I've been to different clinics, but glad I had chosen to visit this clinic for my female health and check consultation in here! Met this wonderful doctor - Dr. Eugene. She is professional and patient doctor. She listened to me carefully, asked questions and gave professional advice to me. Unlike the other clinic’s doctors i went before who made me feel like I had to leave as soon as possible. Counter representative ( tall one) is polite, friendly and thoughtful! The standard of this clinic is definitely more than 5 stars ⭐️ Overall, I am happy whatever I experienced today 👍

Visited the clinic for the first time today. Very satisfied with the visit. The clinic looks nice, comfy and clean. The consultation with Dr Eugena is very comfortable, and assuring. She explains every possible cause for the symptoms I'm having in details, and also offering clear reasoning for the test to be conducted. Prior to making payment, the staff at the reception counter went on to show me the soft-copy of the receipt and explain to me the different medications prescribed. Everything was listed clearly on the receipt. Overall, I'm glad I had chosen to visit this clinic for my first consultation in female health.

Found this place via Google and it was a grand experience. The clinic will reach out to you over WhatsApp to confirm your appointment and are very responsive to questions even after the consultation. Dr. Eugena Tay was the ideal doctor! As a woman, it's very difficult to find a physician you can feel comfortable with for more sensitive topics and issues but Dr. Tay was very gentle, professional, and explained everything thoroughly. I loved that she also listened completely when I had something to say. She and the staff were also so kind to help me fill out some insurance forms needed for reimbursement. Overall, 20/10 would recommend to anyone. Clinic is also brightly lit, clean, and classy looking!

Have been to a couple of clinics and even hospitals where medical staffs were unprofessional and they seem to be there for the sake of it. All around excellent experience! Dr. Eugena Tay was patient and comprehensive during the consultation and lays down the pros and cons of each option so you can make an informed choice. The nurse/front desk was also extremely nice and friendly. Price of the consultation was very reasonable considering the amount of detail she goes into. It's nice to have a doctor who doesnt dismiss problems which are difficult to diagnose/ seem small but clearly affects the patient's quality of life (e.g. severe menstrual cramps). Highly recommended but do expect a bit of waiting time if you go without an appointment on Saturday (although they try their best to accomodate).

Came here as I was having rashes and I was very satisfied with the entire experience. Dr. Tay was extremely patient and answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed at all - which seems to be the norm whenever I visit a doctor. Ambience of the clinic is calming and nice. They also gave me a pretty hand sanitiser before i left :)

5 stars for the services! Dr Tay has changed my perspective of a GP visit. She patiently explained to me and answered any queries. Although my consultation was long, I never feel rush at all, unlike the norm. Staff were polite and welcoming. Thanks and I hope the clinic will keep up the good service!

The location is super convenient and the clinic is nice, clean with a calm ambience. The receptionist is super nice and friendly, and Dr Tay is so easy to talk to/discuss. I decided to get my HPV vaccine here and it was a very pleasant experience!

Was looking for a place to do my health checkup and a friend recommended this clinic near her work place. Took up their health screening package. The whole experience redefined my perspective of how health screening were done. They were patient and and took the time to explain the results to me. The ambiance was clean and comfortable which really helps a lot. I fully appreciate the Dr for the time taken to explain the results to me and advise on some change to lifestyle...eg eating the proper food etc.

Throughout the visits I've had with Doctor Tay, she has been fast, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I am so happy I found her clinic and sought out her professional services. I would highly recommend her and the clinic to anyone.

Did a blood test recently at the clinic to cover a comprehensive set of items. However, the test result on one of the items is different from the test result I received in my annual health check which was done two weeks ago. The clinic now 1) wants me to get Vaccination 2)without explaining to me why there’s discrepancy in the test result. 3) They also want to charge me for the follow up session if I want to get an explanation from them. This makes me feel the clinic is more motivated to make money than to consider the wellbeing of its customers. I also don’t know how reliable their test result is given the discrepancy. Update: The doctor later called and explained in detail the discrepancy in the test result could be due to different labs and test boundaries used. Vaccination not required. They didn’t charge further but said they usually charge for follow up sessions as they spend time providing explanations to patients during their tight schedule. Revising the rating from 1 to 4 stars based on the latest update.

I've been going to Health Advisory Clinic for over a year and would highly recommend this place. Service is always impeccable and Doctor Eugena Tay is very knowledgable and patient in her explanation. Definitely the go-to place for women's health and advisory :)
