The first Maison Dandoy we went to searching for waffles, but this location only sells cookies, no waffles. Counter lady was nice directing us to go Grand Place. But make sure you go to the one on a corner in Grand Place, not the one between some shops..

Quite pricy waffles and it was not bad. But I recommand cookies rather than waffles. Or if want eat waffles, than highly recommand go upstair and enjoy with tea.

What a true Belgian delight! As a Frenchman from Lyon, it's sometimes easy to forget that there can be delicious and amazing food outside my home town, but Maison Dandoy is there to remind be of the wonderful desserts and treats only available at this bruxellois staple. We had a great experience in the Louise store and left with bags full of treats for Christmas presents back home (and of course some that just didn't make it to others because we couldn't resist keeping and eating them ourselves). The speculoos cookies are the REAL deal. I've had 'speculoos' all over the world, but never like from Maison Dandoy. DO NOT miss the speculoos spread - it goes with everything!

What can I say... some great guilty pleasures! Best "speculoos" in Brussels.

Not open this Monday morning despite what was on the door and on the website. A staff inside was deliberately ignoring anyone trying to enter

Passed by and decided to go in and get some cookies and you know what? They tasted so good! Had to get some more from the airport when I noticed them being sold there at the duty free as well.

This review is about the waitress in Dandoy Louise on Sunday: the rudest, unprofessional and xenophobic attendant I ever met. It really is a pitty that the brand is affected by her behavior, because we left without buying just because of her. Since the beggining of the service she didn’t want to have people in the store, saying that we should take coffee to go, instead of staying. We insisted because we wanted to choose some cookies to buy, and from then on she got infuriated and treated us the worst possible way. If there was a 0 to choose in reviews that would be my choice.
