Great apartment building with a lot of options on AIRBNB as well for people on holiday, great views of Colombo and a nature reserve out the back, its close to Colombo but far enough out that you can avoid some of the morning traffic. Security is excellent as well you you never feel unsafe. The swimming pool and gym are excellent as well and used regularly by the residents. All round great apartments and recommend to people looking to move here.

Good place to live. Many facilities provided by the condominium such as a pool, tennis, gym and much more. It's a high rise building with a beautiful view. Superb apartments.

This is a calm place, a great apartment complex. One of the best things about the building is the super lift that's super fast. You can get to the roof top in something like less than a minute. It's not crowded here at all. Very calm and peaceful atmosphere. Extremely clean and well maintained. The security staff always greet you with a smile and readily offer help if and when you approach them.

Nice apartment complex. I have a friend who rented an apartment there so I went there few times. Arrangement of the apartment is nice but the view directly down from her apartment is not that nice. The security people are not the most nicest people but they are not the worst also. According to my friend the pool is also nice and there's a food city (small supermarket) on the ground floor.

Very Calm Living Place.

Been coming back and fourth here for 8 years, from build till present day. We have always enjoyed Iconic and all of its facilities, pool, gym, jacuzzi, steam room and tennis court. The apartment block is well maintained and hosts mainly residential rather than holiday let's which gives it a more homely feel. Some of the security staff have been there almost as long as us. Luxury apartment, with all the facilities and security. Most of the world famous cars are there.

Great place to live. Very family friendly, conveniently located close to international schools with all the facilities. East side apartment gives super view of the mountains and can experience a beautiful sunrise every day. The super market, laundry service and the state of the art gym and children's play area are best best conveniences offered at iconic which most other apart dont offer. Me and my family loved staying at iconic.

Very nice Luxury apartments. Many facilities like swimming pool, gym, tennis etc.

Would have been a much nicer apartment if they had used the spaces available better. Also they did not plan for the views and the spaces behind and in front. The car park is well thought out and spacious. Security is also diligent.
