I
frankly
didn't
like
the
behavior
of
the
staff
here.
The
guy
at
the
reception/cashier
talks
all
non-sense,
very
rude
and
abusive,
zero
ethics
are
maintained,
no
etiquettes,
ambience
is
worst,
he
quarrels
a
lot,
fights
with
the
customers,
ask
their
customers
"TO
NOT
VISIT
JALAJOG
RESTAURANT
IF
THEY
DON'T
LIKE
TO".
Just
want
to
say,
these
2
rs
waiter,
has
never
been
to
any
other
restaurants
and
therefore,
never
knows,
what
others
has
to
offer.
Nevertheless,
below
are
the
pros
and
cons
of
the
restaurant:
Pros:
Didn't
find
any.
Cons:
1)
Food
is
expensive
as
compared
to
it's
quality
and
quantity.
2)
They
don't
serve
normal
water.
They
just
make
you
to
take
mineral
water.
3)
They
don't
serve
you
a
basic
salad
(onion,
cucumber
and
lemon).
4)
Whatever
chicken
items
you
order,
all
tastes
the
same.
Just
for
namesake
they
are
named
differently
in
the
menu.
5)
They
charge
high
for
containers.
(Rs.
10
per
piece).
6)
They
fights
with
their
customers
and
are
not
a
welcoming
one.
7)
They
simply
say,
if
you
don't
like
it,
you
don't
visit
us.
8)
Their
staff
behavior
is
as
if
they
work
in
Taj.
Very
unfriendly,
rude,
disgusting
and
pathetic.
9)
The
fight
happened
in
front
of
their
owner,
Mr.
Bharat
Ghosh.
He
didn't
utter
a
single
word.
10)
They
themselves
mentioned
that
it's
not
a
5-star
restaurant
in
front
of
Mr.
Bharat
Ghosh
and
he's
continued
to
be
muted.
Lolz
🤣😂🤣
11)
They
tell
their
customers
that
they
need
not
have
to
learn
from
their
customers.
They
know
everything.
