We had the room with the best view looking up to the Palace & Castle in Sintra. The breakfast on the terrace is good with the same nice view. There is a pool & a large garden. The room is a bit small & old school. No AC, no insect net & the flies & mosquitoes paid visits. No TV. The private bathroom is huge but is separate at the end of the hall.

The host was very welcoming. While checking in, she provided a small glass of the best Port wine I've ever tasted, explained how to get around and recommended some amazing restaurants. The rather large breakfast also consisted of figs from the garden.

Beautiful setting just outside of Sintra. Excellent service from friendly staff. Sitting on the patio you have a great view of Pena Palace.

Beautiful old guesthouse hotel. Good value, helpful and friendly service and a lovely breakfast. You need a car, but it's got a lovely peaceful atmosphere, great view and only a short drive away from the hustle and bustle of Sintra.

Coming back to stay again, came last year and it was lovely. Both host and hostess where very helpful and welcoming. Hoping to use they pool this time...

This is my second visit. Lovely homely atmosphere. Fantastic views, very relaxing. Recommended to family after first visit who loved it too!
