The
entrance
and
shared
spaces
of
this
hotel
are
very
lovely
and
warm,
the
staff
are
friendly
and
accommodating
and
the
hotel
is
really
well
located
with
some
great
spots
nearby.
The
rooms
are
nice
enough
for
three
star
hotel,
although
not
similar
in
design
particularly
to
the
lounge/
entrance.
They
are
very
clean,
and
the
housekeeping
are
nice.
They
don’t
have
a
huge
amount
of
storage
for
clothing,
or
amenities
like
irons
etc
which
we’ve
grown
accustomed
to
having
on
a
trip,
although
this
isn’t
a
huge
problem,
or
they
might
have
at
reception.
Our
biggest
issue
with
them
was
that
they
aren’t
very
well
soundproofed,
you
can
hear
people
outside
them
in
corridors,
conversations
in
other
rooms,
others
using
their
bathrooms
as
well
as
noise
from
the
street.
We
would’ve
given
4
stars
to
this
hotel
however
on
our
first
night
we
stayed
in
room
4,
which
we
really
found
uncomfortable
and
noisy
as
on
the
front
street,
and
ground
floor
next
to
the
lobby.
As
soon
as
we
arrived
we
realised
this
would
be
a
problem
so
asked
to
change
room.
This
couldn’t
be
achieved
on
the
first
night
but
thankfully
Bob
sorted
us
out
and
changed
us
to
room
308
on
the
third
floor
which
was
much
nicer
designed,
and
slightly
quieter
as
on
3rd
floor
so
not
kept
up
by
movement
in
the
lobby/
bin
trucks
in
the
early
hours
and
the
laundry
being
taken
out.
Not
sure
if
we
would
stay
again
to
be
honest
due
to
this
issue
on
the
first
night
as
it
did
impact
our
first
day
in
Brussels
as
we
had
slept
so
poorly,
we
didn’t
feel
at
all
rested
which
is
a
big
shame
when
you
are
only
away
for
a
few
days
on
a
city
break
weekend.
Have
subsequently
seen
a
few
reviews
also
saying
that
the
ground
floor
accommodations
aren’t
very
nice/
peaceful
so
if
booking
maybe
just
ask
to
be
on
a
higher
floor
as
I’m
sure
then
you
will
have
a
nice
stay
here
and
enjoy
Brussels.
