My first time here and am disappointed. My appointment at 10am on 6May but refused to let me in when I reached at 9.12am. Asked if I can take a sit in the clinic while waiting, answer given was "No". Wonder why as there were not many customers in the clinic as shown in those photos I had taken. No choice but to stand outside the clinic till 9.30am. If you do not allow customer to reach earlier than the require time, please indicate in your message clause for customer awareness, instead of writing "Please take note If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will need to reschedule the appointment." Most of the staff are "rushing" for time and no smile from them, except Auntie Lucy. Sad.

Very good service and care at Fullerton Health screening. Auntie May takes care of the patients very well and is very alert in looking out. Nurse Nana who drew blood samples is also pretty good, distracts patients so that they don't feel startled. Good attention from Dr Toh too! Thanks to the team.

Best health screening center hands down! Tried the packages at many other places (raffles medical, parkway shenton etc) before finally finding this gem. Entire screening was very fast and efficient, taking only 1-1.5h (compared to the other places I tried which took 4-5h). They prioritized the tests that needed fasting so you can quickly go eat and drink in your private pod asap. Food & drinks were all served to you. Very kind lady doctor who guided me on what tests to do. All the other staff were very sweet as well - Lavina reassured me when I was afraid during the blood drawing (being super needles phobic) and chatted with me throughout while I lay down on the bed. Lucy was also very sweet and kept me well fed in my private pod. For someone who hates going to the doctors/check ups I loved the entire experience here. Thank you so much to the team!

Auntie Lucy - resting pods are clean and warm feeling. Sandwich and milo also given promptly. Azizah - skilful blood drawer 👍👍 Dr Toh - prompt and on the spot. Efficient and good. Knows I’m running on tight schedule so everything is smooth. Quite fast - short waiting time. I arrived 20mins earlier. Waited 10mins at reception before brought to my waiting pod. POD feels like first class on SQ. 👍👍

A few years I have been here, but it was too crowded, so we were seated in a bigger room with many others. But this time, I finally see the pod room. The place is clean and their waiting pods feel luxurious. They also provide some sandwiches and drink after you have taken your blood test so that you won't have to wait longer after your fasting to get some food. All the staff there are friendly and helpful. The nurse taking my blood samples was very kind and friendly to chat with too.

Very comfortable and relatively fast. Aunty Lucy was very helpful in comforting everyone with all the needy items like water, food etc.

I am with my client for her Medical Examination. Both Chloe and Charlene were very helpful. The whole process is smooth and we ended within the time frame, in fact 30mins earlier as per planned times. I will definitely recommend for others to come for their excellent services.

Had a pleasurable experience at Fullerton Health. Was served by really friendly nurses and doctors. Nurse Nana was very experience with the drawing of blood, no bruises after blood was taken. On the other hand, Auntie May was very prompt in serving the light refreshments, kudos to her too.

Recommendation from Dr Michelle Lee on other type of health screening since I have done few last year. Nurse Nana patiently finding my veins for my blood taking. Martin delivered a good customer service and professional. The whole staff were great. Good jobs! and excellence service. The place is awesome and felt at ease Thank you.

Very pleasant and fast experience with the health screening. I took the afternoon slot so there were a lot less people. Aunty May and Lavina was especially kind and thoughtful. They came to check on me a number of times and helped alleviate any concerns or questions I had. My only complaint is that the person taking x ray didn’t listen to me and just went ahead with the x ray. I had shared some concerns but she didn’t try to check and just said - doctor not in. Overall, a good experience with hopefully good results!

Aunty Lucy and other staffs are very friendly, enjoying the service and tasty breakfast snacks provided during my medical checkup. The waiting area are decorated much alike to flight business class with relaxing music. Very nice experience here!

Nurse Nana and auntie Lucy were very nice n attentive while my time at the clinic. They even surprised me with a birthday gift as it was my birthday today.Thank you very much.

Did the EHS with the team. Everything ran quite smoothly with a bit of waiting in between. All staff were competent and professional. Auntie May is very attentive and gets food in front of you soon as you’re able to eat. Nana was also very efficient with the blood drawing! Had my physical check with Dr Michelle Lee who was great. 2 weeks on: I’ve now received my report and just rang to make an appointment with a doctor to review it. The waiting time is 2.5 weeks!

Lucy and Nana were really helpful and guided me throughout the health screening. Super efficient and good at what they do. Refreshments were provided after the tests were done and amazed that each patient has their own pods while waiting, with sockets to charge. great experience, will def come back again! Highly recommend :)

Dr Navreet, Nurse Nana, Hidaya, Nurse Fangting, Nurse Yamuna were all very courteous, professional and wonderful. The place is very clean and bright, and there is a clear procedure that the team is following. On the plus side, the food is delicious though they have changed from Delifrance to Kraftwich. Overall, it is a great place to do my health screening.

Amazing service from reception to when you’re doing the different check ups. First time doing this and I’m very impressed. It takes about 2 hours to complete everything. Make sure you follow the instructions otherwise you might have to come back on another day to complete whatever you’ve missed. Highly recommended!

Awesome service here as always. The pod feels like taking business class flight. Auntie Lucy took really good care, providing extra water when needed, and serve us snacks and warm milo, also always checking in if we are ok and direct as where necessary, very helpful. Nurse Nana is proficient in taking blood and was gentle and nice which helps in the process as my veins are super hard to locate.

Lucy has been very hospitable with the entire service - very sweet & kind. Lavina helped to do my blood test. I have a huge fear of needles and she did the test without making me feel a thing. One of the best medical checkups I've had. All staff are so sweet.

I just did full body medical check up today and nurses and Nurse Nana is very friendly and excellent for her service, they very take care of their patient and very detailed when they explain before the medical check up. Experience was great here! Everything went smoothly and efficiently. Food was served after blood draw. My blood was drawn by NaNa, and she helped me to find my vain cause they were so thin. Thankfully, she managed to draw the blood out and she was attentive. No pain :) Auntie Lucy was very nice, and let me know where I should navigate my way around the clinic. Great service 👍🏻

Smooth process and nice pantry lady, Aunty Lucy. She track patients stage of checks and make sure we get our breakfast once recd green light from nurse. And nurse Nana Loh make my blood test experience very pleasant and fast, she even explained to me which hand/angle/needle type to use so that in the future, I can inform nurse. For once, I don’t need to endure multiple needles poking (vein hard to locate) nor needle tweaking inside. Excellent and highly recommend!!!!

Aishah & Fareezah made me feel welcome with their service. They served me with smiles and professionalism. The place is conducive with a beautiful view. I was surprised to be served with breakfast.

Health checkup was smooth and the nurses took very good care of, particularly nurse Nana, who did an amazing job drawing blood from my disappearing veins. Auntie Lucy also made sure that the refreshments were brought to me promptly after the blood test so that I do not feel giddy.

Have a pleasant time here. Very minimal waiting time between tests and they are very efficient. Light refreshments like pastries and milo is provided after blood test. CoY environment and helpful staff. Lucy is very attentive and even offered to arrange a small room for my daughter to wait for me. Thumbs up.

Aunty Lucy took good care of me during my checkup. She made sure my drinks were hot and she helped to find nurses for questions on tests. Nurses, Technicians, Doctor were professional and very prompt to complete the tests and consultations. Overall good experience.

Auntie may is very detailed and very warm and she observed my whereabout and make sure i am attended. Every year i have issues with drawing blood and had very bad experiences. However, Lavina is very very skillful and gentle with her blood draw and one try thats is only required. I am very happy with my experiences here.

Well we do our yearly check up here and we believe Fullerton gave the best services and offer. We love it all here from the medical part till the service part. All the nurse, helper and doctors are really helpful and professional. Auntie Lucy especially went extra miles to cater our needs as well as helping to coordinate with the other screening section. Had a really good experience doing health screening here. My blood is always hard to draw but Lavina managed it within 1 attempt. Blood nurse Lavina did an amazing job with my blood work. Knowing I don’t do well with needles, she ensured to make it a rather painless and easy experience. She seems very committed to her job and prioritises patients’ comfort! Aunty Lucy was very friendly when serving breakfast and tending to my needs. Overall a wonderful experience :)

Had a great experience during the health screen today in Fullerton Taka. Lavina and Auntie May were extremely helpful. Glad to have them attending to me today. Auntie May was friendly and attentive. Whilst Lavina was impressive with her skills and precise during the taking of blood. It was painless, swift and done within seconds! Really made the experience to this health screening wonderful and pleasant session. Keep up the great work!

In general, Auntie Lucy hardworking and able to do the tasks assigned to her. There are some areas of improvement for her: 1. Lower down her volume. So don’t disturb the patients while resting at the cubicle. 2. Provide basic medical knowledge so she can help the patient better rather than saying she “don’t know” especially she needs to serve the patients. We rely on her to guide us since she is the person which we seen from the time we entered till we leave the centre This will definitely leave a better experience for the patient.

Im scared of any needles but Lavina calm me down and assist me with the blood test. Aunty May make sures that i get enough water and well rested when im waiting for other test. Excellent service!

Charlene Wong is extremely helpful in facilitating my visit to Fullerton Health for my medical checkup. She went into great details in explaining what I need to know for all the tests to be done at the centre and what needs to be acknowledged and signed. The refreshment treat are also splendid and warm welcoming. Overall a great experience and marvelous trip for a medical checkup!

A very pleasant experience at Fullerton Health Screening. I was first guided to a suite where Charlene oriented me. She was also very accomodative and patient throughout. Though they initially struggled to draw blood for the blood test, Nana (the second nurse who attempted to do so) was very experienced in her work and managed to do so for the first time, which was surprising. Lastly, Aunty Lucy who served me refreshments was friendly and attended to my needs. Thank you for the good time!

Dr Michelle Lee is friendly and provide advice after understanding the situation. Nurse Nana is a pro when drawing blood, not pain. Aunty May is friendly and cheerful.

Overall, a good and comfortable experience. Auntie Lucy was the cute auntie who served me breakfast. She took good care of me. The staff who took my blood and did my tests were quite calm and gentle. I was given good advice from the doctor as to what tests I should be taking at my age. Thank you for the pleasant health screening experience. :)

I came here for my insurance check up and was surprised I wasn’t given the luxurious lounge that I saw in other reviews. But the private room I was in is still decent. For the insurance check up I only need to do urine test, height/weight/eyesight, blood test and doc consultation. I came at 825am but I only left the clinic at 950am and I spent a lot of time waiting in the room.

Truly a first class health screening experience. The pod lends privacy and has thoughtful amenities including power plugs if you need to work on the go, and drawing blood was relatively painless. I was well attended to by Lucy and food came very quickly once blood was drawn.

Great place for health screening, been coming to this place for 8 years in a row. The service is great, the individually assigned waiting rooms are very comfortable and functional, the food is decent and everyone is just looking forward to making this a nice experienc like auntie Lucy who has been very attentive.

Auntie Lucy is very efficient. Checked me in at 7.16AM!! Nana was pro at drawing my blood, painless. If I can make one suggestion, pls review package with client when he/she is in their own pod and not at the reception counter. A bit of waiting during registration but after that the rest of the tests are quite fast. Personal private room to rest and wait for different test. Staff Nana who drew my blood test is very gentle, staff May quickly fed me with refreshment. All the staff are friendly and patient.

Aunty Lucy was very friendly and attentive to let me know what was needed and the procedures. Nana took my blood test and did it in one go which was a relieve for me as I have had traumatic experiences with getting blood drawn. The abdomen and liver screens were quick and the technician was really nice and professional.

I chose this outlet after hearing rave review. Check in was seamless with a 5 min wait. Subsequently ushered to a private waiting pod that looks seemingly like an aircraft business class seat. Nurse Nana came first to take 3 bottles of blood samples professionally and completed successfully with one attempt. Auntie Lucy later came to serve a nice plate of finger food and Nespresso coffee. Overall, had a pleasant experience for my health screening here. Will certainly come back again despite the travel and parking $. Only issue here is I had difficulty finding the clinic from the carpark. The clinic could have provided some preliminary guidance / map in the info package prior to the appointment.

Nurse Nana is very skillful to draw my blood that i dont feel anything at all. Dr Tan is v detailed and gentle with her assessment. Executive health screening at Fullerton Health feels like a step into a business class cabin. 👍🏻 Went to Ngee Ann City branch which is conveniently located and was met with great service from SN Zai. Took a view of city in front of my cabin while enjoying the treats and in between waiting for the various check ups. 😊

Auntie May serve up the food very promptly after my blood has been taken. And the nurse Nana who take my blood, she is very experienced. I felt no pain when she draw blood from my hand instead of my arm because my vein is not visible. Another nurse Si Lin, she is very skilled in taking the ECG, it was done in a very quick and hassle free manner.

Overall experience was great. Nana took my blood test for me, painless and professional although I’m really scared of needles. Friendly Aunty Lucy served me my breakfast right after and she’s pretty cute and chatty. Fang Ting did resting ECG for me, pretty efficient.

Visited Fullerton for health screening today and Nurses are very friendly and patient. Their service was tip top, and the environment was very comfortable. Would highly recommend this place for health screening. On the side note, they gave me a bear as today happens to be my birthday.
