I called the clinic today, 30.12.2020 @1540hrs to schedule an appointment with Dr Goh after reading some reviews. I felt that the receptionist was not at all serious about my call. She did not even find out what's the cause or how urgent my condition is for me to consult the doctor. Instead she asked only two questions which was: one, am I pregnant and two, if I've visited the clinic before. My answer was no to both and she gave me a single reply that the next date Dr is available will be in Feb. So is it that if I'm not pregnant, I wouldn't be able to see the doctor immediately? I am totally unhappy to know that a private clinic has not made any attempt to find out what's going on with me. I wouldn't need to consult a doctor if there isn't a need. I hope that your receptionist is more concerned over the patients' and callers' health. Thank you.

After reading some review about Dr Goh, We discussed to give it a try. But whereas I felt that the receptionist was not serious at all, towards the customer like us. Didn't bother about taking initiative asking what is happening/how many months pragnancy whether straightaway need to take up packages or not. The receptionist didn't treat her job seriously when at the counter or in a phone calls still act like Zootopia(sloth) talking ultimately slow and think it is funny. At that time my wife about 3-4month maternity but still can't take the follow up packages. What nonsense to be money sxxxxer also need to use the Brain. Very disappointed having this type of employees sooner or later reputation will affected badly. So think carefully before you decided to give it a try.

Dr Goh and her staff are excellent 👏🏻 We felt very taken care of throughout our pregnancy journey. We had a bleeding scare in the middle of the night, and Dr Goh was very prompt to attend to us. The staff are all so kind and efficient as well -- our appointment times were mostly punctual (only had delays when Dr Goh had to go for deliveries, which we understand). We are truly grateful for all the staff and Dr Goh's help ♡

Really thankful for Dr Goh & her clinic team! Dr Goh is very calm, patient and knowledgable & has been very reassuring throughout all our visits. Being first time parents, we didn’t know what to expect but Dr Goh has always managed to put us at ease with her mannerism & professionalism! I went through 2 pregnancies with Dr Goh, and both were lovely. Dr Goh is always very gentle, patient, and kind. It’s always reassuring that she’s so calm as it gives a root to someone who is pregnant and have many questions and worries. My first pregnancy was a normal delivery with epidural, it almost became an emergency c-section because it was taking very long for the baby to come out, however with Dr Goh’s gentle encouragement, the baby was delivered safely without c-section. My second pregnancy was via c-section as baby was in a breech position. And it was amazing how quickly everything went by. Dr Goh came right on time and within a few minutes the baby was out. Her stitches is also very neat and she did it so quickly. She came by to check in everyday and ensure the wound is healing properly and answered any questions I had. I was really glad to have found her, to help me through the pregnancies. The nurses at the clinic are always friendly but efficient. They also answer enquiries via WhatsApp promptly, and send you reminders on important matters such as appointments and requirements for tests. Overall I had very smooth and enjoyable pregnancies with the team, and knowing that I was in good, capable hands made it one less thing to worry about. Thank you Dr Goh and nurses!

Dr Goh is a professional who is great at what she does and with good bedside manners to boot. Prices are extremely affordable and the counter staff are super efficient in managing the entire administrative process, making each visit fuss free and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend to any mother planning or going to have her baby.

Very grateful for Dr Goh and her team of clinic girls. Dr Goh delivered all 3 babies of ours. She’s very gentle yet firm. She makes my husband and I feel very assured Every time we see her. My entire pregnancy to birth experience with Dr. Goh and her clinic girls were the best throughout! Dr. Goh is the most patient and gentle gynae I'd met and her girls were the most friendly. I beg to differ with the other ladies who had commented negatively to Dr. Goh and her staffs because i had a really great experience with them. They made me feel really comfortable throughout. It has been a fulfilling and assuring pregnancy journey under great care by Dr Goh and her team! As this is my first pregnancy, Dr Goh is patience and knowledgeable in answering all my queries. She is also gentle and cautious, will take note with extra care if you have any other health conditions that may complicate the pregnancy. I am amazed with her team at the counter as well, with so many people waiting at the clinic, they are still being professional and always put on a smile! 1 star for Gynae issue. I was a patient with Dr Goh and delivered both my girls with her. She was great and friendly with her ever smiley face, I did not feel rushed at during my appointment with her last time. However, today I'm extremely disappointed with her clinic staff. Similar to feedback from other reviewers, it seems they are only prioritize pregnant ladies, because that's where the money is. The staff has only asked me ONE and ONLY question which is ARE YOU PREGNANT? When I said no, she immediately tell me the next appointment available for appointment is in November. No other follow up questions to see if I was a returned patient, why do I want to see Dr Goh, is there any urgency in seeing Dr Goh. Even as a returned patient, I'm viewed as not important as i'm not pregnant. I saw the response from clinic to other reviewers, that it is because new patients' appointments are all taken up. I wonder if you do retain one or two slots per day for patients who genuinely need gynae consultations immediately? I'm also in healthcare line and I understand that many patients'/customers very much prefer to go back to the same doctor because the doctor will have their medical history. If patient is having some symptoms that could potentially point to something more serious (layman might not know what symptoms will need immediate attention) and require immediate attention, having your nurse telling patients to wait 2 months for next appointment might be actually detrimental to the patients' condition. If all the clinics concern is to ask if the patient is PREGNANT or not, then I suggest that your clinic just focus on obstetrics ONLY. Otherwise, start training your staff to ask relevant questions to recognize symptoms that require immediate attention. If you have urgent gyanecological concern, do not consider this clinic. They will not entertain you.

My wife went there when she was expecting my son. Dr Goh did a great job making sure the baby was OK I would not hesitate to recommend her

I have seen Dr Goh since she was with KKH. Very nice and sweet person. She also recommended a very nice orthopaedic for me.

Fees are exorbitant high, but service is really bad in the clinic. Most husbands who came with their wives will have to be chased out and stand outside the clinic (No Chairs) and wait for hours even though there’s social distancing in place in the clinic. No logic and inflexible. Waiting time is long ....5-10mins are fine but to wait at least 2-3hrs beyond your ‘appointment’ time for every visit is really ridiculous. That shouldn’t be the case , me and my wife are not big bosses, we took a day off on purpose and woke up early for the appointment only to get delayed and wasted our time standing outside the clinic to wait for our turn every time we were there. Bearing in mind we were not given a certain range of timing but a fixed time for the appointment. Be prepared to wait. I understand dr Goh clinic is quite well established but its management will have to wake up its idea. I would suggest cutting down on the number of patient visits daily and not make us wait aimlessly after the appointment time ☺️

Suppose to give 3.5 but there is no 0.5 system here, so I put 3 stars. Agree with SMRTarzan, Dr. Goh clinic receptionist is not professional, not friendly, not helpful, cause we have the same bad experienced, even though there are quite a lot of nurse or receptionist at the front desk. Our first visit to the clinic is not so pleasant also, husband couldn’t wait inside the clinic (understandable because of COVID-19 situation), and during Dr. Goh consultant, she speak too soft that we couldn’t really hear her clearly, and she rushed the whole process, we felt we are not important cause she have other important patient behind waiting for her at the moment, we can’t denied this is what we felt at our first visit. However, we decided to give it a try again, and make our 2nd appointment. At our 2nd visit, our experience with Dr. Goh was so much better, she was very gentle, spoke louder, and not in hurry. However the clinic reception is still the same. Some suggestion that I think the clinic can improve is to invest in an online appointment booking system, so that appointment can be made via internet without going through the receptionist.

Dr Goh is patient in addressing concerns for first time parents like ourselves, and gives off a calm energy. Her team at the clinic is very efficient and reliable as well. They responded to my concerns about some pregnancy symptoms and managed to detect my severe pre-eclampsia early, and got baby delivered within the same night. Despite it being an emergency c-section case, Dr Goh was very reassuring and I knew I was in good hands.

Never regret choosing Dr Goh as my gynae! Dr Goh and her team are caring towards the patient and easy to communicate. Scheduling of appointments is easy and flexible, short waiting time (abt an hr or less) at each appointment (other than when Dr Goh has last min delivery to do). Every checkup with Dr Goh is detailed and comfortable. I had elective csec, and Dr Goh's skill is superb. The whole process is fast and my wound is recovering well! Just in 1 week time my wound is no longer in pain and i can move around like pre pregnancy time!

Dr Goh is a very experienced, patient and understanding obstetrician. She delivered both my children. She was very professional and reliable throughout both my pregnancies, always providing utmost care to me and the baby. Her calm demeanour kept me reassured, particularly during labour. The staff in her clinic are also very helpful and kind. They always go out of the way to help and answer my queries thoroughly and timely. Very thankful to her and her team for two smooth and safe deliveries. :)

Being a mother herself, Dr Goh is compassionate and empathetic towards her patients. She understands the anxiety that a pregnancy mom is going through and is always calm in giving her best advices. We would like to thank Dr Goh for her great care and attention to detail throughout our entire first pregnancy, which was not the easiest: We were impressed with how efficiently Dr Goh had dealt with my growing ovarian cyst which was discovered at the start of the pregnancy, and had to be subsequently surgically removed during the second trimester, whilst ensuring that my baby was safe. My threatened pre term labour risk was also quickly identified at 30 weeks of pregnancy and promptly dealt with, allowing me to carry the baby till 37 weeks. We were also impressed with how the C section was smooth quick and totally painless. Wound also healed very well ☺️ Overall, we are very impressed with Dr Goh’s skills and are glad and grateful to have chosen her as our gynae. Will definitely recommend her to future mums out there. 👍🏻

Dr Goh is such a wonderful and kind doctor. She was very thorough and clear with her explanations at each prenatal scan. She listened to my concerns and addressed them patiently. I felt very assured during my C-sect procedure knowing that I was in excellent hands. Her staff have also been very attentive and professional. Dr Goh is very professional, skilful, and calm as I was very assured of my pregnancy journey each time during the checkups. She takes very good care of her patients, even after delivery. Dr Goh uses her expertise to advise her patients on the delivery methods based on case by case basis, and is not pro-natural/c-sect which I really appreciate. Had a smooth first pregnancy with Dr Goh. She is very gentle and reassuring, and I always felt that I was in safe hands with her. Even though my baby's position was very low in Week 35, her calm demeanour and patience as she answered all my questions really put me at ease. Her clinic girls are also extremely efficient and responsive via Whatsapp, promptly sharing Dr Goh's advice regarding what I should and should not do during bed rest, which meds I was allowed to take when ill etc. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Dr Goh's clinic to pregnant Mums!

I had a wonderful expereince with Dr Goh and her wonderful nurse team with both of my birth. I am confident in Dr Goh's skill and she kept me well assured for someone so afraid of pain like me. I had csec for both of my birth and my babies were delivered quickly and the healing process was quick and the stitch was all done well. Dr Goh was also patience throughout and answered all my doubts. Her nurse team also showed tlc towards me and helped me whenever possible. I strongly reccomed all mummies to get Dr Goh as your gynae and I promise you will not regret.

Dr Goh is gentle and kind, she makes me feel really comfortable on every routine visit. I had positive birth experience with Dr SL Goh, both times in 2020 & 2023. Dr Goh was very respectful of my birth preference and birth plan. She was open and patient when asked about birth preferences etc, I felt really grateful that we had very similar views on pregnancy and birth. Both of my girls were delivered safely, with no pain relief or intervention, just as I wished :) I remembered my first labour was 7hours with no pain relief, the sensations were so so intense, and how the energy of the birth suite shifted when Dr Goh stepped into the space. 2nd birth was even quicker and smoother. My husband and I are both so grateful 🙏🏻 The SL Goh clinic ladies were also really prompt and accomodating to my questions and doc requests for insurance through the WhatsApp chat. Having Dr Goh as my gynae was the best decision made! I’m very grateful and appreciative of Dr Goh for having taken care of me throughout my entire pregnancy. As this is my first pregnancy, many things were new to us and Dr Goh would always explain and answer our questions patiently despite the number of patients she has due to her popularity. I had opted for an elective caesarean and the op was very quick. Dr Goh’s stitching skills are very commendable as well. By the next day, I was up and walking already and I can barely see any scar two weeks after the op now. Dr Goh’s staffs are also very polite and friendly, and are also quick to answer queries that we have over the counter. My husband and I highly recommend Dr Goh and her team!

I only wanted to book an appointment with Dr Goh but it seems that it is so hard to reach by phone and website enquiry. Called twice yesterday and twice this morning at 835am and 840am but no one picks up. I can't imagine if I need the doctor urgently but no one attends to me?! Are the receptionists or staff so busy that they have no time to attend to calls????????? This is ridiculous.

Very experienced and professional gynae who doesn't judge or question your choice of delivery etc. Staff are also polite and friendly.

Dr. Goh is an amazing doctor. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. She took very good care of me throughout my pregnancy, especially during my threatened preterm labour. Had a miscarriage on my first pregnancy. Dr Goh was empathetic and answered all our questions and last min requests professionally. She was gentle yet firm. Did not hesitate to go back to her on my second pregnancy. Because of the miscarriage, we were extra worried during this pregnancy. Dr Goh and her nurses were reassuring and patient with all our questions. They were professional and told us every detail we needed to know. Needless to say, smooth natural delivery and fast recovery! Back with Dr Goh on my third pregnancy. Service is consistent and Dr Goh remains gentle yet professional! Baby was breeched so I did a caesarean. Recovery was so fast and thanks to Dr Goh, pain was minimal! I was already able to move around at day 2! Really love my visits to the clinic and it has definitely implanted good memories with our family! Thank you Dr Goh and team!

I am extremely thankful to be so well-taken care of by Dr Goh and her team of nurses in the clinic. As it is my first pregnancy, there are so many things I am unsure of and Dr Goh would always very patiently answer my queries and give me advice. Her nurses are also very efficient and each visit is always very seamless. On the day of my c-sec surgery, I was really nervous and quite frightened in the OT but Dr Goh was the calming force and I felt so reassured and safe.I also go to Dr Goh for my pap smears and she’s really so gentle which minimises any discomfort. Delivered both my girls with Dr Goh and have nothing but praise for her and her team. Professional, very calm (which you would need if you are an anxious first time mom) and really good bedside manner! Some waiting time to be expected at her clinic because of how popular she is, but she and her staff definitely come highly recommended.

Dr Goh is very experienced. She is reassuring and gentle, yet cautious. She gives clear answers to my questions, is supportive of my goal for natural birth and gives advice along the way on how I can achieve this. We made the decision together to induce the birth of my first child and I couldn't be happier with this because my baby was on the big side and as it turned out, was already difficult to push out at 38+w.

Dr Goh and her team took great care of me during both my pregnancies! Dr Goh is very experienced and calm, which are qualities I valued a lot in an OBGYN. I went through 2 pregnancies with Dr Goh and that was the best decision. Dr Goh is a very experienced, patient and calm doctor. Her words are very reassuring and I am really grateful for that. I had a great experience with Dr SL Goh’s Clinic for the past two pregnancies. Highly recommend to all mummies to be. Dr Goh is very professional in natural delivery. She acted fast and efficiently during my delivery, which made me felt safe and pleasant with the delivery. Throughout my two pregnancies journey, Dr Goh always assure us and provide professional advices. She cleared all my queries and doubts. As I have the first experience with her, I called in to make appointment with her for my second pregnancy without doubt. We love that Dr Goh is a gynae always response to our worries calmly and assuring. Services provided by the clinic staff are excellent and dedicated. They even go extra miles by remembering all the patients name even before handling the appointment card. Although sometime the waiting time is slightly longer due to Dr Goh is away for delivery, it is acceptable for me as most of the time, the waiting time for my pregnancy checks was around 30mins-45 mins.
