Experience there was ok as people were friendly. But I think doctors there weren’t experienced enough to read the results. The medical reports flagged out many problems that suggested many further checkups. I did one by one at different hospitals, costed a lot, and at the end none of them was real problem. I do health screening every year elsewhere that told me right away those were not real problems to worry about as doctors elsewhere were more experienced.

Came here for health screening today. For a first time goer like me, their service is excellent and friendly. They have the patience to guide you throughout the session. Fast and efficient, less waiting. The doctor is very caring and professional, explained my condition clearly and gave good advice on treatment. I am really impressed.

Highly recommend this for a luxurious health screening experience! Came on a Monday morning 9am, was served very promptly and personal seating booth was so comfortable that I wish I could spend more time there 😂 Service staff were super friendly and food and coffee were also great 👍🏼 Doctor was very thorough in her explanations and nurses were very quick to complete the respective check-ups. The only part I felt a bit could be improved was the nurse and doctor handling the ECG and chest ultrasound could be a little friendlier. I didn’t feel very relaxed despite this examination being a little sensitive.

Made an appointment for the elite package on a weekday at 8am and was the first in line. Am done by 915. Everything was buttery smooth and the nurse that took the blood sample was a pro. Breakfast is included. Everyone gets an individual sofa and overall ambience feels like a lounge. Doctor’s consultation was thorough. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The team here is extremely friendly and professional. Service is phenomenal! Really enjoyed my experience, making what usually seems like a daunting medical checkup to be like a visit to a spa. Facilities are also very luxurious and well maintained. Would like to thank Zara, Su Xuan, Emily, Shak and Choon Lan for this excellent experience.

Experience has deteriorated over the past 2 years. The receptionist who did the check in for my health screening recently was very condescending with very poor customer service. This made a poor start to the day. It used to be a surprisingly enjoyable experience for a health screening process, from start to end, which made me return and recommending them to my friends and family. Also, I used to find it worthwhile eventhough they are on the higher price range. However, I am now wary to recommend them to others as the service is no longer up to par. The facilities remains comfortable, and the waiting room / medical team are professional and friendly hence an extra star.

Will not come back to HEALTHWAY. Pros - comfortable facility - courteous reception and check up process - smooth and efficient check ups Cons (the deal breakers) - follow up consultation doctor provides no real input. She just read from the reports (like I can’t read the words myself) and when I asked questions. She just said she will provide referral letters to see specialists. I mean she is also a doctor, but 0 input at all. Then what’s the point of follow up consultation? - I called the service line requesting for a print out of report and scan images. I don’t have a colored printer at home. Also I need the images for show to the follow up specialists. She flatly told me the center doesn’t provide any report or any print out. For images, I need to bring my own thumb drive, go down to their center to make a copy. I mean I spent $1300 for an executive screening, and you can’t even print a colored print and mail it to me???? Completely ridiculous. - no follow up after making online reservation. Nor one called to confirm the booking. I was wondering if reservation was successful. A computer generated email was replied right after booking. But no one, no message was sent out before the apportionment date. This’s also bizarre.

Very pleasant experience overall. Rescheduled many times but customer service relentlessly accommodates with the changes. During the screening, staff team is very clear and organise guests from one test to another. There are much privacy for each guest, thanks to the comfortable lounge chair. Breakfast refreshment are super decent.

the result is really long to arrive, 10 working days for the report. I think the blood related result can come out earlier. One week after the medical checkup, i called to follow up if it's anything concerning or the report is available. The receptionist does not even ask my name and does not do the initial check on the system, straight away tell no report available and hung up. Hope this can be improved and look upon.

Really good service and efficient arrangement of all tests. Staff are very welcoming and environment is good as well. Doctor Tan and all nurses will make you feel calm and make the processes less daunting and even enjoyable. This is especially important for people like me who feel scared and stressed when entering clinic / hospitals. Would like to especially thank Staff Chun Jun for being caring and helpful. Overall good experience and will come back for future checkups. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended! Came here for the Sapphire package and was assigned a suite. Was late but didn’t have to wait too long. The entire process was fast and efficient and all the doctors and staff are very helpful and friendly. Overall a great experience :)

Very good experience of health screening with Healthway@Downtown. I made appointment at 8.30am and completed the entire process at around 10.30am. Each person have own private seat and breakfast after screening done. I chosen for IHP wellness package D under company. There are several stations for checking. 1) Examination of eye, ear, nose, breathing, breast lump by female doctor 2) Abdormen ultrasound 3) Xray 4) Measurement of height, weight, vision 5) ECG and blood pressure. The blood draw is done by a female nurse with no pain at all although the needle looks thick hahaha. All the staffs are nice and welcoming. I will definitely go back for next screening if required.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. This time round the service and procedures are arranged systematically and very fast. Great kudos to Customer service Jessylin and Jacob for rendering their excellent services to me. Even the staff who took my blood was skilful no pain and very friendly. Overall encounter this time round was great!! Keep it up guys!

Got an Imperial package here and I really love how comfortable the seats are, all the staff are very helpful and cheerful. Smooth, organised process. Took me less than 2 hours to finish. Ms Anita who took my blood is really a pro! Would definitely come back here for my annual health screening.

It’s a very good and pleasant experience to go for medical checkup at Healthway Medical OUE building. This is our 3rd year here. The front desk ladies recognize us and thumbs up to the staff Christine who attended to us and make sure all our needs were met! Will come back again next year!

Being served by friendly staff Ms Jeslin & Ms Christine. Both of them explain detailed of my screening package and which are test suitable for us. We are directed to cosy comfy seating area while waiting to being called. All procedure are done fuss free. We feel so welcome by them. And not forgetting the Chinese tea lady served us the hot beverage and sandwiches. She is friendly and had a good chat with her. Will recommend this health screening to my friends and family.

Staff n nurses are warm, well mannered and professional. Health checks were prompt. Equipments are up-to-date. Environment is clean, well ventilated and extremely cosy - love the private cubicle - super spacious seat and neat locker by the side.Fabulous breakfast of pastries and cakes - but would suggest that healthy sandwiches and salad be served instead to reinforce the 'stay healthy' concept.

Service that exceeded all my expectations. I felt I was in a first class business class lounge throughout my whole visit, with helpful staff assisting me all along the way. Overall a comfortable experience. There is a few staff which helped to coordinate which stations to go for efficiency. Only waited a bit longer for a ultrasound scan, but the comfort with your own seat makes the waiting bearable.

1st class experience. My 2hrs 20mins there didn't feel long as the whole process was done in a comfortable environment. Staff were professional and caring. Medical equipment looked advanced. The best clinic I have ever been to for health checkup.

Best place I've had any health check so far. Professional and attentive staff with minimal waiting time. Clean environment and not frigid cold especially in rooms where you have to take off your clothes. Highly recommended.

The staff are all very polite and responsive, although whole screening process took about 3 hours, it was quite pleasant and didn't felt confusing. There were enough VIP seats & space for patient to rest and wait, so nothing much to complain about. Been here 2 years, the pantry Aunties was always super friendly and attentive. 👍

Quite a good experience doing our health screening with Healthway. Felt that service was good and nurses/doctors were friendly and thorough. Auntie serving the food was also very attentive and goes the extra mile to help patients. Only gripe was that there was a hiccup with my husband’s ultrasound, so he didn’t get to eat until almost 2 hours after our appointment time and we were fasting all morning. The rest of the process was smooth and better than other health screeners we have been to, so we’ll likely be back!

I never quite give full 5 stars rating but yeah, after many horrible experiences in other health check centres. Healthway - if they keep it Up this standard, I will be here every year for my health check. From counter service person down right to the aunty who serves you coffee/ tea and breakfast - all super nice and professional and the kind of comfort they give you - 100% don’t feel like you are there as a patient of a # number # but a real person. Even the one taking blood- she’s trying to entertain herself keeping a hyper attitude even though her job is routine drawing blood. I even enjoyed my conversations with the doctor who again, not obliged to care more than what you have to say but she tried her best to be concerned. All the machine and gadgets are super high tech. All in all, I felt like I am in a Vip airport lounge, they are only 2 years old at the downtown location. So I hope it will be around for a while and don’t get crowded

Went for a health screening here - place was clean, staff were attentive and friendly. Staff ensured that you were fed your breakfast after the tests promptly. Only gripe is that all the tests took slightly longer than the estimated 3 hours.

Came in the morning. Appt was at 10.40am. I took the classic package while my girlfriend took the deluxe. We were given a room. Seats were all clean regardless of a room. Every single staff member was friendly and very helpful, from the cleaning lady to the doctors and nurses. There was a meal provided too which consisted of muesli, a tart and 3 sandwiches which was good! And besides water, we got to choose a cup of coffee/tea/hot chocolate etc too. We felt very cared for throughout the whole process and we wish to thank everyone there for this wonderful experience:)

Absolutely the best executive health screening I’ve done in Singapore. Excellent facilities, courteous and professional staff, and comprehensive packages. The private waiting rooms were an added plus. EP/foreigner friendly as well. Will definitely be returning here for my next screening.

Overall excellent experience. Swift process and great service, arrived around 8:15am and done by 10am for the checks under deluxe package - blood test, eye checks, X-Ray, ultrasound, and doctor consultation. Very friendly and dedicated staff who are always on top of your next checks so there is nearly no waiting time. Great refreshments served to your seat promptly after checks require fasting so you’d never need to ask when can I eat.

Haven't review my results yet but the experience for the health screening was fantastic. The service is great, staff there really have the customers/patients in mind. There's staff walking around with their iPads to make sure things run smoothly and each customer/patient is well taken care of. The auntie who serves food and drinks is super friendly and caring - her attitude is just fantastic, makes one feel at home! While for me the waiting time was long and I was fasting, thankfully the place was comfortable enough for me to take a nap and rest. Overall a really good experience. Price is reasonable and they allow you to change screening item during the visit if another one is recommended by the doctor. Good location, 2-min walk from the MRT station. Nice refreshment. First time having my screening done @ Healthway Screening @ Downtown today, 17 July 1023. Staff and doctor were very friendly and attentive. Dr Hii was very detail and thoroguh in her examination and explain clearly and showed concern for her patient. Mr Jacob who followed up with me throughout was very patient and professional in explaining the process to me and also answered my queries accordingly. Overall I would like commend all the staff for their professionalism in delivering their services and I would definitely recommend Healthway Screening to my friends and relatives for their health screenings.
