This outlet carries large sizes for some of the apparel. A rare thing to find. Hope they can carry more large sizes for most if not all their apparels that are available on display.

What a bad experience on the staff called Boon with glasses on that gave a bad service. It happened on 23 feb, around 8.30pm to 8.45pm. I enquired a pair of shoes to transfer to the store instead of further explanation he rudeness pass me the phone n told to tell the person my name n Hp no for collection. He didn’t even bother to explain to me where is the location. What a ridiculous move! And he didn’t even explain to me why shoes cannot be transferred to the store where I told him to it’s more convenient to get here. He just keep assuming I can travel down to other stores without my consents. I kept repeating myself it’s not convenient to get it from Vivo or MBS!!!! I want it Suntec! But he still called Vivo that I will come down. When did I say I ok to collect at Vivo ? I don’t even know the shoes cannot be transferred. I need a explanation. Not just throw me to somewhere else where I don’t even know what’s going. Please improve your service process. That’s not very good to confuse a customer with poor execution on your own way. Where is the proper service for customer to understand the whole situation? Why are you keep assuming without asking? Poor service! Lack of communication! Worst experience in adidas! What’s wrong?

very disappointed with Adidas Singapore. Purchase the Lego jumpsuit in green from online and there is no size guide online and we purchase the size that my son normally wear in others. In the end we received an oversize jumpsuit. Call in to check how to return and was told to go to a store to return and i ask them to check is there any outlet that i can go to see the cutting and i was so shiock that no outlet have it and i was told that i'll need to go to store to return the item and order again online. If wrong i need to repeat the whole process again and again and again till i get the right size that i want. And when i go to the store i cant even exchange the item when is the same company. Super disappointed in this purchase with adidas singapore. If there is a zero star i guess i'll give it zero.

My family did the Safe Entry check in and was waiting for the guy to acknowledge us to enter the shop, but he suddenly walked out and switch the sign board to "max capacity reached". He did not even explain to us or told us to wait for our turn. That is not how you treat customers. It was at 2.15pm 10 August 2020 at the suntec city outlet. Overall, the guy is very rude, he treated us like we were invisible.

Online says close at 9pm. I reach there at 7:50, glass doors all closed.trued to signal to 3 staff inside and showed her the email for collection of my orders. Passed me my orders - no chance to try the fitting and I left.

Quite a large store offering a lot of products, but there seemed to be a lack of staff and it was very crowded. Staff weren’t very helpful but it’s understandable due to the large number of people.

Went here last week and I didn't find nice deals but the place is quite good tbh

the service was really slow. the queue at the cashier was extremely slow, there was only 2 cashiers. the staff did not show any sign of hurry, simply went on slowly.
