There is literally only one shop in Singapore I go to when I want to buy Jade. Li Hong Jade at Raffles City, headed up by Jackaston is my favourite. First of all, their pieces are all grade A jadeite. Secondly, their workmanship is amazing, and frankly, many are pieces of art. Thirdly, the service by Jackaston and Joey is friendly, warm, and from customers, we have become friends. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Bought my first jadeite A ring from Li-Hong jade Raffles City. I was served by Joey. She was approachable when I asked to view the rings in the boutique. As I wanted to find the perfect ring of a good quality, I told her that I would consider before I made a purchase. She seemed fine that I didn’t make the purchase on the spot. I found the ring (pix attached) very beautiful so I went back to the shop to take a second look and then I purchased it. Joey is very patient by showing me different rings and answered my questions of other jadeite items in the boutique. I would recommend to look for Joey if you wish to check out the jewellery there. There are a mixed reviews of her male colleague. I had the same feeling when I first stepped in to the shop before I was served by Joey. There was a sense of condescending when I looked at the items in the boutique and he gave me that sort of condescending look. Luckily I was not served by him. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and being served by reliable and approachable Joey

I had been on the hunt for an authentic jade bangle for many months. Never owned one before so I did my due diligence by researching online and on social media. There are so many shops and independent sellers out there but I had concerns as to which ones are really trustworthy. Then one fine day, when I was checking out Li-Hong Jade’s Instagram account, I tapped on the link for their online store and spotted two bangles that looked lovely, were in my size 51/52, and priced around the budget I had in mind. So I took screenshots and DM-ed to ask if they could send those pieces to Li-Hong Jade’s physical store at Raffles City (call me old-fashioned but I preferred to try them on before buying). The reply came through swiftly and I visited the store a couple of days later when my husband and I were free. Jackaston was the one who served us that afternoon, and he made sure we had an enjoyable time shopping. I found him to be gentle, patient, knowledgeable and have excellent manners. After trying on the bangles I had reserved, he could tell I was not feeling like they suited me. He then swiftly took the initiative to bring out a few more jade bangles to show us. And that’s when we saw one that drew us in instantly (you can refer to the photos and videos I uploaded). Frankly, it was roughly twice the price of what we had planned to pay for my first ever jade bangle but because this particular one was striking and unique, my husband said it’s worth getting. Moreover, we felt really comfortable and confident that we would be spending money on a genuinely good value item since Li-Hong Jade is a Singapore company that has been around for decades. Jackaston examined the piece in front of us with a torchlight and said that after purchase, the bangle would be sent to an independent third-party lab for certification. So collection can only happen about a week later. It proved quicker than that though, and I received a message from him after four days that we could swing by the shop. Hooray! After showing us the bangle again to confirm it is the one we had paid for, and securing it in a green velvet box tied with a ribbon, he took us through the information in the certificate. We left as very happy and satisfied customers.

We were visiting Singapore from the States & looking to buy a Jade present for my brother. Ann was so knowledgeable about the Jade & I knew right away the quality was amazing. Got a unique piece via the website order here to the UK within 3 days. This is my 2nd purchase here, both orders I was kept informed of delivery and kind messages throughout. I'd definitely consider looking into rings next. There's only a couple thin flat shape ones on the website, too big for me, so I'll have to go in store when I next visit Singapore.

My first time coming across this Jade shop in Raffles City. Firstly, I am amazed by their collection and most importantly, I am amazed by the great service from Joey! Being an amateur Jadeite bangle buyer, I thought my size was around 55 but to my surprise, I am a 52. I didn’t know until Joey surprised me with a bangle that I really liked…she did not disclose the size to me & helped me put it on. After that, she told me it’s size 52 and my jaws dropped! I fell in love with it and of course being an amateur, I had to think very hard if I should spend that kind of $.
