Around the 1 hour mark I left to go to another clinic on the same floor and I was in and out within 15-30 minutes.

Highly recommended to get your health screening done here. The counter were managed by Amy and Nitty and they were both very friendly and helpful. I was first attended by a female Chinese doctor who professionally carried out the consultation and examination. Next was the ultrasound scan done by a shorter female Filipino nurse which was super friendly and patient. Consider yourself super lucky if you get your scan done by her. The final procedure was drawing blood which was done by a male Indian nurse. He was very skillful and the pain was very minimal, with just a tiny needle spot left behind without any swelling. Overall it was a very good health screening experience but do enquire about the total health screening duration required beforehand if you're in a hurry in case of too many patients at that time.

Very friendly and efficient staff who make doctor visits less daunting! Came for a medical check up and from the registration, to the tests and right through to the end consultation with the doctor, my experience has been wonderful. Checks between stations were very smooth and I did not feel neglected nor rushed through unlike the bigger name players in the field for medical check ups. Staff were extremely friendly and very understanding and I felt that I was taken care of. I would definitely recommend Crawfurd Medical for any patient visiting for medical checkup.

Not the most pleasant experience yesterday... The staff/receptionist (Chinese lady) at the Health Screening area should be sent for training to understand what a customer service really means and refrain from ignoring and having double standard treatment to their customers! I've been doing Health Screening here for 2 years now but this will definitely be the last.

Came for a consultation and blood test this morning. Nurse Aidil took my blood and was very quick but gentle, barely felt any pain at all. Consulted with a female doctor prior to the blood test - She was professional, understanding, and cheerful. The counter staff Ms Shermaine also gave me clear directions to the different stations and was friendly. Overall had a good experience at this clinic 👍

I always go here for my regular health screening. This time, I went on Tue and it's far less crowded than usual. Superb services by Amy, the male nurse and Dr.Esther. A coffee machine, snacks and food vouchers were provided. Truly a 5 stars clinic 👍👍

Good doctors, lousy receptionist who love to do name callings and even ring you on your phone to tell you there's still 30min to go as it is her job to make sure you wait at the clinic. Typical waiting time 70-90min on weekdays afternoon

My health screening at Crawford Medical was done in a very organised and timely manner. The two Thai receptionists were very friendly and thorough in their explanations of the screening plans and what each test was for. The ultrasound technician Jenny was also very friendly and reassuring, which made the whole process more comfortable.

Very organized q system and fast. The staff are professional and helpful. Doctor patiently answer all my questions. They have nice modern waiting room . As the location is nearby my office and inside the mall, definetely is convinient to come here.

Really quick visit in the morning to see a GP (no appointment needed). Fast and professional. Not sure what it looks like around lunch-time during the week for walk-ins, but it was 30 minutes or less from the time I checked in until I was out the door with what I needed.

The customer service is very very poor. The receptionist is outright rude. Wanted to make an appointment and called twice... but they say it is not possible to see the GP. First they told me to come in the morning, when I called again to confirm if I can come in the morning... Even though I had a fever, cough and sore throat, they told me to come back at 2pm... Extremely broken system. Completely unprofessional, apathetic and snobbish. Do counsel your Receptionists and review your booking system, please.

It’s good for patient to get their change first before proceed to do the health screening. Pantry abit too small, will be good to have a small/separate area for patient to have their drink and foods. The rest is good. Nurses are friendly and giving clear direction on the next steps and explanation.

Short waiting time to fix appointment and the nurses here are very informative, understanding and friendly. The waiting time at the clinic was very pleasant with drinks & snacks provided. It’s a One stop clinic for all the checks. Would highly recommend compared to raffles medical or fullerton. They have female doctors and the ultrasound lady Jenny was very sweet. This is my 3rd year here for health checks and have recommended friends too who shared the same smooth experience.

I'm impressed by the doctor who does ultrasound scan, her name is Jennie. She did my scan for the past two health screen, when I told her I had some concerns, she scanned very carefully and patiently. I really appreciate her professional working attitude.

Not the most pleasant experience. Came in to do a employment health screening 30 minutes before closing with no crowd. Was almost refused to be serviced by reception staff, before I insisted, in which they finally accepted to do an incomplete screening due to lack of manpower. Not the patients responsibility to know when the equipment are available for screening. Felt like they just wanted to leave early.

The clinic is beautiful with a lot of staffs. But waiting time is super duper long though the clinic is empty. Staffs stand infront of the counter chit chating. When one patient issue came, 3 staffs attending ( one handling the computer, one guiding and one standing behind watching). Doctor advised for the x-ray but I opted to do xray somewhere else which is under my insurance coverage and asking for a letter from doctor. They can't even give the recommendation letter to do the xray so how i can do it??? Just for that I am being asked to see the doctor again! Really wasting my time to visit this clinic. I have spent almost 2 hours ( registration, seen doctor, collect medicines) and end up they asked me to see doctor again just to get the letter for xray. If possible, I don't even want to give 1 star for them.

I've been visiting them for my annual check since the last 5 years. The staff are super friendly and courteous. They're usually crowded so they are very busy but still always smiling. The doctors are also very friendly and patient to listen to you. Special mention for Ms. Edalene who has a really good sense of humour and helps while doing the stress test! Keep up the good work! Reducing the wait time would have got you 5 stars 😃

The doctors and admin here are all really sociable and patient! I once saw about 20 foreign workers coming in for a medical checkup and the admin were swift to check them in , whilst dealing with other patients still in the clinic. The doctors are also really compassionate and patient with the patients as well. Great job Crawfurd!

It's my first time at Crawfurd Medical for health screening. It is like a mini hospital with full fledged medical facilities. The experience was awesome. They have a bunch of friendly and well-trained staff. The whole operations was so smooth and seamless. There was almost no waiting time. Dr Tan is patient and provided a lot of useful information. She made me feel very at ease despite many awkward tests like pap smear and checking of anus. The staff who drew blood for me was also thorough and skilful. Yiting is very warm. She always wear a smile to all patients. The guy at the reception is also very attentive. He served all the patients cake and drinks. I can see other patients are equally impressed as me. Before I leave, I was given a choice of complimentary breakfast voucher from Coffee Bean or Qi Ji. I could enjoy nutritious breakfast and a cuppa after the health screening. Highly recommended to visit them for all your medical needs.

Fastest diagnose I've ever had. After few questions the doc checked my temperature using an in-ear thermometer and flicked the plastic cover into the bin one meter away. Next she checked my throat and before I even said "ah" it's done. This followed by listening to my chest. All it took was two taps on my back with the stethoscope. All of these were done within 2 minutes.

The receptionist is unfriendly. Then they gave me the wrong information regarding PCR tests. I I didn’t check I would not been able to board my flight then they charged $200 for a simple PCR test - must be the most expensive in the world!! What a joke

I had an appointment and waited for ONE HOUR for a 5-10min health screening review. What’s the point of having an appointment...? The additional stars is for the receptionist and doctors inside the clinic, who’s very patient. But the system is broken.

Irresponsible counter management, resulting in long waiting hours. The queue was missed because of bad follow up with the patient, totalled up to close to 1.5 waiting hours.

This was the fastest health screening I have experienced in the last 10 years. literally took me 1.5 hours to complete everything. The clinic assistants, doctors, and staff are all cheerful and friendly. It’s not crowded too unlike raffles and other health screening clinics. I went for the earliest appointment which is at 8:30am because I don’t want to fast for so long.

They have a new queueing system in place and it doesn’t work at all. I asked abt the queue. The girl wearing glasses at the counter didn’t bother to give me more information. So I waited about 2 hrs to see a doctor which I could have been doing something else if necessary information given. The doctor is nice and the other girl at the counter is friendly and helpful. In short the queueing technology doesn’t work. Come and get a number and wait patiently.

First the good point, doctor is professional and highly competent, commendable.. However, when I presented my MBS@GOV civil servant card, the counter staff told me that they are not part of it and that I'm not able to use the MBS@GOV card. That is even though they display the MBS@GOV logo sticker outside their clinic..Furthermore their clinic name also appeared on the Web as part of the MBS "ambassador". That's the only issue they need to look into. apart from that, a pleasant clinic overall.

Love this big GP clinic. You can even get a ultrasound here without going to other hospitals. Waiting time to see a GP can be long though, ranging from 15 mins to 1 hour+ based on my experience.

This clinic has awesome service. Nurses and doctors here are very patient about the questions I have. Additionally, it offers well-equipped medical facilities so that I don't need to go to another place to do my health screening. A nurse in this clinic has left a great impression on me, who is super nice, always smiles and her blood drawing skill is very professional. Today someone calls me about my test result and say that I don't need to see doctors next week anymore, which I never saw other clinics do so before. The only defects I can think of are: we might need to wait for a bit long to be able to see doctors or complete the health screening because this clinic looks like very popular. And another thing is that the insurance cannot cover most of the health screening test fees like blood test, urine test etc. But overall this clinic gives me great experience, please keep up the good work :)

I recently visited Crawfurd at Suntec for a routine check-up and was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional service and warm hospitality. Visited the clinic on the 16 February and encountered a counter staff called May. She is exceptionally very rude, unprofessional, shows the lack of respect and very unpleasant. It clearly shows she is not happy with her job and not train to handle patients that come in after 5pm. I will not want to visit this clinic if this staff continues to work there. It is a terrible experience.

Crawfurd medical , convenient location , friendly staff and I don’t need to wait for hours to see dr. They were very busy but staff were all very efficient . I have seen dr Nicholas and dr Lum , both are very good , very detailed and patience. I have seen dr Peter Chen for Aesthetic also. Price are affordable and reasonable. Dr Chen is very detailed and skilled . Done botox , procedure is done swiftly and painless. Will definitely recommend friends to them .

Visited on 28th Oct. The entire staffs on that day was fantastic. I had the option to choose between Crawfurd and another clinic for annual check up elsewhere. But I am glad I have patronize Crawfurd for all the time after trying out the other clinic once. Dr Nicholas was made me feel like I am a friend during the consultation and gave me his insight when I raised an foot ache issue, he was very knowledgeable. Shout out to all the staffs on that day. The most unprofessional clinic I’ve ever been to. Dared to accept my appointment at the counter when I first came, but prompted to charge an extra $150 for after-office surcharge right in the middle of my treatment and while it was ongoing. What a waste of time to come all the way here when they are just going to reschedule your appointment even if it was already halfway through; beware to everyone thinking of even considering this clinic for your treatment, for they are just after profit and genuinely does not want to help patients. Another instance is that I had to urgently proceed to the toilet while waiting to be called at the reception. My queue number is still buried in the long list, but despite that, the receptionist rolled her eyes and made such an unruly exasperated expression. Very unprofessional indeed, not the customer service you’d wish to see at a semi-upscale clinic. Advising patients to stay away from this clinic if money-scheming tactics are not for you. You are better off going to a more reputable medical establishment in medical centres who genuinely care for your wellbeing.

Long long waiting time. No matter if you do your health screening or visit them to collect your screening reports.. For my report collection despite my 2weeks advance appointment, I waited 40minutes!

Took the silver health screening package. Very professional staff. Facility is clean and modern. Imaging staff named Jenny was friendly and courteous. The scope of the screening is more than other medical centres for the same price. Would definitely recommend.

The doctor and the front desk people are really nice. The doctor hears your symptoms carefully, then gives the explanation even by using the pictures from internet to show your condition. It has a fast services and clean environment. I'm a happy customer, thank you :)

Dr. Penny Tan has become our family doctor because of her professional attitude and kindness as a doctor. She is extremely approachable and good at what she does. Other staffs are also good. Clinic has all the amenities. So we don’t find the need of going anywhere else. But they should keep a paediatrician for small babies.

The overall experience for health screening is ok. Theres a free breakfast voucher givEn. The only issue is the drawing of blood! The nurse is not experience, and she twist and twist, and still no blood comes out! After waiting, they get another nurse to do it for another side of the arm and it is ok. It happened to my friend as well who went there for health screening. They need to hire a better, more professional nurse for drawing blood the 1st time as people tend to be afraid of blood drawing!

I just learnt that the clinic takes 6 full weeks to produce a health report. It’s either the reservations desk is completely disconnected from the clinic (and got the timelines wrong), or there are some issues with the clinic’s logistics. this is an acceptable clinic if you can afford to pay (cost me $500+) AND wait. P.S: their service recovery was up to mark. Both the internal misunderstandings and my scheduling issue were swiftly resolved. Upgrading from 3* to 4*.

Was there this early morning to do medical check up. There’s a lot of nurses to usher. Maybe I was the second to arrive so everything was pretty fast. I done my whole medical check up within 30min which is the fastest so far. Nurses and staffs was all overall friendly. Just one staff with short hair at reception not really attentive. Overall was a pleasant experience. Four stars because the X-ray report will takes about one week to release, other places averagely 3days.

From calling the receptionist and all the way to the radiographers and seeing Dr Lum, has been a great experience. Everyone is so warm and inviting on my first visit

Went to this clinic for supreme heath package health screening. Staff are attentive and kind. Doctors are concern with patient and any abnormal issue found during health screening they call personally the patient.

Happen to shop at Suntec and came across to Crawfurd Aesthetic. Went in to question some aesthetic procedures. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Jane is very knowledgeable on the each procedures I asked and she would recommend what I really need. Dr Peter was very nice too, skillful and detailed. He know what he is doing and what I needed. Super disappointed, the service and speed is getting worse. We started to do health screen here about 3 years ago, at that time the nurses and Doctor are really amazing, patient, professional and knowledgeable. However Dr Penny left as well as some nurses. Things are very messy here and staff are inexperienced. We will definitely NOT come again for any consultation or health screen! Btw we have appointment for doctor review today at 11am and it is been 50 mins waiting time. Nobody come to us on what is happening! DO NOT come here for anything, too messy too slow!

After doing some research on google, we end up at this medical center because it was the closest clinic to our Hotel. I was not feeling well at all and I needed to be seen. The care I got from here was perfect, efficient, and in a wonderful time. The registered me, the doctor saw me, and I was checked out in less than an hour. I paid $40 for the GP consultation. Thank you for your service.

I was turned away because I arrived 3 minutes after the alleged “registration cutoff time” at 5:30pm although no notice nor announcement codifies this on any online platform. Further, I was on the verge of losing unconsciousness when I was turned away, however, no consideration was given to me because the doctors would allegedly leave at 6pm on the dot. The employees of this clinic appear to lack compassion and place greater emphasis on closing on time compared to a patient’s well-being. The experience was uncalled for and a complete shock.

The nuse took my blood easily and one time only while other clinic took several times to get my blood. Well trained but I forget to ask her name. I will surely recommend her to my friends. Doctor was so nice.

Ms.Aquila assisted me patiently with warm hospitality. She even informed me that my company insurance will covered my ultrasound and consultation. She explained it to clearly and even assisted me quickly to all my queries. Ms.Katrina who did my ultrasound was very warm and accommodating. She elaborated to me calmly without making me worried to all my concerns. She make me feel sure that everything will be fine. Those words means a lot. Kudos to this people, they are really passionate to their job. They’re company assets..

I have been prescribed this medicine this afternoon.(30th July 2019) They gave me the product with an expiry date a following month. (2019-08) I asked them to change the medicine which will be expiry the day after tomorrow. I am sure this product normally has a expired at least 1 year over. But they refused to exchange and advised me to use this product until the end of August. They said, They could not give me a new stock because have to run out of current stock Even though a supplier brings in a new product. In conclusion, I have no choice but to use the product will be expired soon and return the half of medicine back to them I am not able to use in the expiry date. In addition, the doctor prescribed wrong another medicine for me. the reason why there is no stock I normally use. I saw a doctor was not for allergic or conjunctivitis but I was given medication to treat mainly allergies and conjunctivitis. I do advise the patient who goes this clinic, please check and make sure your medicine with the expiry date BY YOUR SELF. (TMI : Additional charge $20 during lunch time visit)

I’ve tried many big branded clinics before and this is my favourite. I love how thorough yet efficient they are. Sonographer Jennie was patient and thorough. All doctors are absolutely delightful to speak with! Highly recommend!

Been going to this clinic for my yearly health screenings and the nurses and doctors here were very nice ! I came on a monday morning on 08/01/24 and the staff here were patient and explained the procedures clearly to me. Jenny was extremely patient when doing the ultrasound as well ! Highly recommend this place !
