Nice place to hang out with wide variety of activities such as Prawning, Fishing, Trampoline and go carting. Wide range restaurants like BKK and Boat Noodle which usually start to see queue from 6pm onwards, plan your visit early to this nice outdoor (covered) eateries! On the Prawning side, it opens 24 hour and google traffic will helps to avoid the Queue as it can last quite long.

This place has evolved and changed so much. It is so much vibrant and lively now. Looking forward for more such chill place in Singapore. Want to know which restaurant is more sought-after? It will never go wrong to join the longest queue ones 🤭🤭

Good variety of games, food and enrichment centres a walk away from Haw Par Villa MRT!

First time visiting this place and really a nice place to hang out. Very 'scenic' and 'nature', and yet still close to public transport even if you don't drive. Food and drinks selection are good, taste are good too, but not wow, but certainly reasonable and acceptable here. Service was also good to very good. Will recommend and will be back again!

Very nice place to chill even though it can be quite a walk away from the MRT! Wide variety of cuisines offered here but do come earlier before the peak hour/mealtimes as the waiting time might get a bit long. Will come back again to try other food next time (:

Use to be a lively place with family activities and plentiful of eateries option. Sad to see this place closing soon. Fond memory of the time my family spend here.

Pretty limited flavors for boat noodles but tomyum flavor was right on point, both spiciness and sourness was well balanced. Herbal was another flavor, pretty acquired taste. Roast pork was overpriced at $10.80, most importantly taste was so-so. Ambience was great for a good chilling session.

Loved the place's vibes and food. Great for exploration and quite some activities to do too! Just expect to wait quite sometime for the food during weekend nights as the crowd gets quite big. Pity that the park is closing down soon, there is definitely a lot to be missed.

Ample parking space in the day time. Parking fee is charged by the time duration. There's no per entry fee or fee cap which might be useful if you need to park your car for a longer time.

I just visited this Area 2x already 😊 The place is very nice especially in the evening. Don't come here in the morning cause they were open around 5pm to 2am. I ordered my food @ "Kamikaze Asian Tapas Bar/ #kamikazeasian. The Volume of people not that to high since I left that place around 🕖. This place is very nice for the family, meetings, I must include dating 🥰😍 One of my favorite place to visit ❤

Don't get distracted by the bad prawning experience reviews. There's more to just prawning here. There's bigger fish to catch - thai food, gelato and al fresco drinking spots. Thai food here is amazing. Huge servings and authentically thai. Order the Moo Ping, Deep Fried Kang Kong, Crab Omelette. They also do a really good Mookata. Our regular dining spot when we don't know where to go for dinner.

Very lovely place for night activity or dinning. There are quiet a lot of nice restaurants there can try out. Good for chilling with beer friend, tower of beer at reasonable price too. There is also prawning available at $12/hr or can buy card in 3/5/10 hours at bundle price.

Sad that this place is going to disappear. It is definitely very worth your buck. Previously it suffered from too many orders and ridiculous waiting times. But with the croud gone, it was a very satisfying and exciting experience. I had a lot of fun eating the small little bowls and taste testing various different combinations. Some of the combinations definitely had some flaws like the meat being overcooked or the soup had been sucked dry from the noodles. But mostly a satisfying experience.

Was very impressed with the Tze char here! Amazingly good food! Beer was reasonably priced too! We didn’t get to prawn or fish because there was an event that day. Will be back here again! Great chill vibes, though quite different from the previous location. Will definitely be back to chill and eat again, and hopefully prawn too!

Great place for food and friends or family gathering, you can fishing, prawning, paint gun, catching longkang fish for young children. And there are many varieties of food from Thai, Japan, western, local delight, etc.

I had a great time last night with my parents prawning at this new prawning place. I liked it that it was clean and breezy. Furthermore there were no mosquitos that sometimes occur at places like these. The prawns I caught were from 2 rods and over a 1.5 hour period. Prawns are the usual sized ones that you get from the supermarket. Although being that sized, they fight hard. Haha I suppose over time, the prawns that do not get caught will eventually become bigger? Big prawns may not be the best texture wise anyway. The secret to catching prawns here is the bait + luck + skill. I would recommend this place to friends and family. The guy at the counter was also helpful in explaining how to use the special bait. :)

Hard to catch any prawns and feel like there's not much prawns.. I'm the end only caught 4 prawns in 3 hrs for 2 pax.. $68 student price in total. They added 12 prawns for but but its still v expensive for $4+ each prawn.. for them to cook it also very pricey

Went for boat noodle. Long queue but worth the wait. Food is delicious and service is fast. Fish cake is great!

A place to eat and chill with loved ones. The atmosphere is good but too bad closing at the end of June 2023.

Satay and a lot of pick me ups by the lakeside. Only issue is if it rains, need to rush to the covered areas. And it does rain a lot here in Singapore. The ambience is nice and the fairy lights does make the place dreamy!! Worth a visit!! Prawning and fishing are quite popular here as well.

Great place for food and friends or family gathering, you can fishing, prawning, this place has grown and changed a lot. It's so vibrant now. Looking forward to more cool and fun places like this in Singapore. There are also many great restaurants here, from all over the world.

Tucked in a corner away from the urban lifestyle of Singapore. There were a few activities to do then, like prawning, fishing, gardening to name a few. Its basically a laid-back place for familiies n friends, or individuals to chill out. Alas, the place is closing in prob a month due to the govt urban planning. Orto has a nice vibe every evening and it will be missed.

There’s several activities to do here. Like art and craft lessons, dog training compound, fishing, prawning and even trampoline. Lots of eateries and bistros as well. I prefer to come here in the evening where everything comes to life!

Had a wonderful time spent at Orto @ Khatib. Truly relaxing dining next to nature. Had some simple prawn pasta with skewers in Kamikaze. Finished with a refreshing milk tea.

Overpriced food and drinks. Structures run down and only few people on a weekend. Big open area extreme heat on sunny day and a definite drench if rainy. Not too many turtles at the turtle farm and collects an entrance fee. Not recommended as a family outing destination.

$14 per child for unlimited longkang fishing (can even go have lunch and come back as long as the tag is uncut) but all the fishes died on the second day haha. fun for the kids though!

Our family with kids went for prawning on last Monday morning, no much ppl, staff is very friendly and helpful, we spent 1+1hr quality fun time there, and brought back many live prawns for lunch ,we cook it as Chinese style "麻辣小龙虾” ,it is super delicious. Great place for family leisure. Strongly Recommend

Came here for dinner. Such a beautiful and chill place! Central area opens till late night (I think around 2 or 3am). Food quality is typical, but not too expensive, however, there are many stalls for selection here and with good variety. Do not order the bubble tea, it's bad

Crowded after 6pm. No reservation for most eateries. Tables for 2 pax very small @ BKK serving boat noodles. Kamikaze serves great BBQ skewered food and beer towers. Relaxing pond view at anglers landing occasional catches.

Slightly whimsy and offbeat place to explore in Singapore with loads of activities and food places. Went prawning here with low expectations after reading all the reviews on the customer service and low catch rate. Wasn't that bad, but yes - still a (slightly) expensive activity if you don't catch any prawns. They do top up the prawns regularly btw. My first time prawning here, will try other places before I can really give a proper comparison. Would return again if I'm in the vicinity.

Really salute to their staff working late hours cleaning their ponds making sure the pond is clean by taking out the dead prawns from the ponds. Hygiene is a pretty solid 5/5star, as I was there today from 10.30pm to 12.30am. Prawn was pretty big and fresh. Spend 2 hours to catch and the weight was worth more than 1.5 kg and their food there is really nice and amazing. Furthermore, the staff were friendly and helpful there. Would definitely recommend! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
