    Decided to join project X to lose some weight for my wedding, and to learn the correct posture when exercising and using of gym equipments. Went with Jasmyn which was a great PT and friend! She is very encouraging and would give me lots of alternative when I have unhealthy craving. With her vibrant personality, I also find myself looking forward and enjoying each PT session. I manage to lose 6.9kg and achieve my target weight within the 10weeks. Highly recommend!

    I tried all sorts of methods (eating lesser carbs, running, spinning, slimming detox drink, etc) to lose my postpartum weight from my 2nd pregnancy but they just didn’t work. Inspired by another client of my trainer, Jasmyn, I decided to embark on my fitness journey with her! Fast forward 10 weeks later, I have lost 7kg and gained so much strength! Through this journey, I have also developed a close relationship with Jasmyn. Looking forward to build more strength in season 2! Highly recommend the HRC to anyone who is interested to embark on your fitness journey!

    Jasmyn has been a really great PT, she is really sincere and caring and a lovely friend. If you love food but need to lose weight, she is the perfect trainer as she knows how to cook and eat healthy without compromising the joy of life. It has been a really fun journey, thanks Jasmyn!!

    Been having unhealthy sleeping, eating and drinking habits for many years and struggling to maintain an active lifestyle. Finally in April this year, pushed myself to take a step out to try out Personal Training and it has been a mind-blowing and rewarding journey with Jasmyn. I had tried out PT sessions with another gym before and I remember I was always dragging my feet and not looking forward to my sessions. Joining Project X with Jasmyn has been a game-changer experience for PT. Having just completed my Season 1 with Jas, I have dropped 6kg in total, better posture (had very bad posture previously due to lack of muscles and constantly having neck and back pain), better lifestyle habits and of course, gained a beautiful friendship with Jas! 💖 If you’re like myself, looking to step out of your comfort zone and worried about how difficult it will be for you to start exercising again, DUMP THAT IDEA! PT sessions with Jas is always a happy, hearty session full of laughters and she will make progressive changes and improvements with her trainees. Just embarked on my season 2 journey and can’t wait for being a physically and mentally stronger and healthier ME!

    Thankful for Jas for embarking on this journey of toning my body, weight loss and strength training with me! I’ve never done this in a way that is good for my body, and Jas has definitely inspired me to make better food choices as well as getting myself back into the gym / exercise regularly. My knees started out very weak and painful due to a wrong workout routine, and I’m happy to say that after 10 weeks with her, my knees are no longer hurting and stronger than ever now. Cannot wait to climb mountains comfortably again!

    Jas made my first experience working with a personal trainer a really positive one. Knowing that I have zero experience with strength training, she took care to showcase the correct form and made weights less intimidating. She's always encouraging but yet will push me enough (but not too much) for progressive improvements. Most of all, I appreciate the sustainability of the exercises and meal plans that she advised - they're not "extreme", and reap results as long as I am consistent at it. Thank you Jas, for making strength training fruitful!

    YOU COULDN’t POSSIBLY FIND SOMEONE BETTER I was never one who liked resistance training because like many others, I was under the impression that it would make me bulky. So when I was introduced to The Magical Valley by my friend/colleague Rhonda, I was very hesitant but thought “What the Heck! Let’s just give it a shot!” 5 of us colleagues then went for the trial together to see how it was like. No regrets or looking back since I went for the trial. Terrance (or more affectionately known as Oppa) not only gave us a set of exercises to gauge our fitness but he also checked our overall body posture. Very impressed I must say as he was concerned not only about you and your weight goal but also in correcting any postural body issues. Next was the actual start of the 10 week Project X program. The experience was beyond my imagination. Yes I expected some restrictions in food but what I didn’t expect was how detailed it will be. My colleagues and I all had different dietary plan so you can only imagine how much effort he spent in this. We also had a set of daily workout which increased and intensified over the weeks. I’m far from being the fittest person but I was pleased to see myself gradually improving in the exercises. Yes it took time to do the workout but when I compared the video of my workout from the 1st to the last week, it was worth it. And my worry of being bulky was definitely unfounded. Haha The highlight session of this program was definitely the weekly training with Oppa Terrance. I was guided to various different exercises and though it was tough, it all helped in my weight goal plan. There were some moments when I wanted to throw the dagger because Oppa chose to eat his cookie or drink Coke Zero in front of me. It’s the end of week 10 and I’m extremely pleased with my results! 55.9 to 47.9 and I did it the healthy way! Thank you Oppa Terrance you are amazing!

    In Oct 2020, I was inspired by my close friends to join TMV, one was a mom of 2 who had abs now & the other lost 10kg. As a trial class was provided, I decided to give it a shot & ended up signing for 10 sessions of PT w Terrance, with the aim of muscle gain & toning my body. Due to poor & fussy eating habits, & despite being thin, I did not look nor feel healthy & was under 40kg. Terrance first monitored my food & calorie intake over a week very closely, before recommending me a strict diet where I had to eat certain types / amounts of food @ certain times daily. I was also given daily “homework” where I had to follow & complete a set of exercises. Terrance followed up all the way & the exercises changed / became tougher once he knew I could be pushed to achieve more. Prior to signing up w TMV, I’ve actually been working out on my own regularly with weights, RingFit & doing some cardio especially during circuit breaker. However due to limited knowledge & no change in diet, there was not much visible change in my body. However with TMV, the exercises Terrance arranged were very targeted towards achieving my goals, some exercises I’ve never seen or heard of before, & with much surprise i very quickly saw changes in my thighs first, then arms and abs. TMV is also a wonderful place to come to every week & Terrance is the sweetest. The mini Halloween & Christmas “parties” & “workout” session, Terrance is super effort every time in creating a fun, warm & supportive environment, not forgetting the little Xmas notes he wrote for each & everyone of us. In a sometimes lonely & arduous journey like training & pushing ur body, every single bit of encouragement from ur trainer counts. I’ve just finished my first 10 sessions & have signed on for the next season. Despite only completing season 1 of training, I’ve already received many positive comments like “😧💪🏻💪🏻”, “wah buff sia”, & am extremely grateful to TMV & Terrance for being my PT & letting me have these tangible results. Thinking about it, it is really unbelievable & surreal that all these transformations happened in less than 3 months. Super looking forward to the road ahead & Truly appreciate All the big & small things TMV & Terrance has done for me, hope we can achieve more goals together!

    Met Rachel on my trial session at The Magical Valley. I felt very comfortable with Rachel and I decided to sign up the program on the same day after I attended the trial. Throughout the program, Rachel guided me on my meal plan, home workouts and gym session. Rachel is very professional, caring and patience, I managed to achieve my fitness goal and in fact, it is not as tough as how I think. A big thank you to Rachel for your guidance and grateful to have you as part of my fitness journey. Cheers :)

    Have been working out actively but can't seem to achieve my goals until I started training with Rachel! Through her guidance, I managed to achieve my goals: Gained strength, fat loss, increased knowledge on nutrition and learning how to create effective workouts for myself. Having gone through her own transformation, Rachel is very knowledgeable and understands what I'm going through. She has provided me lots of help and advice while training with her. The gym is also fully equipped with all the necessary and best machines. Awesome trainer and place to workout at!

    One of the best decisions that I (more accurately, my wife) have made in recent years. Managed to lose 10kg after training with Rachel for project X Season 1. I am much stronger now, my stamina has improved tremendously & I am totally satisfied with my physique. All thanks to Rachel. She is professional, practical & effective. Very encouraging also. All I need to do is to just follow her instructions, and voila… my body is transformed! I strongly recommend project X if u want to get fit. The cost is very reasonable. Training in the gym once a week with daily workouts at home at my own pace really suits me!

    I went to House Of Rep Counters with my colleagues’ recommendations. As a new mum, I gained a lot and wished to rebuild workout exercise habit and back to my previous weight. My PT Hanzel is experienced and knowledgeable, she did a detailed 10 week plan (includes diet, homework and weekly goal) for me. After 10 sessions, I’ve lost 5kg and my body shape has improved a lot! Would highly recommend this PT gym for reasonable price and Hanzel for her excellent service!

    Training with Rachel has completely revolutionized my stone age concepts of weight loss and healthy living. Her commitment, patience, and perserversnce to keep me on track..gently yet firmly changed my life.     Just completed my sessions with my trainer, Rachel, and I must say, I am very thankful to her. I got to learnt a lot from her, from how to properly use the gym equipments and what to take note of my diet plan. She is very thoughtful and encouraging throughout the whole training sessions. She is also very detailed in customising a diet plan for me. And I really appreciate her for not being the "fierce fierce" kinda trainer. 😁 I enjoyed all my sessions with her, and I got to lose my weight too. Thank you Rachel.

    This is the REAL DEAL! Guaranteed results in 10weeks! My trainer was Rachel, motivating & supporting me from start to end of program. Its definitely not easy, but is extremely worthwhile -8kg! She's always carrying that cheerful smile on her that makes every gym session seems easy even though its hard. I will definitely still engage her for my Season 2!

    Never regret my decision for signing up a PT package for weight loss after looking at my friend’s amazing transformation with Rachel!!! Took a leap of faith to sign up even without a trial session. We communicated through texts initially and I was already comfortable with talking to her. Throughout the program, she always there to keep my meals in check, both home workouts and gyms sessions were enjoyable, and the variety of food options that I am allowed to eat. 10 weeks never felt tough to me at all and I’ve lost a whopping 8kg! Greatly benefited from this, now I’ve learnt to never skip my meals, eat the right portion, and choosing the healthier food options when eating out. Quoting from Rachel, it’s always okay to feast once in awhile or to satisfy all the sugar cravings, just eat and MOVE ONNNN!!! Thank you Rachel and House of Rep Counters!!

    Embarked my fitness program with Terrence as a newbie. The entire journey was fun and fulfilling, with dedicated meal plans and workout to cater to your body needs. The first consultation, Terrance was able to point out my postural issues and incorporate workout not just to meet the fitness goals, but also to correct the posture for the future better. I definitely feel fitter and a whole new me, thank you Terrance.

    I’ve always wanted a healthier lifestyle and of cos a healthier body. Was inspired by a friend who trained under Rachel and decided to just go for it!! I was looking for a female trainer as I feel more comfortable working with ladies! Rachel is a very gentle and friendly trainer who is also very motivating and encouraging during PT sessions. On a daily basis she will also follow up with me to ensure I am eating well and progressing well. Rachel will monitor my progress and change up my meal plans and workout routines throughout the programme. I’ve just completed my 10 weeks of Project X and I am really happy with the results! I’m going on to train another 10 weeks as I want to become even fitter and better! Do look for Rachel if you’re looking for a dedicated trainer!

    Was introduced to Rachel by a friend’s friend, and it’s the best decision of 2022 to engage her as my PT to kickstart my fitness/ weight loss journey! Have always been very intimated by gyms, but with guidance from Rachel & her constant encouragement, our weekly gym sessions are now something I look forward to. It’s definitely not an easy journey, but very rewarding to slowly see the weight loss & gaining better stamina and strength when I do my regular workouts. Will be continuing with Season 2 & am excited to work towards my next fitness goal knowing I’m in good hands 💪🏻

    Gym is well maintained and also with new equipments available. My trainer is Terrance.. I did not have a clear goal what I wanted to achieve at the beginning, however, through the journey with him has allowed me set some goals that I wish to achieve and also with him made the process a joyful experience achieving it. Very informative on the exercise and understanding on challenges that one will encountered. Overall, the most important thing is taking the first step and I am glad I took it with him as my trainer.

    Gained 7kg after two pregnancies, with my second pregnancy carrying twins. Life was really hectic with three kids and no helper so it was really hard to cook and eat healthy, not to mention exercise. Carried and hid my 'Mum tum' with oversized tee and slightly flared shirts for two and a half years and I decided to take a leap of faith to join Project X when I chanced upon someone who was training with RACHEL! I went for a trial session in Oct 2022 and felt comfortable with Rachel. I was due to move house in Nov 2022 and was dealing with right knee pain. However, Rachel was not pushy at all and waited for me patiently for four months before I was ready to start the project. During the project, Rachel came up with a detailed meal and exercise plan for me to follow. She also answered any questions that I have promptly, introducing food that are nutritious yet still tasty. She is very professional, careful to ensure that I do not sustain any injury while working out in the gym. She is also always checking on whether my knee hurts after particular workouts that might worsen my knee pain. Weekly one hour gym sessions also pass by very fast as it is enjoyable chatting with her. She is very fun, friendly and approachable, making the entire process more bearable. Do look for Rachel if you want to lose some weight or become fitter!

    Awesome experience. I always stereotyped Personal Trainers as egoistic people who thinks that they are capable of training others just because of their own build. But as I stepped into VanityFXG, I realized that the trainers there were not as "toned" as how the public would conventionally expect them to be. They showed me what true strength meant, and more importantly, it is the determination and the "never give up" attitude that truly defines what fitness is all about. I've never felt so alive while doing my workout before and I must say the people at VanityFXG really have good camaraderie and I'm definitely inviting all to join this gym ASAP. "While you spend time outside wondering when you should start, we're already inside practicing the true art of fitness - the journey of going more than beyond.

    Great gym with great trainers! Non-intimidating space that's welcoming to everyone. Terrance was my trainer and he taught me proper lifting techniques and gave me exercises that helped with my handstand balance. The multifaceted training programme helped to improve my strength and flexibility. Thanks to Terrance, I can now go to the gym and lift confidently!

    Looking to lose weight, I enlisted the help of Terrance. I have been training with him twice a week since last year, focusing on a combination of cardio, weight strength training and diet. I have lost about 10Kg and yet noticed that I am much more stronger now. Terrance is a dedicated trainer, although the training is tough but he always makes it fun and enjoyable. Thank you Terrance.

    (Result: Down 4.3kg and reduced waist size by 4inches in 10 weeks) I have trained with Terrance and Malcom and both are extremely patient and meticulous trainers. They ensure your well-being is taken care of during and after the training sessions. Besides teaching me the right techniques to lift weights, Malcom corrected my bad posture using simple exercises that I could do anywhere. On the other hand, Terrance helped me to push past my limits whenever I have doubts about myself. He also designed practical meal plans for me that was easy to follow. I am glad I started my fitness journey with the Magical Valley!

    Have been training at the magical valley under Terrance. No nonsense approach to weightloss, with amazing results so far. The programme is very holistic, with focus on weight training, diet and nutrition as well as postural correction.     Back in mid 2019, I was targeted by a sponsored IG story by The Magical Valley Fitness and it was too good to be true, so decided to sign up for the attractive 10-session package for new members. Terrence assigned me to Malcolm Yau. I must say that the first package, I didn't really get what I wanted because of my lack in discipline. So I decided to sign up for another package with Malcolm Yau in early 2020. COVID-19 hit the world and ended up we live in a pandemic, so had to pause the sessions. I wasn't really into this home workout thing so I went on living like a fat sloth. After the Singapore government lifted the circuit-breaker (soft lockdown) restriction, I was really excited to hit those weights with Malcolm Yau – until he told me, "Bro, your stomach I cannot. I'll do a plan for you." Of course I cuss-ed him, but as a Personal Trainer, he believes in pushing you because he sees potential in you. The 2nd package came to an end, and I signed up for another 3rd package so that I can really get down to business. For 2.5 months, I basically had to deal with a max. of 1000 kcal intake while burning more calories per day. The objective is to shred, for vanity reasons, but also there's some science behind shredding (which I rather you get in touch with the PTs in The Magical Valley Fitness to explain to you guys in detail). I ended my 3rd package, and signed up for my 4th package. Now, I'm on lean bulking phase (basically trying to grow those muscles). I've never looked back on my journey, and I am extremely thankful because Malcolm Yau really guided me on my fitness journey. What I've learned is that the end goal doesn't really matter – the journey/progress is key on making it worthwhile. You just keep on doing. Even when Malcolm Yau asked me "What's your goal now since you've gone through shredding?" I told him, "well, doesn't really matter now, since I'm more confident and in love with my body, and that's all that matters." The Magical Valley Fitness believes that fitness should be made accessible for people from all walks of life. They don't sugar coat anything – you deal with it, you remember it, and you work on it. There's no time to whine about your cravings and what not because I mean, we signed up for it, we deal with it. I'm really thankful to that sponsored IG story, and I want to say thanks to Terrence for assigning Malcolm Yau to me.

    Trained with Terrance of The Magical Valley and the result is amazing! Went on a 10-Weeks Weight Loss Program known as Project X, and I managed to hit my weight loss goal of sub-50kg 🥳 (was about 58kg at start of program). Had a whole long list of intangible side benefits as well such as better skin (due to better diet), better posture, better knowledge of my body, overall improvement of strength! Dragged my partner to join me and he lost 15kg! 😌 If you are looking to lose weight without hardwork or just by consuming some magical food or drink... I'll be honest, forget it this is the wrong place. Don't kid yourself. Terrance uses a holistic approach of Diet/Nutrition, Cardio and Strength. (He ain't one who is going to ask you to starve yourself just to lose weight as we all know starving would (definitely lose weight but it ain't sustainable, brutha and sista.) Cardio also don't mean you need to run 10km everyday, it's more to help you not lead a sedantory lifestyle. Overall, it wasn't a program that demands the hell out of you, but definitely with some determination, discipline, and a sprinkle of Terrance's magic, you'll have your perfect Victoria Secret body in 10 weeks 🥳 . if you are tired of just being overweight and healthy, please don't hesitate to sign up with The Magical Valley! They have female trainer too :)

    I got to know The Magical Valley through a friend's instagram post and I was amazed by her transformation! I decided to give it a try. My trainer, Terrance, also the founder, is nothing but professional and amazing. His customized diet plan and homework is manageable and feasible! If you follow diligently and persevere, you will definitely see results. I'm happy with my results and will definitely recommend The Magical Valley!

    I was looking for a gym/program to lose weight and came across House of Rep Counters. I was assigned to PT Rachel, and I’m very glad our paths crossed! Rachel is very cheery and energetic and her personality shines through her work! She made gym sessions very fun and I found myself looking forward to gym sessions. She checks in daily on food intake, and encourages when feeling demotivated and was great support during the 10weeks of training. With her help I managed to lose 8kg and have adopted a clean eating habit. The gym is also relatively spacious and equipment well maintained. Will recommend this gym and also Rachel for your fitness journey!

    Started my fitness journey with Terrance in 2020 which I did fantastically well in my Season 1 and 2 with a weight loss from 51 to 45 kg. Most amazing part is my fat% was lowered down to less than 20% and muscle mass increased to 29%. With this, I carried on with Season 3 with another PT Hanzel. I would say she is different form Terrance who is a ‘devil’ trainer haha, Hanzel is very friendly yet professional at the same time. She also helped to achieve my goals this time of course I had a different set of goal at every season. I would highly recommend this gym as this place not only allows u to achieve your goals (I wouldn’t say it’s easy but it’s manageable as long as you put an effort to it) and all the trainers do put their heart and soul to every trainee which I really love! You will know what I mean when u step into the place! M already missing it after my season ended! A BIG THANK YOU House of Rep Counters!

    I highly recommend my PT Rachel. She is friendly, approachable yet professional. Her workouts and meal plans are customized to your individual needs. I was really surprised that I managed to lose 9 kg within 10 weeks by just simple walking, easy home workouts, gym workout and cutting down on carbs.     Inspired by a friend, I signed on my personal training session with Rachel! Rachel has been always motivating and patient. Every session with her is cheerful and exciting.     I was trained by Rachel and I lost 5kg in 10weeks. She guided me very closely on my gym/home workout and meal plan. She is patient, professional and very friendly. She is always there when I tell her any difficulties I face during my fitness journey and she will always be supportive, inspiring and give me sound advices. The timings I had my training is also very flexible. I’m glad that I can book my trainings no matter it’s in the morning, afternoon or evening. Because of her guidance I lost unwanted weight and look better. I’m going to continue to train with Rachel to build strength and be healthier and stronger. Personally, I think it is not easy to find another trainer like Rachel who is committed to help her clients. The location is also very convenient for a driver. There are parking lots directly below the gym. Even if the lots downstairs are full, you just have to drive like 300metres more to arrive at City Square Mall carpark which have plenty of lots. The rates of the training are quite affordable as compared to other gyms. Finally, I will recommend you to train with Rachel if you are looking for a patient, understanding, supportive, professional and committed trainer.

    Hands down, one of the best decisions I’ve made training at The Magical Valley. I’ve lost 10kg in less than 3 months. On 2 May, 2021, I signed up a 10 sessions Project X with Rachel. Rachel has been my biggest inspiration. She is one big part of the reason why I’ve decided to give it a shot at TMV after reading her transformation story. “I realllllly want to train and be like her someday” - that was my first thought. With that, I went for a 1-hour trial session where Rachel assessed my fitness level in terms of strength, endurance and mobility. She checked about my exercise history, any injury I had before in the past, as well as my present lifestyle. Given that short 1 hr, she gave an overview of the entire plan base on my fitness goals. Rachel has made the trial session really comfortable. I was previously nervous as I have not exercise for the longest time and was at my heaviest weight. I kickstart the journey with a well-rounded plan inclusive of personalised nutrition, workout and rehab exercises. Nutrition wise, Rachel has offered a variety of food options. Being a vegetarian, I thought I would have very limited food choices. I was surprised there were a lot to choose from! Other than the 1 hr gym session per week, I was also guided through a very safe and effective workout plan comprising of cardio, core and strength training. It was unfortunate that the government announced the closure of gym due to a spike in covid cases when I just started my plan. I was feeling demoralised and upset with the closure, however Rachel reassured that we can still do this together. She customised a variety of home workout exercises. She viewed all my workout videos, correcting my postures, changing my workout intensity. She gives you a little push at the right time so you will become stronger. The exercises are effective and not overtaxing. Additionally, there were also rehab exercises for postural correction. Rachel has been the most dedicated personal trainer I could ever ask for. She is very prompt with her replies and will always check in on how you are feeling. You know she is always there supporting you through this journey, and I’m so grateful to have her. It has been a journey of self love, growing stronger, healthier, and becoming the better version of myself. Overall, a total life changing experience. I’m absolutely happy with my progress, and currently working hard in my Season 2! All these wouldn’t be possible without The Magical Valley and my ever most supportive trainer. I would highly recommend TMV and Rachel to anyone who wants to get in shape. You won’t leave disappointed if you commit to it!

    I lost 18KG in 10 weeks after nearly a year of stagnation! I started my 'Project X' transformation journey with TMV's Rachel in early March of 2021 - the approach taken by TMV was holistic in my view consisting of: - Baselining food intake in Week 0 - Diet plan (based on what you normally eat with small tweaks) - Workout plan (based on your existing lifestyle to prevent it being an uphill battle) - Re-iteration of diet and workout plan every 2-3 weeks based on results achieved - Re-iteration of workout plan based on COVID-19 lock down scenarios - Posture correction and rehab exercises - Optional supplemention plan While others usually only care about their clients the one time they meet each week for personal training, Project X with Rachel was different. You have to send across photos of every meal, snack and drink consumed for the day in addition to photos/screenshots/videos of workouts completed to keep you disciplined and on track. The cost - cheaper than most personal training! I lost a grand total of 18KG just after 10 weeks - your results and milage may vary based on your level of committment. I would strongly reccomend anyone who is serious about a fitness transformation to sign up with TMV :)

    I have been training with Terrance at The Magical Valley to build strength and achieve muscle growth through weight-focused workouts. I can see that my training sessions are always productive and well-structured. During the course of training, Terrance will introduce new variations to my workouts to ensure that my body is constantly challenged. After a few months of training, I have become more conscious of how proper exercise should be performed. Next to the workout plan, an appropriate diet is also a vital factor in attaining my personal goals. As I want to build muscle yet staying lean, Terrance has planned a personalized meal plan for me to incorporate with my workouts. With the professional approach of Terrance, I have been able to achieve a better fitness shape of my life. I feel healthier, stronger and happier, and definitely more contented with the way I see myself in the mirror. It has been a tough journey but I’m motivated to carry on! The Magical Valley - The Magic in Every Transformation Indeed, it is!

    I was inspired by my sister’s weight loss result trained by Rachel. This is one of my best decision to join Rachel for the Project X 10 weeks program, and I lost 8kg from 67kg to 59kg in 10 weeks. Thanks to Rachel's professional and patient guidance to help me achieve my 2022 goal. See you in season 2!

    Engaged Danny for his PT services as I wanted to look better for my upcoming wedding >.< Danny was very friendly and patient throughout, even though I wasn’t the most disciplined of clients, with many overseas trips in between (and of course food). He pushed me beyond my limits every week, and I saw myself getting a lot stronger and got many comments that I looked slimmer! Even though my season 1 was longer than 10 weeks, he was patient with the regular nutrition and exercise advice! Highly recommend :)

    I have been training with Terrance for 5 months now and all I can say is he is amazing. I’ve always have fear of doing personal trainings. I’ve tried trial session at reputable gyms but trainers there often makes me leave the session feeling intimidated. I soon form this impression that personal trainers are cold and lacks personal touch. I decide to give Terrance a shot when my friend highly recommended him and of cox the amazing result he produces but I was doubtful as always. 5 months in, I got to say my shot was rewarding& I’m glad I took the shot. With Terrance it’s not just about the number of the scale, he cares way more from your emotions to your mental well-being, your r/s with food and fitness. I call him my wellness coach, cause with him it’s not solely about making the number on the scale drop it’s about transforming your life and your take on fitness. Training with Terrance is always a struggle I don’t lie but he trains you hard cause that’s his job, but he has this amazing ability to make you struggle just the right amount to not hate it and somehow love the struggle. He has the ability to make every training session very struggling enjoyable yet rewarding. On personal touch, he always checks in on us on how we are feeling, how we feel about the journey so far. He is always there and always available when we have questions and to assure and guide us along when the journey gets tough. If you’re looking for someone who doesn’t see his job as just training you once a week, someone who truly truly wants his client to fall in love with fitness and healthy fitness please try Terrance, you will not regret it! He is all about empowering people and you will def feel the power!

    I have been with the Gym since 2019, I attended 2 project X plus 1 project cropped top and managed to lose 20kg. I got pregnant after that and I went back after baby was 6months old, I back to the weight before pregnant with project X again, and I’m now still doing my PT plus the latest project name Project V, it has few different session to choose from if u want to target upper body, lower body or mix cardio with weights lifting. Project V is a group training that you will never get bored and really to have buddies to workout together. This is my favourite gym cause they provide not just training but giving us the meal plan how we can eat healthily and lose weight. The trainers all well trained and super friendly.

    Decided to sign up for Project X with Rachel after being recommended by a friend, and it was the best decision ever. I lost 8 kg in the span of 2-3 months and managed to get stronger, fitter, and developed healthier eating habits :) I have been overweight all my life and I'm so happy to be transformed by Rachel, who was always patient and motivating! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a transformative weight loss and fitness journey!

    Rachel was my trainer for Project X and I enjoyed my 10 sessions there learning to do the exercises safely. She is very easy going, cheerful, encouraging and knowledgeable. What I appreciate about Project X as opposed to other PT sessions are the detailed meal plan, home workout, gym sessions and the constant communication with Rachel to track my progress. I'm glad to have lost some weight and become stronger!

    It has been awhile since I workout and am glad I decided to give it a go with PT Rachel for a 10 weeks programme. She was very patient with me, guiding me through the workouts and eating clean, cheering me on to be consistent and taught me how to make this a sustainable journey. I would highly recommend PT Rachel for anyone who would want to kick-start or restart the fitness journey to become stronger and leaner!

    Had a great experience here, joined Project X with Danny as my trainer and I honestly had a great time. A good mix of being informative / advising on technique and general nutrition, able to push and encourage to hit new limits and also being super friendly and easy to talk to. No regrets joining and would gladly sign up again for another season!

    I embarked on Project X with Jasmyn as my PT to improve mobility and solve my back pain. Initially, I was never into gym but since then my perception has changed. Overall, I’m very impressed with the results and my condition has improved - thanks to Jas! Jas is knowledgeable and passionate, and her bubbly nature makes the session fun and easy. She is mindful of my conditions and constantly looked out for ways to help me. In the end, not only have I gotten a stronger body, I have also learned to take note of my diet and more motivated to keep fit.

    Got to know House of Rep Counters and Rachel through friends and decided to sign up Rachel for Project X to challenge myself to achieve something good with my body. Throughout the season, Rachel has been very patient, kind and helpful. She answered every question I have, be it relating to food, snack, workout and posture. I would say she is a gentle trainer which also indirectly gave me pressure to do better, for both of us 😂 I love how she challenged my body yet mindful of the form and condition. The Project X has been a success for me!

    Completed my first season of Project X with Jasmyn. It was a truly enjoyable season. I was never a gym person, but Jas makes every session an enjoyable training experience. She is very patient, encouraging and never judgemental. Through the project, she helped me realised the impact of good choice of food on my own body. Going for clean food helps reduced my stomach bloating problem. And most importantly, how an active and balance lifestyle is good for my mental and physical health. I managed to downsize my clothes too!

    Embarked on my 10-week journey at House of Reps and never looked back! My trainer Jasmyn tailored the training and diet according to my needs and situation. Understanding that meal preparation was challenging for me, she recommended eat-out options. I didn’t expect to look forward to the session each week, even though it wasn’t easy! Jasmyn was very encouraging throughout the journey and checked in on my progress consistently. With her expertise and support, I achieved my goals of building strength, losing weight and importantly, having a sustainable diet and lifestyle! Strongly recommend Jasmyn if you are looking for a trainer to walk the journey of transformation with you and achieve results!
