Had an amazing time in the ice cream museum.🍦 Did not have high expectation for the place but we were blown away by the whole experience. We were served 5 rounds of ice cream to try, with a total of 10 flavors to choose from. The team in the museum were super friendly and welcoming which elevated the whole vibe of the place. The museum has lots to see and it’s perfect for dates with friends and family!

The Museum of Ice Cream Singapore is a whimsical and delightful attraction that is sure to put a smile on your face. From the moment I stepped inside, I was transported to a world of colorful installations, unlimited tasty treats, and interactive exhibits. The museum is located in a 60,000-square-foot colonial barracks in the Dempsey neighborhood and offers a variety of rooms and exhibits, each with its unique theme and activities. You start with naming your favorite flavor and also your name tag The staff was friendly and helpful, providing guidance and answering any questions I had. The museum was clean and well-maintained, with a wide range of photo opportunities and Instagrammable moments. One of the highlights of my visit was the sprinkle pool, which allowed kids to swim in a pool filled with colorful sprinkles. I also enjoyed the ice cream sampling and the interactive exhibits, which offered a fun and engaging way to learn about the history of ice cream. While I thoroughly enjoyed my visit, there were a few areas where I felt improvement could be made. Certain sections of the museum can be quite crowded at times, and it can be difficult to get the perfect photo without others in the background. Additionally, some of the exhibits felt a bit repetitive or lacking in depth. Despite these minor issues, I would recommend the Museum of Ice Cream Singapore to anyone looking for a fun and unique experience. It does feel overpriced for what it offers but It's a great attraction for families, friends, and anyone with a sweet tooth. My personal favorite was the banana split room, which offered a tasty treat and a fun photo opportunity. I also recommend arriving early or booking a less crowded time slot to make the most of your visit.

One of the fancy experiences to have when in Singapore. The ambiance is all pink and red..appealing and exciting. When you enter the area. Firstly, they will ask you to name an ice cream of your choice and wear a sticker on yourself. You enter the ice cream world. They have activities, and most importantly, unlimited ice cream to eat. We found the ice creams flavours okayish and not that great. Lastly, there is a big sprinkler pool in which you can dive in and enjoy.

First time visiting apart from other brunches in another country. I’m not so much of a sweet tooth but if you like ice creams, they are all free flow ice creams provided in 4-5 stations. Every corner are picture worthy, it didn’t really explain how ice cream is form but a museum that is full of pink and creative corners. I bought ticket online and the line process is fast even tho people in front in the line might be at later timing than yours. It’s worth for at least one time visiting, for children.. they’ll love this place!

Probably the only place you’ll get free flow ice cream. It’s a creative mix of ice cream and activities. Ice cream is served differently along the way with different flavours to choose from. In between eating ice cream, there’s some activities like jumping on a bouncy castle or going in a sprinkle pit (like a ball pit). Cute spot for photos too. Tickets are a bit pricey, but the experience was worth it. Fun for kids and adults.

Located in a ultra posh high premium residential area where the only cars that you see around driven are Merc, BMW, Volvo & Audi. Fun experience if you're an adult & made my day kinda experience if you're a kid. You're buying a ticket here for an experience & not just an ice cream. I'd recommend it if you're visiting Singapore as a tourist.

I recently visited the Museum of Ice Cream in Singapore, and it was an absolutely AMAZING experience! The staff were incredibly engaging and friendly, enhancing the overall enjoyment of the visit. The highlight of the museum is undoubtedly the creatively designed rooms, each offering a unique and super cool aesthetic. It's a paradise for photo enthusiasts, providing countless opportunities for fun and visually stunning pictures. The inclusion of unlimited ice cream in each room was a delightful surprise. Not only were there diverse flavors to savor, but the taste was also exceptional— a true haven for ice cream lovers. The museum creates a dream-like atmosphere, combining interactive exhibits with the joy of indulging in delicious ice cream. In summary, the Museum of Ice Cream in Singapore is a must-visit for those seeking a delightful blend of creativity, engagement, and, of course, scrumptious ice cream. It's an absolute dream come true for anyone with a sweet tooth!

I think this place is too pricey to what it has to offer. It's supposed to be either family oriented or very instragramable with rich history or information about about ice cream. I believe it has met the family part where the children are really enjoying themselves. However I do not think it's very good for photo taking as too many are in the area at the same time, like there's no cue to how many people can be in a segmented area. I think the placement of the design / items can be improved? Some kids hit their head on the display and some adults almost tripped. I don't get to know much about ice creams after the visit but the overall design was not bad. For me, it's good for one time experience and will never return again. PS: the staff told me that the place will be expanding. Hence do consider going at a later time of the year if you guys have not booked your tickets yet.

Museum of Ice Cream is such a fascinating place for young and old to have fun together. To visit them, you need to order your tickets online before going down. When I arrived, I was greeted by very friendly and excited staff to bring us orderly into the museum. We get to choose and write our names on the tabs. Be prepared to taste the different types of ice cream at each station. Each station brings us little surprises. It took us about 1.5-2hrs to complete all the stations. We took our time to go through each stations. After the whole experience, we felt very refreshed and full from all the ice cream we ate. We went on Friday afternoon and there were ample space and time at each stations. During weekends, we were told that there were more crowd and would take longer time between each station. Staff were very youthful, young and lively. The toilet is also very fancy and clean. You can either take a taxi, drive or take public transport and walk into the Museum of Ice Cream. #ILoveMuseumOfIceCream

You can tell that the creators have put a lot of effort into the building. From the nice, sweet scent that you smell upon entering the pink building, to the number of different ice-cream flavours, to the fun, interactive parts of the building, and to the (my favourite) ball pit! I really enjoyed my time here and I really recommend people to come visit while you still can!

Fun for the kids. Different types of activities and playground inside. Several booths along the one-way route, for the unlimited ice-cream treat. Great if you are an ice-cream lover. Bring your own water bottle though. Recommend to go morning session when the kids are active. End of the trip by lunch and chill at the cafe behind the museum. Do note parking space is limited.

Had a fun time at the Museum of Ice Cream. There were about 5 or so different rooms that offered different ice cream flavors. Each room is all you can eat so we definitely took advantage of it! I recommend checking this spot out.

This place is totally AMAZING! Every single staff here is so accommodating and energetic, you wont feel bored even by listening to their passionate "speech". From the entrance till end you will enjoy endless pleasure of taking photos while making your taste and stomach satisfied by unlimited ice creams. What's even better for "bigger" kids friends are the cocktail at bar counter which is in the middle of your whole trip. For photo lovers it could easily cost you more than 1 hour to go through all scenes. For me I spent almost two and half there, and I will guarantee you satisfied with all props and services there! Will definitely bring kid and family back again. Enjoy your own session!

Nice place to spend an hour or two! Purchase your ticket online in advance to secure your preferred time slot. The experience is well designed, and staff are very helpful. Main experiences are around taking photos, tasting ice creams and interacting with the cute settings.

Visited on a Monday at 12.00. Not crowded at all. Several themed rooms where you can make photos and kids can play from 3-5 minutes. Free ice cream during the tour, special taste but not so good actually. The yummy one is outside at the terrace but you must pay for it. All in all a nice experience for our familly.

Must visit! Truly recommended in you're ever in Singapore. But do remember to book your tickets early, preferably online. Exhibition is colourful and pleasing to the eyes with all the colours and pleasing to the taste buds too coz you have all the ice cream to try and it's bottomless. Which means you can have more than 1.. Have as many ice cream but remember, you have 5 stations of ice cream so pace yourself to avoid sugar rush! It's for all ages. There is always something for everyone. Come with your family and kids and enjoy ice cream as a family. Plenty of interactive activities and plenty of sitting areas so for those on wheelchair or can't walk or stand that long, no worries. And Museum Of Ice Cream has employed/recruited staff that is suitable to be working in this exhibition coz they are so friendly and chatty! It takes the experience to a whole new level. Staff are friendly, helpful, funny and they know their products well! Truly a Singaporean hospitality with ice cream and a cherry on top! Good job guys!

A place more for kids. Unless you really love ice cream and like taking photos, I won't really recommend visiting for adults. Almost every station has an ice cream booth for free flow ice cream but I got sick of ice cream at the 3rd station 😅. Staff there were all quite friendly. There are ample parking lots right in front of the museum but you will still need umbrella if it rains. Also, it will be better if there is a few staff manning the sprinkles pool as there are uncleaned spillages and thrash around and in the pool.

Loved the vibe of the place. They have created a really cute little place designed into several rooms with different and interesting walls and props for social media posts. Not really enjoyed the ice cream experience. Not many options and I found them of very average taste.

Very unique and photogenic place. You can find few types of different and unique ice cream in here. Very good place for youngsters. Good for taking pictures also. Just the tickets price is too high compared to the whole thing. Also they are cashless so you need to have credit or debit card. The staffs are really friendly they will help you pay using their cards if you have no credit or debit card.

Good museum but very expensive. There isn’t much varieties of ice cream and they don’t tell much about the history or production of ice cream. The quality of ice cream is also not so good. Get a lot of the cookies and cream ice cream as it is the only good ice cream after that it goes down hill. The milkshake is not so good either. Very watery. But you will have fun with the sprinkles pool. Overall, it is average.

Fun place for kids! I went there with my partner in the day time, we didn't realise that at but it is more appropriate for adults but either way, we had fun! They had non dairy options for everything as well which also tasted really good, at times it was even better than the dairy version! The place is really pink but I saw how much the kids were loving it so, if you have a family and want something to do, I'd recommend this place! 4 out of 5 as it was slightly more expensive than I would've thought but I guess maybe the unlimited free ice-cream makes up for it Really lovely people working there as well 😊

We went here on a Sunday. We had a pre booking done on klook and the entry was hassle free. At the museum you can expect the following: You can enjoy a variety of ice cream tastings throughout the museum. We got just 3 though. The chocolate one was my favourite. Be a kid again by engaging yourself at the various activities like puzzle solving, scrabble and playing with slides and swings The highlight is the sprinkle pool where you can jump with your shoes off and have fun with family and friends. Had a good laugh at the pool. Overall it’s pretty and cute. All people who love pink must make it here. A bit overpriced but it’s a one time experience

Worth it for the new experience. They had 12 rooms, 5 of which offer unlimited ice cream, in scoop or another form. Each room has a designated 1 or 2 ice cream flavors, so you'll be able to taste at least 5 flavors. The other rooms contain interactive areas (bouncy castle, ball pit, swings, slide, etc) and infographics about ice cream. You can't go back to a room you've already been in. Staff are friendly.

Recently visited this place and it’s definitely IG worthy. A good experience for kids as well as the adults. During our visit, we noticed more adults than the kids. There are multiple rooms with different activities and activities can be enjoyed by both kids and adults. There are 5 free flow ice cream stations and each station had couple of flavours. The staff was very polite and friendly.

A fun place to spend time with your loved ones. Beautifully decorated with oversized installations, the place brings out our childhood in a cutesy way. My favourite has to be the Sprinkle Pool, reminding me of the plastic ball pool in the old times. Various ice cream booths are available through the entire journey to satiate your appetite. Worth a visit.

Located at Dempsey Hill, museum of ice cream is a fun and colourful, interactive and aesthetic exhibits shouldn’t be missed. From its very own dragon playground to a room full of giant potong ice cream, the Museum of Ice Cream has unlimited picture opportunities and ice cream treats that are free included in the ticket price to enhance the experience. Photos to take.

Our daughter enjoyed the place a lot. Nothing much for an adult. However if you are interested in the Ice cream history you can learn a lot. We can have cup of detox water at the entrance while waiting in the queue. Once entered you can't go back. Only toilet is at the entrance. So make sure you won't have a need to use a toilet in middle of the journey. There are 5 stations of ice cream. Each has 2 different flavors. You can have unlimited ice cream. Don't regret not eating enough in the passed station since you can't go backwards. For me sadly the 1st station had the best taste and I had only one cup of that.

In all honesty, this place is primarily for photos. I suggest purchasing the GA tickets because there are not many ice cream options to choose from. You will just end up paying extra money for 1-2 more flavors. The ice cream is mediocre in my opinion. Overall a great interactive experience - friendly for all age groups. There are approx. 14 rooms at the museum!

Quite nice, but in my opinion way too expensive. I wouldn't go there just for the ice cream, but with the photo opportunities it's more worth it. There are also a few stations for children to play. With the standard ticket you get unlimited ice cream in 5 rooms and every room has a different type of icecream and flavours. I would definitely eat as much as possible at stations 1 + 2 (and 4) - station 3 wasn't particularly good and the last one had an indefinable taste ("Barbie") and we couldn't eat it.

It is more of an exhibition place rather than a museum. If you are looking for a place for insta post or going for an experience, it will be good. BUT if you are going for the ice cream, I do not think it worth the price. The ice cream is definitely not up to standard. Will not recommend to my friends.

The tickets are definitely overpriced, not justifiable base on the interior and experience. Ice-cream are average. I think it will be suitable to people who likes taking pink dreamy selfies or background. Most staffs are friendly, free flow of ice-cream. There’s a total of 6 different ice-creams that we get to try and “peanut ball”. At one of the station, banana ice-cream cone station one of the staff was really unprofessional. She is a little chubby, wear specs and had a dyed blonde pony tail. She looks hesitant to attend to me when I ask if ice-cream station is still providing ice-creams; since I came as the last batch and she her colleagues didn’t bother to attend to us unlike the rest of the stations. She then start speaking loudly and started to sound sarcastic while her other colleagues are beside sniggering. She wasn’t wearing her gloves, then handed the ice-cream that she just made and handed to me and asked me sarcastically (speaking in a very loud and mocking manner). Her colleagues were then chuckling at the whole situation. D: I was taken aback, but I still took the ice-cream; despite I felt that she should have wear her glove and be more professional in her attitude towards visitors/customers. ): Most of the staffs are alright, excluding this banana cone station…… I was really shock and hopefully they could remind her the hygiene and attitude part.

Overpriced. Basically just a place to take your insta-worthy shots, though you may have to wait for crowds to clear to get that perfect shot. Didn't really learn much about ice-cream during the visit tbh. One redeeming factor is that they serve free flow of ice cream 🤤

It's for instagram celebs and that's about it. Nothing to learn about and most of the exhibits aren't too interactive for kids. Staff does the best they can but it's overcrowded despite COVID measures, time slots and limited tickets. You'll have to queue for 10-15 min to get in. You must have a seat in order to have ice cream. There's enough seats for around 25% of each large group they let in. You basically move from queue to queue. Best bet have one person queue and the other keep kids entertained. If you can come middle of the day early in the week when it's empty it might be good but as is, I'd give it a skip.

Not worth the money to go as you can better spend this money at super park, you can play longer inside there. The ice cream is unlimited free flow but the stations are just next to each other and due to limitation of seats available, you are expected to wait for those who took their own sweet time to eat the ice cream there. Actual time spend less off most of the time wasted while you are queuing to find a place to seat in order to order your ice cream are maybe around 30 mins you can walk finish the whole entire place. Ratings for ice cream, only the first stop they are giving you a little scoop of Haagen Daz ice cream. The rest is those normal ice cream which can easily found in many places. Not worth. It's overly crowded even though you are booking by timeslot, children wanted to play inside the so call rainbow pool but it was too crowded that it took us less than 5 mins going in to take photo and that's the last stop already. I will never go again, ticket price is $38 for groups of more than 4 pax but when you checking in out, you have to top up additional $4 for the ticket admission. So the $38 is for those ice cream? Confirm not worth. Spending for 5 pax $210 you can enjoy it longer at Night Safari or Cow Bei cow moo arcade for kids.

I SCREAMMMM @ MOIC! It’s easy to spot that bright pink building from afar! Went crazy at the interactive and IG-worthy of appx 14 exhibits while indulging in the unlimited serving of ice cream from Pina Colada at the “beach” to old school waffles ice cream. 4 ice cream stops along the way, get to try it in scoop, waffles and Potong style. Plus use all that sugar rush energy at the bouncing castle or sprinkle pool (last station) Check out my Instagram for the full video P.S: there’s only one toilet point at the beginning, so if you’re thinking of changing outfit make sure it’s sth you can chg without heading to the toilet

Overhyped. Really nothing to do there. Nothing about how ice cream is made. Nothing about the history but one wall that talked about a few things. Nothing that google couldn’t help with. Really disappointed. Btw… lax COVID safety measures observed and way too many people inside. If the government bans kids indoor playgrounds I do not understand why they allow this place to have one. And it’s the young ones that are not vaccinated!! We’re still in a pandemic.. there were easily 50 people huddled in a 200 sq ft space. There wasn’t a 1m gap between people and there wasn’t enough staff telling people to space out or etc. They tell people to use the hand sanitizer when there wasn’t anything left in the bottle. Not just in one location but everywhere.

Great fun and very innovative! But… Here are the list of things they can improve on: 1) Having been to many “museums” in the world this is one of the most expensive in the world for what you get…price were the same for kids age 4, 7 and adults which we find a little strange. This make the total cost is super high for an exhibition (not really a museum) 2) ice cream were on the verge of melting in some stops which wasn’t that nice to eat and a lot of the ice cream didn’t taste good 3) In close inspection the facility wasn’t that clean for something that you engage with while eating and putting things in your mouth All in all maybe a good place to go once if you are dating or have young kids. It’s also a good place to take IG photos

I was here with a toddler, so of course I did not have much time to read the history of ice cream, which I think they put there for fun, not really for information. The place is beautiful, all pink, and has a lot of activities for kids (and adults) to enjoy. However, for a so call ice cream museum, they don’t have that many varieties of ice creams, which are also served in a big portion. I’d love to have a smaller portion, more diverse flavors, and more topping (why do you have sprinkle pool and no sprinkles at the museum?

Visited on a weekday in December and there was little to no crowd. It was a nice experience with unlimited ice cream to indulge and many IG worth backdrops. They had 11 different stations and 5 ice cream stations, in each you have activities, kids friendly, adults can enjoy too. Spend about 2hrs there.

Lots of ig worthy shots within the establishment, and the staff were excited to show us around and introduce the various places to us. However, it’s not really worth the $40 price tag as the unlimited ice cream are not very special (potong and biscuit ice cream tastes better from the bicycle ice cream stall uncle). The exhibitions wasn’t very informative except for the initial history on ice cream. Unless you’re making money out of taking the nice photos, it’s not worth the ticket. Also, location is inaccessible by public transport.

Good for photos! Lots of little ice cream treats on the way. Book in advanced online as there is no on-site booking. There is a short queue to enter but the crowd was decently managed inside. Be sure to bring your phones and cameras to take photos! Good for kids and couples alike!

A perfect sweet place to spend with young kids. Will say is more suitable for younger kids probably 2 to 5 years old to enjoy the activities in ice cream museum. Of course, a perfect place to take all your Instagram photos. The ticket include all ice cream that you could taste inside. Limited carparks space but you could park further away and walk down.

Tickets are pricey and displays are on the simpler side, but it is a different experience with free flow of ice creams, unique flavors served. Some of the exhibits, such as the dark rooms and banana tunnel, would also delight selfie-lovers. Recommended if you’re looking for something different in Singapore and don’t mind spending a bit more.

I have to commend the crew for their enthusiasm and friendliness as they did their their spiel throughout the museum experience, from before you even enter the building and through each section of the museum. However I was left a little disappointed by the overall experience, considering that it cost more than $40 a person. Very expensive outing for families with kids. My friends and I got through the exhibits and free ice cream sections within an hour and felt there could have been more to see and do. You get tidbits of facts about ice cream in each section and there are some interactive exhibits along the way. A number of good spots for those who like taking and posting selfies/wefies/photos. I think the young would enjoy this museum more. The kids were certainly excited and loud while on their ice cream (sugar) high. Aside from the first section serving Haagen Dazs ice cream, the other ice cream were not that good quality ice cream though a few of the flavours were quite interesting. Parking can be tough - only a few spaces available nearby unless you dont mind parking further away and walk over to the museum. Best part is the free parking though.

Fun and pinky ice cream museum for Instagram photos. Super crowded over the weekends and you got try a few ice cream samples (strawberry, yam and red bean ones are good). You can also learn some history about ice cream as well. -1 star as I thought you will have ice cream buffet for $40, so sad 🥲

Really fun day out with the missus! Lots of Instagrammable spots, enough to fill your feed for months. Ice cream that was given out was super, esp the apple crumble one and pina colada

Perfect spot for dates or families to bring their kids to have a good time. MOIC staff were also super friendly and interactive, and explain in detail what you can expect there. If you're looking to update your IG with some pictures/stories - this the place you should check out! Super instagram worthy.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Love this place so much and I had so much fun that I didn't want to leave? Great friendly and talented staff with super delicious ice cream. Highly recommended for you to bring your loved ones, kids and family! I'll rate this 10 out of 5 stars if I could!

It's a great place to take a lot of instaworthy photos, but too bad, during this pandemic, you have to wear mask even trying to take the nice photos, kinda spoilt. However, don't expect too much for the ice-cream. Many new flavours, some taste a bit weird to me, and not many, altogether just 5 or 6 flavours in total. Overall, it's a fun experience, the staffs there are in high-spirit, the interior is pinkish and lovely. Downside is....there's only ONE toilet which is at the entrance side, meaning if you already inside halfway, you gotta decide whether you wanna continue the journey or rush back to the entrance through crowds.

  • 3/5 R T. 2 years ago on Google
I think operations and customer flow needs to be much improved, the staff didn't seem to know how to handle the crowd flow. Overall exhibits are nicely decorated and kids probably enjoyed the rainbow sprinkles pool the most. Ice cream was okay. Beware the TikTokers and lots of big adults jumping around like kids. Potentially dangerous if you have young kids but. Keep a look out and fun can be had. Also I wish they were more transparent about their 4 dollar additional charge PER ticket at checkout.

  • 1/5 Alexis O. 2 years ago on Google
Badly managed. High price for very limited offering. Its over capacity with you squeezing with the crowd without any social distancing . Not a museum. Just some place for people to pose for instagram pics. I would save my 42 bucks per person and get ice cream in a macs

There is not enough car parking space. Ice cream not even taste good. On second station ice cream machine is break down and people is piling up to ice cream. Overall the experience not worth the price tag.

Overall a good experience for us. There were many interactive pieces for both adults and children to play with. The different installations were cute and very insta-worthy. We enjoyed the bouncy castle the most! The staff working there had great energy and added to the positive experience. Another thing to point out is that we had to wait quite a significant amount of time for the merch we wanted to buy as they were not able to find in our sizes - understand that it is not anyone's fault but factor this in! Why I gave this 4 stars is because the ice cream flavours and treats were not exceptional/unique. Furthermore, due to the current Covid situation, we were only allowed to have the treats when we have a seat. There were many people in the museum, disrupting the flow of experience when we have to get seats, etc. Some of the items were also out of order, but it doesn't seem like they are going to fix it soon.

Very fun experience with the activites and ice cream! You will have 5 station of ice cream to enjoy. Plenty of area to take photos and please arrive early! There is a queue and they let people in by batches!

Very warm and friendly staff. Went on a weekday but it was rather crowded. Probably because it was the Sep school holidays. Had read that the pink phones would give interesting info when you listen to it but there wasn’t any sound at all. One of the phones was even spoilt, missing a receiver. The jukebox was also not working despite having read media reviews that it’s a working jukebox. Didn’t see any sanitization done anywhere and people kept streaming in. Makes one wonder how clean the place is in these times. But to be fair, there were hand sanitizers placed in many conspicuous places. It’s just whether people choose to use it or not. Have to be careful at the potong ice cream station. I hit my leg on one of the protruding “potong ice cream sticks” display because my eyes weren’t looking low enough. I think the design there can be improved. Overall, I do feel the place is worth a visit. The free flow of ice cream is attractive and the flavors offered are well balanced. There are also interesting info of ice cream as expected of a museum. A bit sad that many people don’t bother to read those info and were just interested in the activities and free ice cream. One visit is enough for me, unless ticket price is reduced or more stations are added. I also feel that crowd control need to improve, probably through a better system? There should also be better maintenance of its displays, seeing how things are already spoilt although it started operating for less than a month.

Good experience, friendly staffs. Love the fact that I could join in jumping castle n spinkles pool.

  • 1/5 Arseny C. 2 years ago on Google
Classic. First interactive installation with balls already doesn’t work. When one approaches staff, staff goes “Uhm so sori la” instead of taking a hammer and fixing it. Patrons with seats only are served ice-cream. Guess what? Correct, chope-ing and hogging seats like true kiasu. Ultimately BS experience and a both waste of money and time.

  • 2/5 Candy D. 2 years ago on Google
There was very few ice cream exhibits. I expected that they would tell us about the history of ice cream / ice scream making performance etc. not worth for the price just for photos

  • 4/5 Allen T. 2 years ago on Google
.. not as insta worthy as i thought it to be... But its fun. The features... Are nice... Ice cream are jus ok .. .. but u know.. who does not like ice creamn.... It was a bit crowded and certain stations they start moving you out .. A bit of logistics.... To get there the walk way are not paved .. outisde the museum... So with kids .. pls take care there are also road works.... Meals wise.. there is a mini cafe... But its really hot under the sun ... The nearest is a Korean bbq restaurant.... The next nearest one is a walk away... Jus maange it when there are kids

A unique experience that’s newly arrived in Singapore. Be prepared for an overload of pink and highly enthusiastic and friendly staff throughout the experience. It’s like a tour through various segments of the museum with different things to play with and ice creams to try. The local flavours are the best!

  • 1/5 keerthiban30 2 years ago on Google
Not exactly a museum and I don’t think its worth the price. Staff was nice and friendly, but there is nothing much to do, expect for taking pretty pictures and this doesn’t justify such a high price for entry tickets.

The experience is definitely more than worth its price. The staff were super friendly and enthusiastic, the installations were really interesting and exciting, and you get five different treats from five different stations so you'll have a very happy tummy by the end of the day. We had a great time, and we'd definitely recommend this.

A truly refreshing experience here in Singapore. Went by myself but never felt alone, the staff had great energy and it was contagious! (They helped take good photos too) Really loved the opportunity to play as an adult (usually security guards chase you away from playgrounds, you’re not allowed on bouncy castles etc.) but here I was able to do all that and more. Thank you MOIC for helping me realize that life is only as fun as you let it be, and it’s so so important to be willing to let go and play!! Everyone should visit if they can :) (oh & the ice cream was goooooood)

Museum that serves unlimited ice cream. Great for kids and ice cream lovers. The staff were enthusiastic and friendly. Overall good experience and service. Price is abit steep but we used the rediscover vouchers to offset some cost.

  • 3/5 Alex W. 2 years ago on Google
Personally felt it is more family-oriented and more for the kids. Kids will enjoy it more. Every stop or area of the museum, there is ice cream provided. Advised people to bring your water bottle as you may get thirsty from the unlimited ice cream. The staff energy level is impressive, very enthusiastic. I find the price a little steep for such a small museum. Hope the location can be a little more accessible. Placing the museum at Demsey is more for those with Car.

  • 3/5 Esther T. 2 years ago on Google
An indoor place to keep children entertained and some novel backdrop for instagram. There’s flow of ice cream available, though I must say that the choice isn’t great. The best stop was the first where they served Haagen Dazs ice-cream but there were only 3 flavours to choose from: caramel biscuit and cream, coffee and one with lime and liquor. The flow of traffic is one way only so you can’t go back to have more ice-cream from the first station if you have moved on to the second station. The other stations served lychee bandong, taro milk tea, strawberry vanilla, cinnamon apple, pandan and pulot hitam. The last stop served a 2 cm x 2 cm piece cheese cake.

Had an amazing time here with my family. The space is so creative and beautiful while it allows audience to interact with each section. There was a free flow ice cream with interesting flavours along the way but we only liked a few of them. Very family friendly.

Great fun for a morning out. Great for photos for the Instagram. They need to give you more Ice cream but overall worth a visit. Quite expensive but a nice break from the heat.

  • 4/5 Marie G. 11 months ago on Google
Everything here is overwhelmingly pink. Unlimited ice-cream but with very little variety, two flavours to sample at each part of the museum. Lots of information boards along the way and activities. The soda’s at the diner were nice. Worth trying.

  • 5/5 Asana K. 1 year ago on Google
Been wanting to go to this museum. To be fair, the entrance fee of this museum is quite high. Maybe it’s because it has a free-flow ice cream from room-to-room. And it’s haagen dasz’s. No wonder. The place is mindblowingly eye catching and attractive, the kind that makes your sensory overload and awaken your inner child. Kids will find it hard to leave the museum. Alas, my friend’s kids said: “ i don’t wanna go home”. And i definitely can relate to that. My advice: come early on workdays and avoid busy hour so you can have the place all to yourselves. Limit yourselves one ice cream per room, because there will be many ice cream(s) offered in another rooms. I took 2 scoop only in the first room and got my stomach full already, and missed the other type of ice cream on the next rooms, too bad.

Visited MOIC at 1pm and it was quite empty. It only got crowded after we left at about 2pm. Staff were friendly and bubbly! Free flow ice cream was great as well. I loved the pink coconut ice cream at the first stop - surfers’ paradise. Location is super out of the way unless you drive or take a cab. There’s free parking nearby. We walked in from the bus stop and walked out - about 1km each way. No sheltered walkways so if you’re intending to walk, bring an umbrella in case of bad weather.

  • 4/5 Vishnu 9 months ago on Google
As everyone mentioned in previous reviews, you can enjoy unlimited ice creams here, but only 1st and 2nd booth ice creams are better while compared with other 3 . Good place to spend time with family and friends, They have play areas and good interior places inside to take pics

  • 5/5 Spirit2 8 months ago on Google
Unlimited ice cream! This was really worth it! Fun place and really great ambiance. Just be mindful since this is somehow far from the city but it easy to locate as long as you follow Google Maps carefully. Easiest way to go here is by cab. Next is Bus, with 7 to 10 mins walk from the Bus Stop Station. Staff were all really nice. They explain every difference of the ice creams. They offer other foods as well such as coffee, but u have to pay for it. Not included in the ticket u will purchase. Really good for the kids and those adults that are a kid at heart.

Had much fun at iscream museum! Finally been there after eyeing it for so long. Shout out to Spark Connection for the discounted tix (and a gentle reminder to all who haven't claimed it, this is q a good option!) Met a group of 7 persons, 3 ladies, 4 guys, and had a good time hanging. It first starts out with getting to know the group, then choosing your iscream name (mine was razz-berry pi)! Then off we went into the 5 different themed rooms. - California beach themed: could do a challenge (guess the flavour and a dance) to play the claw machine and win discounts at their retail store. Iscream flavours were choco, pink guava and almond fudge. - Diner themed: with a retro jukebox, and a large collection of records. Iscream flavours were yoghurt and mango (you could mixed them in a cone w sprinkles) - Popsicle themed: with a retro disco/ mirror dimension room. Flavours included: pandan, pulut hitam and blue pea. - dragon playground themed: a cherry inspired wrecking ball, banana swing, and an actual replica of our iconic playground. Iscream flavours include: cookies and cream, Pineapple coconut and chendol. - sprinkle room themed: a swimming pool filled w sprinkles! Iscream flavour was cheese cake. Had to play some card games to share experiences and feelings also. Overall the decor was on point and the iscream was free flow, nth to complain about. Had fun making new friends also!
