I often ordered with Ubereats, and never complained missing burger or just putting box without making it. But today delivery man didn't come and my food is gone. And I have to do many steps to get refund for not delivered food. This place is even worse than other Quick.

Dirty toilets, dirty tables, dirty floor, dirty play zone, windows never been cleaned since ages, awful smell inside, very slow for a fast food. By all means this is a very very dirty restaurant and disgusting.

No. The food is the food, but the service, the delivery, and the problem-solving initiative are as good as absent. It's not about hurting the company by not eating/ordering there, I just want an easy oder-eat experience so no, I will not choose this restaurant again.

I will never come back, bad service, dirty, smelly and overall I couldn't finish the meal, it is nothing compared to other fast food restaurants. Very bad experience, I felt like I threw 10 euro in the trash can.

The service is abnormally very very slow for a fast food, especially with the very few clients waiting before me. Not very friendly place, the restaurant doesn't look well maintained, tables are left dirty for a long time and trashbins remain full while there is almost no client in the restaurant.

Do check your orders, half of my sons kids menu was missing. Second time that something in an online order for pickup was not included...

Forget nice manners and friendliness. Not a nice place to eat with family. Pushing to buy you kids menue , when seeing that you came with a child. Why to repeat me several times, if i’m sure i want normal menu. It take already some time to explain the kid we don’t come there for their cheap plastic toys.

Very bad experience. Menu was not in line with what was ordered: Dame Blanche was missing, milkshake coffee was without coffee. All dustbins were full when restaurant was almost empty... really not good at all

Good burgers but prices are up and no student menu no more

Food was overpriced for what we got. My burger patty was dry and tasteless and bacon on other burger was not crisp.
